Responsibilities

  • Overall supervision of technicians and handle matters escalated by them.
  • Scheduling and implementation of preventive and ad-hoc maintenance.
  • Procurement and renewal of term contracts, including tender preparation, evaluation and recommendation for award.
  • Supervise appointed term contractors to ensure that works are carried out as planned and according to contractual requirements.
  • Process work orders, inspect and verify completed works to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and make recommendation for payment
  • Conduct handing over of premises to retail and office tenants
  • Vett fitting out plans for compliance with tenants' house rules and authorities' regulations
  • Monitor reinstatement upon lease expiry
  • Administer the building management system and computerised facilities management system, if any, and collate data for management reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems and assist the Cluster Manager in A&A, R&R, improvement and upgrading works to the systems.
  • Ensure systematic record of all critical documents essential for subsequent building operations e.g. fitting out plan and endorsement by client, as-built drawing, authorities' approval, defects checklist and rectification record.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITE  in Building Services / M&E Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years experience in managing office building, preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters

Voor onze centrale in de Eemshaven zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Medewerker Magazijn. Door het zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van je taken lever je een bijdrage aan het efficiënt laten verlopen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en grote stops. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de voorraad van (kritische) onderdelen betrouwbaar en inzichtelijk is. Jouw functie heeft direct impact op andere afdelingen.

 

Wat ga je doen als Medewerker Magazijn?

Als medewerker magazijn werk je in teamverband en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, controleren, opslaan, selecteren en uitgeven van goederen en uitleengereedschappen in het magazijn. Dit doe je binnen de daarvoor geldende logistieke en administratieve procedures, zodat interne klanten op tijd over goederen en gereedschappen met de gewenste specificatie kunnen beschikken. Daarnaast:

  • (licht) Onderhoud, inspectie en eventuele reparatie van gereedschappen en transportmiddelen in overleg met de Senior Medewerker Magazijn (Logistiek).
  • Inventarisatie van de voorraad van goederen en gereedschappen in overleg met de Senior Medewerker Logistiek.
  • Interne en externe transporten van goederen, met als doel het tijdig, efficiënt en veilig vervoeren van goederen.
  • Registratie van inkomende en uitgaande goederen/gereedschappen volgens interne richtlijnen, met als doel een complete en juist vastgelegde magazijnadministratie.

Wie is ENGIE en waar kom je te werken?

In deze functie werk je vooral samen met je collega medewerkers van de centrale en de senior medewerker logistiek. Je rapporteert aan de Adjunct Manager Onderhoud. Dagelijks heb je contact met interne klanten van onderhoud, EMS etc.

 

Wat neem jij mee?

  • Minimaal een Mbo-opleiding logistiek of een direct vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Het is een pré als je certificaten hebt zoals NEN 3140, heftruck en klim- en hijsmiddelen.
  • Bereidheid om een opleiding tot keurmeester te volgen.
  • Leergierigheid en kennis van SAP, MS Word en MS Excel.

Wat bieden wij jou als Medewerker Magazijn?

  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 4,5%.
  • Werkgeversbijdrage Benefit Budget van 1,8% van het bruto maandsalaris.
  • Een pensioenregeling bij het ABP waarvan wij 70% van de kosten op ons nemen.
  • Korting op je energiecontract met 100% groene stroom van ENGIE.
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 500,- per jaar, welke je drie jaar mag opsparen tot maximaal € 1.500,-.
  • Een duurzaam mobiliteitsbeleid met leasefietsregeling, private-leaseregeling, woon-werkleaseregeling en gratis met het OV.

Context:

GEMS Security is responsible for the Group's cross-functional crisis management process, which applies throughout the Group. A project to strengthen and harmonize the crisis management process is being carried out in France and internationally, in order to meet internal control requirements. 

GEMS Security, contributes to the protection of the sensitive and/or strategic information by raising staff awareness on information protection, by conducting a mapping of these data in liaise with all internal or external entities involved, by implementing the Group information classification, and by conducting (or participating) to the investigations when needed.

GEMS Security contributes to the company's performance and value creation by strengthening the protection of people, tangible and intangible assets, including the company's reputation. To this end, the Security Department manages the company's security risks (anticipation, prevention and protection) and advises management on all identified current and future threats and risks.

 

Role:

  • Improve crisis management best practice documentation with a set of GEMS correspondents.

  • Support the implementation of internal control reviews for crisis management. The mission will enable us to improve our crisis management skills on concrete cases. It will also gives us an insight into the crisis management process within a major group. This project is being rolled out across the entire GEMS perimeter.

  • Train teams as needed.

 

Security risk analysis : Information protection and Business Intelligence

  • Monitor the correct application of the information protection policy at every stage of the information life cycle: human, organizational, technological.
  • Develop a culture of information protection within the company (awareness/training plan) and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Intelligence-Security Watch: participate in the development of the Business Intelligence-Security Watch process within a regulatory and ethical framework that complies with the law. Contribute to the analysis of the security risks, identify weak signals and acquiring relevant, targeted information.

 

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of the crisis management process.
  • Knowledge of OSINT
  • Ability to write and summarize.

 

Soft skills:

Your mission 

As a Junior Industrial Safety and Risk Management Expert at Tractebel, you'll collaborate with our senior experts to ensure the highest standards of safety across various industrial sectors


Your key responsibilities

 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborative Projects: Work alongside senior experts to perform risk and safety management activities during the design, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance phases of a wide variety of  industrial projects.
  • Participative Risk Assessments: Assist in conducting participative risk assessments such as PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, SWIFT, and more.
  • Detailed Risk Assessments: Under the supervision of a senior expert, perform detailed risk assessments including consequence modeling, QRA, PLANOP, SIL allocations, ATEX, CFD and others.
  • Monitoring and Review: Monitor and review risk and safety activities executed by third parties to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Safety Audits: Assist in conducting safety audits to maintain high safety standards.
  • Specialized Tasks: Engage in specific tasks within an overall risk and safety management approach, tailored to complex and dynamic industrial project environments.
     

We would love to hear from people with

  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering and either possess or are willing to obtain a second master’s degree in safety management/engineering within 2 years while working at Tractebel.
  • Some first experience in process safety, occupational safety, and construction site safety is surely a benefit.
  • fluency in English and French or Dutch, enabling effective communication in a multilingual environment.
