Continuous Process Improvement Analyst, II (Renewables Business Operations)
What You Can Expect
As the Continuous Process Improvement Analyst, II for Business Operations. This role will focus on Lean manufacturing principles and training support activities. The Analyst II will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through effective training and process optimization.
Ever day in this role you will:
- Initiatives: Define and work on templates, lead small projects, Kaizens, and workshops. Support the implementation of Lean tools and philosophy to drive process improvement (5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Transactional Process Improvement, and Maintenance)
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional team leaders, key contributors, and the leadership team to build standards, implement visual management, and monitor KPIs
- Detailed Analyses: Utilize statistical tools and Lean metrics to analyze process performance data. Identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Dashboards and Reports: Develop visual dashboards and reports to communicate findings and track progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
- Training Materials: Create engaging onboarding and training materials on Lean principles, tools, and techniques. Tailor content to different audience levels to ensure effective learning
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role with experience in implementing Lean/Operational excellence programs
- Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and/or change management
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- End to End view with the ability to help support change, deliver results, and manage networks effectively
- Team collaborator with solid project management skills
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $67,500 – $103,385 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
