Key Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of HR in recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, training development and grievances handling. 
  • Translates business agenda and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support and ownership for that roadmap within the organization 
  • Provides expertise in the following areas: talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee relations, recognition programs and strategic development
  • Designs, develop and implement leadership development road map and programs to build the effectiveness and capability of people managers 
  • Builds relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution 
  • Provides compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions. 
  • Participates in the performance management exercise.
  • Participates in manpower planning, budget and costing exercise.
  • Ensures accuracy of company HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Spearheads onboarding of new hires.
  • Reviews and analyze people data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience. 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent. 
  • 7-10 years of relevant working experience in HR business partnering/generalist capacity. 
  • Good knowledge of local Labor Code of the Philippines. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
  • Effective change management skills to navigate through constant change. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.

The People Partner will work directly with their dedicated client group to be the first point of contact and ongoing coach to advise, develop, and support a People agenda and working culture that supports the organizational goals. This includes developing and advising on policy and driving the implementation of a range of people related procedures and processes across the employee lifecycle including (but not limited to) Workforce Planning, People Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Engagement, Retention, Talent Management, Development & Learning, Reward and Recognition, Mobility and Leaving.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with stakeholders to align People initiatives with business objectives, including workforce planning

  • Information – Business Advice – Compliance: Provide advice on the development, interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, ensuring full compliance

 About you:

  • Possess several years’ experience in generalist human resources roles with a strong capability as a partner and advisor
  • Knowledge and experience in employee relations and legal landscape  
  • Demonstrated experience in a large and complex organisation with defined processes and policies that govern work practices and procedures
  • System savvy (enterprise HRIS)

What You Can Expect

As the IT– Operational Technology (OT) System Operations Senior in Houston, Texas for ENGIE North America you will be responsible for installing, managing and upgrading systems and servers within the IT-OT environment. Ideally you will possess advanced knowledge in Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in resolving intricate IT challenges. What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field of study

  • Minimum of five (5) years of IT Server Operations, with experience in Operational Technology (OT)/ Industry Control Systems (ICS) being beneficial to the success of the role
  • Robust computer and networking skills, and thorough knowledge of networking concepts, principals, and best practices
  • Expert at managing and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology, including Microsoft Active Directory

Compensation

  • Supplier Qualification and Performance
    • Lead key supplier qualification and identification

What You Can Expect

As our Financial Reporting Advisor, you will play a crucial role in compiling and delivering International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)-based financial statements, reporting packages, and analysis to local management, ENGIE Group, and various Canadian and US partnerships.   • Compile and review financial statement reporting packages to ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and contractual partnership reporting requirements
  • Coordinate statutory and external partnership audits, providing working papers and draft notes disclosures
  • Resource plan to meet reporting and audit deadlines, identifying process bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
  • Liaise with the Technical Accounting team to ensure compliance with IFRS standards and implement new pronouncements
  • Quantify financial impacts of new accounting rules for ENGIE group reporting and North American partnerships, aligning financial reports with analytical metrics for stakeholders

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance with relevant academic qualifications and intimacy with financial statements
  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in external audit, audit coordination, or external financial reporting background for various stakeholders
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the energy industry, or accounting for tax equity partnerships
  • You are CPA certified or currently in progress towards certification
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Products including advanced Excel, Finance/Accounting software packages such as SAP S4 HANA and Adaptive Insight
  • You are an individual with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple assignments accurately and on time
  • You are deadline-driven with project management skills for cross-organizational coordination, with business intelligence reporting products and strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

  • Support Cross-Functional Projects: Assist project teams and steering committees through integration, divestiture, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • Financial Process Management: Help manage financial and business processes, ensuring compliance with accounting rules, and supporting procedural controls across projects
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate strategic objectives, coordinating comprehensive project plans, execution, and KPI tracking
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving risks and challenges during project execution, ensuring timely mitigation
  • Budget and Performance Tracking: Track and report on budgets, costs, synergies, and other key metrics to leadership and the Project Steering Committee
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implement and continuously improve project processes, tools, and best practices from the NORAM and Group IMO office, while staying updated on industry trends and innovations

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor in IT, Business, or engineering with a  focus in IT Protect management or related field

  • A minimum seven (7) years of relevant work experience or related field
  • You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive mindset
  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills and project management experience, including integration processes
  • You are proficient in MS Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and have knowledge of MS PowerBI
  • You have experience in project planning, scheduling, task tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
  • You have knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, MD365, and digital finance applications, with experience in IT and digital projects

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10%
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $157,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus.
