What You Can Expect
As our Site Administrator II, you will be responsible for generating purchase orders, managing vendors, and resolving billing issues. This position involves office ownership and close collaboration with the CEO and Directors.
Daily responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the office, such as:
- Organizing schedules
- Coordinating meetings
- Greeting visitors
- Maintaining office supplies
- Handling correspondence
You will ensure a smooth workflow by performing various administrative duties that require strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
You will report directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum High School diploma; plus, three (3) years of relevant experience in knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions
- You will establish and maintain general administrative activities, including accounts payable, expense reports, managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ISN website, overseeing vendor relationships, and maintaining essential documents, logs, plans, and reports
- You must maintain, update, and retrieve files, forms, inventory, logs, and other documents including contracts and safety reports
- You will distribute mail; and maintain the general office area,
- You will assist management with public and employee relations by facilitating and maintaining communications
- You will collect, review, and analyze data to prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials
- You will coordinate with HQ leadership on room planning, VIP treatment, meetings, and meals for guests
- You must provide support for the Operations and Capex departments (Georgetown University Main & Law Campus)
- You will maintain Master calendar for OM and Capex for attendance, visitors, and vacations
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Additional Details
- This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 5 % of the time
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- This position consists of 5% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
- Ability to meet the highest attendance requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on time with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to use personal computer
- Required to wear personal protective equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP software
Compensation
Hourly: $32.00 to $48.89 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
