Your mission
 

As Geotechnical Lead Engineer in our Infrastructures department, you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch geotechnical expertise for various infrastructure projects in Belgium and internationally.

You will be responsible for managing project studies and implementation, ensuring technical excellence, and contributing to the professional growth of junior engineers.

Your key responsibilities

• Coaching, motivating, and collaborating with small, multidisciplinary project teams of engineers (geotechnics, civil engineering, etc.) to deliver outstanding results.
• Determining project needs and selecting procedures for:
  • Soil investigations (geotechnical, geophysical, hydrogeological, geological).

Context:

The Expertise Center Global Market Analysis (EC GMA) is responsible for delivering fundamental analysis and economic research on Energy markets to support the trading and portfolio management. Pour la Business Unit Renewables Belgium & Netherlands, nous sommes à la recherche (V/M/X) Health, Safety & Environment  ( HSE) Advisor.

VOS RESPONSABILITES en tant que HSE Advisor

• Vous promouvez la culture de la sécurité dans votre travail quotidien et contribuez à la développer et à la maintenir pour l'ensemble de nos activités énergies renouvelables : (Wind Onshore, PV , BESS batteries,…).
• Vous coordonnez la maintenance du certificat IS045001.
• Vous participez activement au développement, à la construction et à la phase d’exploitation finale de nos projets d’énergie renouvelable. Vous donnez des conseils constructifs et professionnels en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement, dans le respect de la gouvernance des politiques de sécurité et d’environnement.
• Vous initiez les améliorations  et rédigez des procédures et des instructions claires .
• Vous effectuez, en collaboration avec notre équipe «Renewables » des analyses de risque participative  et envisagez des mesures de gestion réalistes.
• Vous veillez sur le lieu de travail à ce que vos collègues soient motivés à se conformer à nos  règles de sécurité.
• Vous êtes en contact avec les dirigeants, les employés, les entrepreneurs, les gestionnaires de sites et d'autres parties prenantes concernées.
• Vous assistez le coordinateur environnemental interne dans la coordination et le suivi des conditions et obligations environnementales liées au développement, à la construction et à l'exploitation de nos projets d’énergie renouvelable.

VOTRE PROFIL en tant que HSE Advisor

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier avec au minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un  environnement de production industrielle..
• Vous disposez d’un certificat de conseiller en prévention niveau 1 ou niveau 2.
• Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en matière de sécurité électrique ; un certificat de coordinateur environnemental et de coordinateur de sécurité sont un atout.
• Vous parlez et écrivez en néerlandais,  français et anglais.
• Vous  avez le sens de la communication et vous aimez établir des contacts avec des interlocuteurs techniques et commerciaux.
• Vous vous déplacez volontiers sur les sites qui sont répartis dans toute la Belgique.
