JOB PURPOSE:

Under general supervision, maintain all kinds of plumbing installation works and repairing of pipes, fittings, and all plumbing fixtures. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, etc;
  • Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
  • Repair all plumbing fixtures, pumps, and equipments.
  • Receive and complete work orders within allotted time in line with SLA & KPI, with quality & satisfactory.
  • Maintain inspection and inventory of owned tools, equipment, and materials.

®   Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.

  • Responds to all CM & PPM within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
  • Evaluating problematic systems or facilities and reporting to supervisors/ superiors.
  • Cordinates with other team / customer/ reporter and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
  • Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment all the time.
  • Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements
  • Proper explanation, cordination and handing over if any pending issues, to supervisor and the next shift.

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000 – $151,800 USD annually

Process Improvement Sr Analyst, (Renewables Business Operations)

What You Can Expect

As the Process Improvement Senior Analyst for Business Operations, you will manage the ENGIE Renewables Operational Excellence program, focusing on establishing standard processes, quality standards, and enhancing overall performance. You will serve as a facilitator, change agent, and accountability partner, collaborating across multiple departments within the Renewables Business Unit and Hub.

 

In this role, you will coach all levels of the organization on how to implement lean manufacturing practices and serve as the Lean subject matter expert. Working collaboratively with various geographically dispersed stakeholders and departments (e.g., Power Market, Business Development, Construction and Delivery, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and Communications), you will support driving synergies across the enterprise platform to achieve business objectives, implement business operation processes, build standards, resolve issues, and support the Business Operations Excellence program.

 

Ever day in this role you will:

  • Lead Initiatives: Drive process improvement through firsthand initiatives (Quick wins, projects, kaizens, workshops) using Lean tools and philosophy (5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Transactional Process Improvement, and Maintenance)
  • Train and Develop: Train, coach, and develop team members and stakeholders by using lean methodology and tools (5S, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Problem solving, VSM, others), building and establishing processes with key contributors
  • Optimize Processes: Build and establish processes with stakeholders and key contributors, implement operational techniques to monitor processes, eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance, and perform audits and assessments
  • Analyze and Improve: Analyze problems, drive root cause analysis, implement countermeasures, and establish metrics to improve visibility of operational health and lean performance
  • Lead Transformation: Lead transformation initiatives to support continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end processes, challenging the status quo and deploying the Operational Excellence program and best practices sharing

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role with experience in implementing Lean/Operational excellence programs
  • Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and/or change management
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • End to End view with the ability to define and deploy standard processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, deliver results, and manage networks effectively
  • Team collaborator and builder with solid project management skills

 

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy  
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

What You Can Expect

The Project Manager Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Manager Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Manager Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. Additionally, they work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, they actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. Finally, they ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position will sit in San Jose or Oakland, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a four (4) year degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience, including training 
  • Proficient in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets 
  • Strong negotiation skills that protect ENGIE’s interests on a given project, while building customer and vendor/subcontractor rapport 
  • Ability to prepare and write accurate customer reports with attention to customer goals and needs 
  • Capability to create and execute project development and delivery schedules 
  • Excellent adherence to schedule, and collaborative problem-solving skills to maintain budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction 
  • High standards of accuracy, appearance, and thoroughness of project documentation 
  • Ability to review engineering work across all typical energy project scope types 
  • Knowledge of contract scopes of work, and alignment with subcontractor scopes of work 
  • Ability to review and improve energy analysis performed by others for all project sizes 
  • Understands Project Engineer job responsibilities in project development 
  • Knowledge of durations and requirements of energy measure development and delivery 
  • Superior understanding of general construction methods and can work with the construction manager to implement the project
