What you will do:

  • You will actively participate in the Capture and Clarify business requests activities, understanding the business E2E processes.
  • You will design, implement the ERP specific requests using the ASAP technology, always recommending standard SAP solutions, automations, improvements, workflows.
  • You will be responsible for understanding and documenting low-level implementations in SAP ERP modules.
  • You will develop and maintain the centralized specific documentation repository.
  • You will monitor and manage the implemented functionalities in SAP ERP modules in order to satisfy business requirements regarding optimal exploitation of the IS system.
  • You will validate and monitor the specific SAP ERP solutions elaborated and/or implemented by external collaborators. In such cases, you will be responsible for hand over activities and will validate the final version of the deliverables.
  • You will actively collaborate within transversal projects, communicating with other IT internal experts (SAP, GIS, WEB, SCADA, IVR, GMC Inspire, etc.), internal business clients, facilitates smooth communication between internal client and external collaborators.
  • You will collaborate with team leaders and project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of the IS solutions.
  • You will respect the agreed SLA and deadlines, internal IT procedures and INCOME methodology. 
  • You will proactively optimize the implementation of E2E business processes, respecting the company objectives and the financial efficiency.
  • You will foresee the risks, report them immediately to the direct manager and act for diminishing by implementing preventive activities.
  • You will develop and maintain the centralized specific SAP role & responsibility matrix.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training.
  • 3 years-applicable experience in SAP ERP modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP PS-IM/CO module.
  • Proven tech expertise in design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • Communication Skills & Persuasion.
  • Ability to actively-involve in analysis, design, development, test & deployment project phases.

Purpose of role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing high value construction contracts using recognised forms such as FIDIC or NEC.

 

This is a hybrid role ideally assigned to our London office, where the successful candidate would be based two days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Development and Operational leads to define the procurement strategy underpinning the company objectives, ensuring timely delivery of the equipment and works.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a purchasing or procurement role (ideally construction or industrial).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPS accredited or willingness to work towards CIPS on commencement of role.

As an HRIS and Payroll Advisor at ENGIE UK, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll processes. Key Accountabilities

 

HRIS

Funciones

  • Análisis de los FTEs de la organización, creación de cuadros de mando y análisis de la información.
  • Contabilidad analítica. Diseño, mantenimiento y control de la estructura analítica de la compañía. Centros de costes, beneficio, Elementos Pep, así como del correcto flujo de los cargos Inter compañía.
  • Realización de provisiones y seguimiento de las mismas.
  • Realización de informes e indicadores clave convirtiendo los objetivos corporativos en parámetros medibles para saber con exactitud los resultados obtenidos. Análisis de los KPI'S de gestión y KFIs económico-financieros del área.
  • Desarrollo de acciones, medidas que permitan optimizar las tareas del departamento, así como de fomentar el desarrollo de los sistemas en los que participa.
  • Control de gestión contable-financiero de la información.
  • Coordinar una comunicación fluida con la dirección mediante reporting y creación de cuadros de mandos claros.

 

Requisitos

 

  • Formación universitaria en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería con especialidad organizacional, o similar
  • Formación en Business Intelligence, Data analytics, y manejo de bases de datos. Valorable positivamente experiencia en programación y conocimiento de Python.
  • Entre 3-5 años de experiencia como Controller, FP&A (Consultoría / Auditoría), manejo de base datos en SAP BW y preferiblemente experiencia en el sector de energía correspondiente a su puesto;
  • Dominio experto de hojas cálculo y office 365
  • Softwares específicos: SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud…
  • Contabilidad analítica en SAP
  • Imprescindible Inglés nivel avanzado (C1). Valorable segundo idioma, preferiblemente francés (C1)
