Objetivos e Responsabilidades Principais da Função

  • Assegurar a conceção, execução, monitorização e manutenção dos Planos de Manutenção de equipamentos ou tecnologias de especialidade elétrica, em conformidade com as estratégias, políticas, procedimentos e orçamento definidos.
  • Contribuir para a execução do plano de investimentos, em conformidade com as definições orçamentais. Assegurar a coordenação de projetos assignados na referida área, incluindo a gestão de atividades e o desempenho de terceiros subcontratados.
  • Coordenar, ou participar, nas equipas de projeto transversais, garantindo a legalidade, eficiência e eficácia dos mesmos.
  • Garantir a conceção e implementação de projetos e atividades em condições idóneas de Segurança e de Responsabilidade Ambiental.

 

Responsabilidades Principais da Função

  • Coordena, ou participa, no desenvolvimento de processos de engenharia de manutenção elétrica e na integração de novos sistemas ou na melhoria dos existentes, procedendo a estudos e análises de problemas elétricos complexos, quer através da interpretação de rotinas de teste, quer através de meios complementares de diagnóstico e de resolução de problemas.
  • Providencia estudos ou pareceres de desenho de sistemas elétricos, bem como soluções de engenharia aptas a solucionar problemas de elevada complexidade, quer em projetos de aquisição ou renovação de equipamentos e tecnologias, quer em atividades correntes, com impactos minimizados nas atividades operacionais.
  • Assegura a existência de documentação e informação técnica atualizada sobre os ativos hídricos, nas áreas relacionadas com a especialidade elétrica e áreas de interseção das atividades de engenharia mecânica ou de segurança de barragens.
  • Coordena ou participa na gestão de projetos para aquisição, instalação, alteração ou substituição de sistemas e equipamentos elétricos, incluindo de automação, instrumentação e controlo, sistemas de comunicação, bem como respetivos softwares, meios e serviços auxiliares e proteções elétricas, sistemas de proteção, excitação e regulação de tensão, bem como equipamentos de transformação de corrente elétrica, estações e subestações e entre outros equipamentos e sistemas necessários à operação de centrais hídricas, monitorizando prazos, qualidade, eficiência, eficácia e preços, de acordo com o planeamento previsto no Projeto, no Processo Concursal, no Plano de Manutenção e no Plano de Investimentos.
  • Reporta o estado de progresso de projetos de planos de ação, de acordo com os KPI definidos.
  • Integra a equipa de projeto de Procurement e Compras nas fases pré concursais, competindo-lhe preparar a documentação técnica necessária à instrução dos concursos e ao processo de seleção das partes terceiras a subcontratar.
  • Coordena e monitoriza a atividade de subcontratados na sua área de especialidade, assegurando permanentemente a conformidade dos trabalhos e resultados entregues, em correlação com os contratos celebrados e as normas que regulam a atividade de externos, com especial ênfase no âmbito da Segurança no Trabalho e na conformidade Ambiental.
  • Providencia aconselhamento técnico e procedimentos padrão para a manutenção de sistemas e equipamentos elétricos, incluindo consignações e desconsignações, estabelecendo e documentando os respetivos procedimentos.
  • Providencia ou colaboradora nas atividades de instrução, preparação e realização de informação / formação e treino para os técnicos operacionais ou entidades terceiras subcontratadas.
  • É o responsável técnico pela organização e execução da formação THE (Títulos de Habilitação Elétrica) para técnicos operacionais cuja atividade seja submetida à exigência desta habilitação.
  • Representa o serviço de suporte de Engenharia de Manutenção Elétrica em reuniões técnicas e outras, designadamente em caso de diligências relacionadas com os projetos e planos de atividade que coordena ou em que participa.
  • Contribui, no seu âmbito funcional, para os Planos de Monitorização e Emergência Ambiental, junto das entidades internas e externas legalmente competentes, nos termos, responsabilidades e prazos legais.
  • Representa, sempre que necessário e no seu âmbito funcional, em articulação com a o Responsável de Área de Manutenção e Planeamento, os interesses da Empresa junto das entidades terceiras de natureza técnica ou regulatória, públicas ou privadas (Governo, Autarquias, Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente e outras), com interesse e relevância no âmbito da Engenharia de Manutenção Mecânica.
  • Assegura o papel técnico-legal Técnico Responsável de Instalações Elétricas, segundo os requisitos de validação formativa instituídos pela DGEG (com cobertura securitária do competente seguro de responsabilidade civil).

Qualificações

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica
  • Outras Qualificações ou Certificações: Mestrado na área académica referida.

Requisitos de Conhecimento e Experiência

  • Experiência profissional de 3 a 5 anos na área funcional.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos e visão científica de tecnologias, sistemas, processos e procedimentos na área da Engenharia de Manutenção Elétrica, aplicada à indústria da produção elétrica em centrais hídricas.
  • Conhecimentos avançados de modelos e metodologias de Planificação da Manutenção em ambiente industrial (preferencialmente em contexto de centrais hídricas).
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de gestão de processos concursais e de subcontratação nas atividades de Manutenção, preferencialmente em contexto de centrais de produção hidroelétrica.
  • Conhecimentos avançados de Segurança no Trabalho e Conformidade Ambiental, preferencialmente em contexto de centrais de produção hidroelétrica.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de ferramentas informáticas de suporte à função, incluindo as ferramentas Office, ERP SAP (muito valorizado), MS Project ou similar (entre outras ferramentas aplicacionais necessárias ao exercício funcional).

What You Can Expect

ENGIE North America is hiring a Solar Technician for our Solar Site located near Temple, TX.  

 

Your daily responsibilities begin with accessing tasks via SCADA, Maximo, or various SAP software systems and repairing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling technical repair work orders for solar panels. You will manage documentation, update parts inventory, and as well as submit on-site status reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and initiate work orders for equipment repairs.

 

  • Coordination of high voltage switching activities with local utilities and independent system operators (ISO), which includes tasks like substation operations, equipment lockouts and grounding
  • Adhere to safety protocols such as conducting Site-Specific Orientations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety meetings
  • While you will primarily work independently on-site, there will always be a nearby technician for safety support; the site's team comprises of a site manager, a Balance of Plant technician, and the solar technician. You will also be a part of an on-call rotation for outages and emergencies; therefore, you must reside within 50 miles of the site.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum two (2) years diploma in a technical program where you have learned AC/ DC electrical theory, understand reading blue prints and schematics, industrial electrical equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Solar generation sites, Wind generation sites
  • Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Controls & Industrial Maintenance
  • Must have or be willing to obtain certification by AVO as substation technician within 12 months of hire date
  • Capacity to be on call as deemed necessary by supervisor

 

 

Additional Details

  • This is a field position requiring daily travel to client site(s)
  • Must be available to travel domestically to other solar plants for emergencies and assist with outages
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record to drive company vehicle on and around the plant

This Environmental Development and Permitting Intern role is an opportunity to work with a Global Leader in Renewables Development. The Environmental Intern will work to support ENGIE’s Development Pipeline in North America and help to ensure that Projects are following best management practices (BMPs) to minimize environmental impacts and maximize biodiversity value of commercial-scale Renewables Projects.

 

In this role the Intern will support biodiversity studies, surveys, and micro siting efforts to minimize wildlife and wetland impacts, and support the Advisor on compliance obligations, preparing development projects for construction-stage efforts, and support the pursuit of federal and state permits where necessary. The Intern will have the opportunity to coordinate with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Legal, Land Use, and Engineering obligations.

As a Wind BOP Technician, you will operate and maintain the site, optimizing wind generation performance while prioritizing health, safety, and environmental compliance. Misión

  • Maximizar la disponibilidad de las instalaciones AT (subestaciones y líneas eléctricas) de ENGIE situadas en la zona centro sur de España, así como su vida útil

Funciones

  1. Gestionar de forma adecuada y eficiente los contratos de operación y mantenimiento de las subestaciones eléctricas de todo el porfolio de proyectos, tanto eólicos, fotovoltaicos como hidroeléctricos, gestionados por ENGIE en la zona Sur de Zaragoza, Logroño y alrededores.
  2. Participación en la definición del presupuesto operativo de los activos incluidos en su alcance (corto, medio y largo plazo).
  3. Participación en la negociación de contratos de operación y mantenimiento.
  4. Implementar los procedimientos de operación y mantenimiento locales siguiendo las guías maestras marcadas por el Grupo ENGIE.
  5. Participar en la determinación de los planes de mantenimiento anuales, trimestrales y quinquenales para cada una de las instalaciones.
  6. Evaluar y revisar los procedimientos de operación y mantenimiento garantizando un proceso de mejora continua.
  7. Coordinar junto con el Centro de Control asignado por ENGIE las operaciones de descargo en las subestaciones.
  8. Seguimiento de las órdenes y los permisos de trabajo en los activos de su perímetro. Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción que garanticen la máxima disponibilidad de los activos.
  9. Analizar la eficacia de las labores de operación y mantenimiento que permitan la mejora de la rentabilidad del negocio a través de la automatización del servicio y la optimización continua de los procesos tanto tecnológicos como organizacionales.
  10. Evaluación de la efectividad o eficiencia de los procesos.
  11. Implementación y cumplimiento de todas las normas medioambientales.
  12. Asegurar la implementación y cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad e higiene, Diversidad, Ciberseguridad y Ética y Cumplimiento, así como de los procedimientos y procesos definidos en la organización.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Al menos 5 años en la realización de tareas de Operación y Mantenimiento de subestaciones eléctricas de alta tensión
  • Bachillerato o grado superior de FP (especialidad electricidad o similar)
  • Conocimiento del modo de realizar descargos en subestaciones y la aplicación de medidas de seguridad (LOTO).

Actualmente para nuestra sede en Madrid, buscamos un Business Development Manager

 

Misión: La misión del Business Development Magager en el área de Estrategia y BD Performance es la de apoyar en la implementación de la estrategia de Renovables en BD, seguimiento analítico de costes de los proyectos en la desarrollo, participar en la creación de nuevas de proyectos renovables y apoyar en proyectos clave para la empresa.

 

Funciones

  • Participar en la originación del pipe de proyectos de RES, así como en el desarrollo de los mismos, desde la búsqueda de oportunidades (licitaciones en Subastas Energía, procesos de M&A o búsqueda de proyectos…), hasta el desarrollo greenfield: búsqueda de emplazamientos y análisis prefactibilidad de proyectos y obtención de PLA (Permisos, Licencias y Autorizaciones).
  • Tramitación de los permisos de acceso y conexión obteniéndolos por concursos de capacidad o prelación.
  • Seguimiento y análisis de las capacidades libres de REE y distribuidoras.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración, seguimiento y control del presupuesto para desarrollar el proyecto.
  • Seguimiento analítico de costes, estructuración y procesos del área de desarrollo de renovables.
  • Contacto permanente con proyectos a terceros greenfield. Negociación de contratos.
  • Soporte en la generación de documentación y presentación en los diferentes comités internos de desarrollo

 

Requisitos mínimos

Experiencia de 3-4 años en el área y 1-2 años en el sector de renovables.

  • Tramitación de solicitud de acceso y conexión para la evacuación de energía renovable a la red.
  • Tramitación/Permitting (proyecto administrativo, autorizaciones ambientales o de construcción, licencias municipales, etc.)
  • Procesos de negociación de contratos de co-desarrollo
  • Experiencia previa en control de costes y seguimiento de presupuestos.

Intern, Environmental Development and Permitting

What You Can Expect

This Environmental Development and Permitting Intern role is an opportunity to work with a Global Leader in Renewables Development. The Environmental Intern will work to support ENGIE’s Development Pipeline in North America and help to ensure that Projects are following best management practices (BMPs) to minimize environmental impacts and maximize biodiversity value of commercial-scale Renewables Projects.

 

In this role the Intern will support biodiversity studies, surveys, and micrositing efforts to minimize wildlife and wetland impacts, and support the Senior Advisor on compliance obligations, preparing development projects for construction-stage efforts, and support the pursuit of federal and state permits where necessary. The Intern will have the opportunity to coordinate with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Legal, Land Use, and Engineering obligations.

 

  • Complete assigned training and follow all ENGIE safety procedures (9 Life Saving Rules)
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, and site visits to wind and/or solar sites
  • Communicate using email, TEAMS meetings and phone calls
  • Review renewable environmental plans, surveys, and Best Management Practices (BMPs) documentation

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Masters-level coursework with an undergraduate degree focused on law, engineering, environmental science, or biology at an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and make autonomous decisions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Pro-Active and driven to complete tasks at hand
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of precision
  • Capable of delivering engaging presentations and effective training sessions
  • Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information

 

 

Additional Details

  • The internship work term will be from January 2025 to May 2025 and require a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $27.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
