Périmètre de Responsabilités

 

Les responsabilités listées ci-dessous sont celles pour lesquelles vous avez été recruté et que vous devrez assumer pour ENGIE Energy Access Bénin. Ces dernières sont sujettes à changement à tout moment.

Rapportant au Responsable de l’Entrepôt et du Transport de ENGIE Energy Access Bénin, le Technicien d’Assemblage aidera à la bonne gestion des opérations au sein d’une start-up dynamique qui évolue aux frontières de l’énergie renouvelable et des technologies de paiement mobile.

 

Responsabilités principales

 

  • Aider au chargement des livraisons à l’entrepôt et des livraisons aux points de vente ;
  • Effectuer un contrôle minutieux et de qualité du stock à l’arrivée et au départ ;
  • Effectuer l’assemblage des produits SmartLife à travers le logiciel prévu à cet effet ;
  • Être méticuleux lors de l’assemblage des équipements afin de minimiser les erreurs ;
  • Être proactif et enthousiaste dans la détection des erreurs et les remonter à sa hiérarchie ;
  • Être alerte et responsable en vue d’assurer la sécurité de vos collègues de travail
  • Maintenir en bon état le stock de l’entrepôt et éviter qu’il ne soit endommagé, perdu ou dérobé ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de nos produits : les détails, les caractéristiques, les prix etc. ;
  • Participer aux inventaires, aux audits et aux rapprochements ;
  • Participer activement à la classification et au rangement des kits ;
  • Améliorer continuellement ses connaissances sur les produits et ses compétences en matière de maintenance ;
  • Prendre soin des ordinateurs et de tout l’équipement mis à disposition. 

 

Responsabilités techniques

 

  • Soutenir le processus de remise à neuf du produit SmartLife ;
  • Effectuer le tri et la remise à neuf de tous les accessoires SmartLife ;
  • Identifier les produits défectueux en collaboration avec les Conseillers Points Services en vue de les réparer ;
  • Effectuer des enregistrements précis, des rapports sur la qualité du produit dans l’inventaire quotidien des produits SmartLife reconditionnés et saisir des informations précises dans le logiciel dédié.

Job Purpose/Mission  

 

The Logistics Assistant is an integral part our Operations, the Logistics Assistant will support the Logistics Manager in the day to day running of the logistics requirements of Operations. Not limited to customs clearance, international shipping, Distribution planning and implementation, health and safety, process and policy implementation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Logistics Manager in handling customs clearance requirements.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in shipment tracking and reporting the same in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inspect truck conditions before loading to the field and share job cards.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in managing safety of EEA products in transit both locally and internationally.
  • Work to reduce logistics costs in the operations department.
  • Promote and improve best practice policies and procedures within EEA
  • Champion Health and safety standards and practice at all times.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in demand forecast and planning.
  • Follow up on pending shipments and advise statuses to the Logistics Manager.

 

Knowledge and skills: 

  Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, transport, Supply chain management.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Provide procurement support to all South African operational entities across a defined set of categories, assets, owners and O&M companies.
  • Implement the defined short and medium term procurement strategy with all concerned departments.
  • Consolidate the requirements from the entities, consult the market, identify opportunities to implement framework agreements and work closely with entities to place contracts and purchase orders.

  • Enforce the Group procurement policy and governance when procuring all goods and services.
  • Support the warehouse stock, inventory, ordering, and replenishment process for the entities in the scope.
  • Ensure good relations with suppliers and vendors and build up a vendor database;
  • Support the implementation and roll out of digital tools for procurement such as the ERP system;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Help internal clients to formalise / express their needs

  • Assist with and optimising procurement requests.
  • Clarify and challenge the details of these requests.

Ensure the procurement is completed at the best conditions (cost, quality, lead time & payment terms)

Within the framework of the procurement category policy produced for a Group category:

•            Based on requirements, identify the budget and establish tender assessment criteria.

•            Issue RFP’s for tenders / requests for quotation among target suppliers.

In other cases, manage the whole Procurement process:

•            Based on requirements, identify the budget and establish tender assessment criteria and procedure.

•            Scan the market to identify potential suppliers.

•            Roll out the tender process.

•            Identify, analyse, evaluate, execute and document and exception (emergencies and urgencies) to the process with the proper authorisations.

Negotiate the specific terms and conditions with the suppliers.

Finalise the supplier and prepare the contract / purchase order.

 

Ensure proper execution of the contract / purchase order

  • Ensure Purchase orders / contracts are approved according to the Procurement delegation.
  • Assist internal stakeholders to ensure the supplier performs its obligations.
  • Monitor supplier disputes with internal stakeholders.
  • Measure operational and economic performance of the supplier (including CSR).

Co-ordinate with suppliers and internally

  • Interact / co-ordinate the network of PO agents and requestors
  • Implement in the procedures and tools and deploy internally new signed contracts
  • Manage supplier relationships

Reporting and feedback

  • Provide reliable and comprehensive reports and feedback, in order to improve the efficiency of the procurement strategy and supplier performance plan.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement or supply chain.
  • 5 years’ functional experience covering procurement, supply chain and logistics.
  • Experience in operational procurement preferably in power plants.
  • CIPS level 4 or higher is preferred.

 As an Archiving Officer Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, preservation, and retrieval of records and documents within our archives. Als Senior Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen van business behoeften en het identificeren van opportuniteiten. Je werkt intensief samen met de business en de collega's van het aankoopdepartement, op een efficiënte manier en volledig in overeenstemming met onze  procurement governance.

  • Je definieert, stelt voor en/of implementeert aankoopstrategieën en actieplannen in samenwerking met de relevante stakeholders voor een capex- of opexproject, of voor een bepaalde aankoopcategorie.
  • Je leidt en coördineert een multifunctioneel team van stakeholders dat het aankoopproject zal uitvoeren.
  • Je bereidt het aanbestedingsproces voor en leidt deze (waaronder potentiële leveranciers identificeren en evalueren, offertes evalueren, de onderhandelingsstrategie bepalen en de contractuele en commerciële onderhandelingen leiden).
  • Je bereidt de nota’s aangaande de aankoopstrategie en aangaande de gunning voor en presenteert deze aan het relevante goedkeuringscomité.
  • Je stelt de desbetreffende raamovereenkomsten of bestellingen op en communiceert met alle relevante belanghebbenden.
