¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

El Asesor Financiero Senior será responsable de las actividades de análisis financiero, valoración, estructuración y financiación de proyectos en apoyo de las operaciones de ENGIE en Chile. Aunque la principal responsabilidad y enfoque es Chile, se requiere flexibilidad para poder apoyar el trabajo (cuando sea necesario) en otros países dentro de LATAM.

Funciones

• Realizar análisis económico y financiero de proyectos, a través de modelado y valoración.
• Estructurar proyectos, asesorar sobre la asignación de riesgos, factores de mitigación apropiados y contingencias, estrategia de cobertura, problemas de bancabilidad, optimización y estructuración de impuestos.
• Establecer los impactos de los proyectos en el financiamiento y la contabilidad a nivel local y del Grupo ENGIE (cuando sea necesario con el apoyo de centros de expertos relevantes y/o consultores externos).
• Preparar archivos para la decisión de inversión, incluido el análisis de sensibilidad relevante.
• Estructuración de planes de financiación apropiados, el caso sin recurso, incluida la selección de fuentes / instituciones de financiación, negociación de términos, etc.
• Mantener la inteligencia de mercado, detectar oportunidades, monitorear y evaluar el enfoque de los competidores para financiar / financiar proyectos.
• Manejar actividades de AI & FA no relacionadas con el proyecto (por ejemplo, pruebas anuales de deterioro, lookbacks, etc.).

Requisitos

• Formación académica: Licenciatura en economía, finanzas, administración de empresas, ingeniería o equivalente. Postgrados adicionales como Maestría en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o CFA equivalente, es un plus.
• Fundamentos sólidos de la economía, incluida, en particular la dinámica de divisas.
• Conocimiento profundo de la teoría de las finanzas corporativas (por ejemplo, valoración, financiación frente a inversión, etc.) y buena base en la teoría de las finanzas más amplia.
• Comprensión del negocio de la energía y el gas, y de la dinámica del mercado, pronósticos de potencia, incluidos los principales impulsores de los pronósticos a largo plazo.
• Conocimiento del ambiente competitivo que enfrentan en Latam y en particular en Chile.
• Comprensión probada y competente de los mercados de financiamiento sin recurso y de los mercados de capital de deuda y de capital.
• Buen entendimiento de los temas contables y las estructuras impositivas.
• Inglés nivel avanzado. Francés valioso.
• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia relevante, incluyendo un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia liderando o participando en transacciones de fusiones y adquisiciones, procesos de licitación competitiva y/o dirigiendo la estructuración y ejecución de financiamientos de proyectos complejos.

Propósito del puesto:

El Coordinador de CCTV es responsable de la supervisión de los sistemas de videovigilancia de cada una de las líneas de negocio de ENGIE Mexico, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento para un correcto monitoreo de seguridad de las instalaciones, el personal y los activos de la empresa.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Supervisión de los Sistemas de CCTV, para identificar y responder a situaciones anómalas o de riesgo a la operación de los sistemas.

Apoyo en la gestión de sistemas de videovigilancia, desde la etapa de planificación hasta la implementación y renovación asegurando que cumplan con los estándares de la empresa y las normativas locales, y garantizando la compatibilidad y optimización de todos los elementos del sistema de videovigilancia.

Responder de manera oportuna a fallas detectadas en los sistemas de CCTV, coordinando con los equipos locales y proveedores para subsanar las fallas.

Documentar y reportar los incidentes, asegurando que se sigan los protocolos establecidos.

Apoyo para la coordinación e implementación de nuevas tecnologías y prácticas para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad del monitoreo de seguridad.

Evaluar y recomendar mejoras en la infraestructura del CCTV.

Asegurar que la operación del sistema de CCTV cumpla con las normativas locales y políticas internas del Grupo ENGIE en materia de protección de datos y privacidad.

Velar por el uso adecuado de los sistemas de videovigilancia, incluyendo el manejo ético y legal de las grabaciones.

Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de tecnología de la información y equipos locales para garantizar un enfoque integral en la seguridad de la empresa.

Realizar auditorías periódicas del sistema de CCTV para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento y eficacia.

Implementar y mantener procedimientos de control de calidad en la operación del sistema de videovigilancia.

Coordinar a los proveedores para el suministro de equipos y componentes necesarios para la expansión o renovación de los sistemas de CCTV, garantizando la calidad y cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos

Perfil Ocupacional y experiencia:

Licenciatura en electrónica o informática, sistemas o áreas afines.

COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS

Conocimiento básico en situaciones de Seguridad y Salud.

Herramientas Office365.

Experiencia en Redes LAM/ LAN, Switching, routing y seguridad.

Instalación y mantenimiento en sistemas de Seguridad.

Conocimientos técnicos: Dominio de sistemas de videovigilancia, software de gestión de cámaras, y redes de comunicación.

Resolver problemas técnicos complejos relacionados con los sistemas de seguridad.

Conocimiento en sistemas de control de acceso es deseable.

Certificaciones: Certificaciones en seguridad electrónica o manejo de sistemas de CCTV son un plus (Avigilon) .

Purpose of the Position: 

The Finance Sr Manager Renewables & Flex Gen position is primarily responsible for partnering with the Renewables & Flex Gen GBUs. The incumbent will:
- Act as the finance SPOC for the business and an advisor to the GBU country MDs and their teams, coordinating with the different finance functions as applicable.
- Support the GBUs in achieving its financial objectives by providing the analysis, insight and challenge into its decisions - With a strong focus on future performance, actively participate in the management dialog and facilitate interaction between different finance functions and the GBUs.
The Finance Sr Manager Renewables & Flex Gen will oversee the financial activities of the GBUs, responding directly to the ENGIE MEXICO CFO.

Responsabilities and Job Functions: 

Act as the secondary arm of the CFO for all the activities related to FG&R GBU and RGBU involving the different finance functions. Suggest and/or identify business opportunities and challenge and influence GBUs decisions and strategy.

Partnering: lead the development of partnering relationships with the GBUs country MDs and their teams, and with stakeholders throughout ENGIE (Mexico, LATAM Region and HQ). SPOC role for the MDs to help on the interaction and rapid resolution of different finance challenges and deliverables within different transversal finance functions. Be responsible for the quality of the Management Dialog with the GBU, ensuring timely & qualitative reporting and detailed understanding of the business. Helps the interaction with the FP&A team, FBPs of R-GBU and FG&R GBU, and the GBU team. Participate on interactions with external financial stakeholders (lenders, financial partners, …) and actively assure compliance of our commitments with them.

Improve the visibility and understanding of business performance. Propose restructures, resizing or cost efficiencies to improve the GBUs financial performance with no risk and/or business impact. Identify and anticipate potential risks that could affect the financial results of the GBUs. Ensure the proper control of the projects of the GBUs, ensuring the compliance at financial, fiscal, legal and regulatory level.

Decision support: Turn data into insights and use these to provide high quality advice and support in influencing the GBUs’ decisions.
ERM: Deliver insights and monitor business risk and opportunities. Supports identification and quantification of GBUs ERM by the risk officer who is located at country level. Is responsible of the follow up of the ERM action plan in his/her GBU operational area (however the ownership of risks and accountability for risk management including mitigation plans implementation sits with the GBU country MD).

Act as project manager of any finance/GBU joint project/priority involving different stakeholders of the Finance/GBU functions (and occasionally, other functions)

Be the finance representative for the GBUs (in addition to AIFA) in any business development initiative, including M&As. Support investment decisions and assure performance follow up and integration of the project together with AIFA, operational teams and other local finance teams

Supervise the adequate execution of the financial support functions, including, but not limited to: payables, invoicing, collection and procurement ensuring the compliance with the local processes and policies and avoiding any impact to the operation of the companies.

Ocupational Profile: 

BS in Public Accounting, business administration or finance required
Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred.
