YOUR FONCTION

You must be able to manage the various aspects relating to electrical power for construction or renovation projects at nuclear power stations, in particular in Doel, for nuclear and conventional electrical systems. In addition, you must be able to take on the following tasks :

>   Take charge of design, renovation and optimization studies for electrical systems, in compliance with local and international standards and regulations

>   Set out the ratings of equipment, technical specifications and the general design of electrical systems, including generators, generator protections, generator breakers, power transformers, MV and LV motors, AC and DC electrical boards, DC and Safe AC systems, emergency diesel generating sets, cabling,...

>   As Contract Owner take charge of the invitations to tender, the analysis and technical-commercial negotiation of bids as well as the awarding of contracts for the supply of electrical equipment or services

>   Oversee the management of interfaces relating to other technical disciplines or with the customer’s installation

>   Conduct a technical-commercial follow-up of contracts

>   Take part in factory tests, in the supervision of on-site assembly and in commissioning tests for electrical equipment or systems

>   Provide consulting in the field of electrical systems of nuclear generation units.

>   Keep an eye on changes on the market, best practices as well as advances in electrical/ nuclear standards and regulatory requirements

>   Participate in the improvement of methods used in the electrical engineering field for nuclear generation units

 

 

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

>   You have got a master of electrical or electromechanical engineering with a least five  years’ experience in the electrical field, preferably in the field of nuclear power electrical systems that include classification and qualification of nuclear safety functions

>   You must have an interest in the analysis and research of solutions to a variety of technical problems in the area of electrical power systems

>   You have proficient knowledge of Dutch/English and a good grasp of French

>   You are motivated and able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team

>   Customer-satisfaction must be part of your day-to-day vision

>   You have a dynamic personality and a proactive and innovative approach to work

>   You are independent and have an acute sense of responsibility. You are rigorous

Finance Senior Solution Lead

 

The Financial Processes, Data and Systems department key objective is to deliver  ONE ways of working i.e efficient E2E processes supported by standard solutions (S/Hana ERP + Group applications) with clean Master data and smart reporting. The approach is mainly driven through the “Global Enterprise Transformation” program for which PDS team is designing the Finance Core Model, working closely with IT teams, but also process experts from our Global Business services  (GBS) together with advisory firms.

You will be in charge of coordinating the delivery of a consistent set of Features or specific non-ERP Solution (from design to acceptance tests, MOA role) related within the Core Model or the roll-out of the Core Model in an Engie entity.

You will interact with Solution Owners wherever they are seated (Corporate, GBS, Global BU CFO & head of controlling, Hub/Region CFO) and when necessary will liaise with the GET Solutions Leads – support them or take the lead on a specific scope.

 

 

Main activities

Align solution delivery to the requirements of the Finance line with direct accountability of content and quality of the deliverable (features, documentation)

  • Coordinate design to testing activities up to user acceptance
  • Challenge the design of processes propose by Stream Lead /process experts
  • Liaise with Solution owner (for non-ERP solution) and draw action plan with him/her (see above)
  • Make sure technical documentation is delivered
  • Directly contribute to some activities such as documentation or testing,
  • Coordinate stakeholders (subcontractors and internal resources)
  • Contribute to change management & adoption track through adapted communication to users, training, and identification of process changes

 

Monitor workload

  • Participate in the capacity planning both for outsourced services and for internal resources
  • Monitor the workload actuals, anticipate overruns and propose scope adjustments if necessary

 

Monitor planning

  • Build initial schedule (phases or sprints) and monitor its execution
  • Alert management in the event of deviation, propose corrective actions and/or arbitration to stick to planning

 

Profil

 

Recognized skills in information systems: expertise in one of the following solutions combined with a good general knowledge of others: ERP SAP S/4 Hana (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.), reporting solutions (BPC / BFC) or Analytics (SAC, etc.), Cash Flow and Bank communication tools.

  • You have significant experience of at least 10 years 
  • Knowledge of the functionalities of the main IT solutions used at the Finance Direction
  • Deep knowledge of the operational processes of a Finance department: accounting is a must have, consolidation, management control, cash, performance
  • General knowledge of support function processes (P2P, O2C, R2R..),
  • Management skills to lead project teams
  • Capacity to assume accountability on budget and planning
  • Language: fluent English, other language welcome

Jouw missie   

Als Junior Ingenieur in onze afdeling, Ports and Waterways, draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het ontwerpen en uitwerken van onze projecten, zowel door je samenwerking met onze Designers en je seniors, alsook door je contact met onze trouwe klanten.   

  

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden 

  • Je neemt de design lead in een deel van een groot marine infrastructure project
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een constructieve manier met de klant en externe partners over het technisch ontwerp (zoals onze partner in de joint venture, andere ontwerp- en engineeringbureaus, onderaannemers, aannemers tijdens de constructiefase, enz.
  • Voorbereiden van ontwerpen (voorontwerp, basis, aanbesteding, gedetailleerd) voor mariene structuren zoals haven- en waterwegontwikkelingsstudies: Haven Masterplanning, Sluizen, Kademuren, Steigers, Brugfunderingen, Overstromingsgebieden, Dijken, Golfbrekers en analyses uitvoeren om de optimale installatiemethode van deze structuren te vinden; altijd met een open geest voor innovatieve en alternatieve oplossingen. 
  • Je volgt het tekenwerk op en controleert het samen met de CAD-ontwerpers.
  • Je ontwikkelt je technische vaardigheden (SCIA Engineer, DSheet Piling, Ansys, Plaxis, ...).
  • Je speelt een rol bij de uitvoering van onze maritieme infrastructuurprojecten

  

We horen graag van mensen met   

  • Ervaring met het toepassen van de relevante ontwerpcodes en richtlijnen voor het constructief ontwerp en de interactie tussen grond en constructie van maritieme infrastructuur zoals haveninfrastructuur, kademuren, damwanden, ankers, combiwanden of grote civiele infrastructuurwerken.
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen van betonwapening in complexe 3D-constructies.
  • Een uitgebreide kennis van de huidige Belgische en Europese ontwerpnormen, wetgeving, praktijkcodes (ISO, EC, NEN, EAU, SB250, SB260...) 
  • Expertise in modelleren met SCIA Engineer, Plaxis en/of GeoStudio of Dsheet is een belangrijke troef.
  • Master of Science in Structural Engineering met een major in 'Dredging and Off-Shore Engineering' of 'Construction Design' of 'Marine Engineering'.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Missão

A pessoa selecionada será responsável por:

  • Coordenar e assistir operacionalmente a equipa da área de Telecomando em assessoria do responsável da área;
  • Colaborar com as equipas técnicas de Engenharia e da área de Operação e Manutenção no desenvolvimento de projetos, na monitorização e análise do desempenho dos ativos de produção;
  • Colaborar com as equipas de Business Development e de Trading, na análise de resultados de mercado e de serviços de sistema;
  • Garantir, num contexto de equipa dedicada e especializada na condução remota de centrais de produção renovável com especial relevno nas grandes hídricas, a definiçõa de requisitos para desenvolvimento, melhoria e manutenção de ferramenas operacionais, de desenvolvimento de negócio e de dashboarding, procurando automatização e melhoria de processos, análise e de reporte.
  • Assistência operacional da equipa, na operação quando necessário, tomada de decisão e comunicação com entidades externas e internas;
  • Monitorização do desempenho técnico dos ativos de produção (indicadores de performance e de monitorização técnica e elaboração de relatórios de exploração), numa lógica de melhoria contínua da performance operativa;
  • Análise e seguimento proativo de ocorrências e incidentes de exploração, numa perspetiva de erradicação do modo de falha ou do risco de recorrência;
  • Análise e seguimento proativo de variáveis críticas com identificação de desvios de funcionamento ou de resultado;
  • Colaboração no desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua das ferramentas de gestão analítica das explorações;

Quem procuramos

  • Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica
  • Experiência de sistemas de geração, transmissão e distribuição de energia, bem como de sistemas de telecomando e ferramentas associadas, designadamente as correlacionadas com operação remota de ativos (SCADA, RTU), de controlo e proteção e outros atinentes com a referida atividade.
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimento em mercados de energia e serviços de sistema (preferencial)
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimentos de operação de telecomando de centrais de produção energia renovável , incluindo os fatores de eficiência e eficácia económica e ambiental das explorações (preferencial).

Ta mission
En tant que stagiaire Assistance aux Ingénieurs Projets dans notre département nucléaire, tu contribueras tous les jours à notre mission en nous aidant en tant qu’appui au pilotage de projet nucléaire.


Rattaché au chef de projet, le stagiaire assistera un ou plusieurs Ingénieurs Projets, dans le cadre des projets du Grand Carénage des centrales nucléaires EDF.
Il appuiera les Ingénieurs Projets dans le pilotage de leurs affaires (principalement des modifications à apporter dans les CNPE en exploitation) et contribuera à leur bon déroulement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier.


Pour cela, tu vas t’impliquer au sein de l’équipe sur les missions suivantes :

 

  • Piloter et coordonner les acteurs des affaires.
  • Organisation de réunions de « pilotage », de cadrage, de coordination ou d’avancement nécessaires au bon déroulement de ses affaires.
  • Pilotage et animation technique de l’ensemble des intervenants sur l’affaire.
  • Suivre le planning et les coûts des affaires.
  • Définir avec le planificateur des indicateurs pertinents de reporting mensuels.
  • Rédiger des livrables réglementaires (selon la notabilité de la modification) ou suivre l’évolution de documents réglementaires qui seraient potentiellement impactés (RDS, RGE(III, VI et IX), RASA…).
  • Rédiger des éléments de reporting hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Gérer l’analyse de risques des affaires.
  • Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs.

• Responsible for building ENGIE’s visibility in the country, aligned with the business objectives.

• Seek different ways to communicate regularly, be that aligned with tenders, financial closes, project milestones, project delivery, plus general busine subsidiaries, CEO communications

• Understand the needs of the organisation (business milestones, org announcements, products, tools, process) to produce effective and relevant communication strategies and campaigns

• Create interest and demand through media, press releases, conferences, interviews, content management, internal communications, risk management and collaterals.

• Decide and manage all external events and exhibitions, including content delivery, key messages

• Market research & competitive intelligence: - Conduct research on case studies, white papers to support the industries knowledge and understanding of the market

• Set up policy/guidelines for all media interactions in the organization for interviews, quotes, emails, and any other form of communication

• Ability to create content through investigatory means: collaterals, films, animations, infographics, presentations, fact sheets 

• Develop and write collateral pieces, advertising, newsletters, social media, website

• Develop executive speeches and all key messages for ENGIE speakers externally

• Develop and oversee and deliver all digital and online media including; website, social media strategy, sponsored contents etc.

• Create and grow strategic stakeholder relationships with external parties such as government, upc, local councils, media, customers,

• Drive proactive and reactive communications internally to support the business. Work closely with the leadership team to position the business with external audiences, build brand strength and visibility

• Monitor corporate reputation and crisis communications

• Manage Investor and Media Relations for Saudi Arabia

• Organise and communicate all ENGIE CSR initiatives and university institutions

• Manage and coordinate internal communications (staff messages, events) across the ENGIE Saudi Arabia. Partner and counsel cross-functional teams to create internal stories that can be used externally.

• Custodian of the ENGIE Brand to ensure compliance with Gp Brand Guidelines.

• Work with regional communications to stay aligned to ENGIE’s global Ambitions.

 

Qualifications :

• Full time professional degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or equivalent

 

Language : 

• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written skills)

• Other languages would be a benefit 

• Excellent writing, spelling, editing and proofreading skills

 

Skills and experience :

• Broad experience as a Communications professional with minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience

• Tech savvy and proficient in MS office suite

• Demonstrated success in a cost and delivery focused environment

• Ability to deliver creative solutions to needs of internal customers
