Votre mission

En tant qu’ingénieur·e en infrastructure (voiries, tramways, pistes aéroportuaires) au sein de notre département Infrastructure, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception de projets d’aménagement géométrique et structurel. Vous travaillerez sur des infrastructures variées, notamment les autoroutes, routes régionales, tramways, pistes aéroportuaires, tunnels et ponts. 
Un autre volet important de votre mission pourra se porter sur la conception des systèmes de traitement des eaux usées, en prenant en compte le changement climatique et l'utilisation durable de l'eau de pluie.

Vos principales responsabilités

Votre rôle consistera à intégrer divers aspects essentiels dans les travaux, notamment :

• Conception Spatiale : Élaborer des plans optimisant l'utilisation de l'espace, en respectant les normes en vigueur.

Nous aimerions faire la connaissance de personnes ayant

• Un diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil ou une maîtrise en sciences industrielles.
• Environ 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
• Une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, et Autocad/Civil 3D.
• Une expérience en gestion de projets complexes.
• La capacité de communiquer couramment en français (langue maternelle) et un bon niveau d'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.

Jouw missie
  

Als Ingenieur Stabiliteit (Geotechniek) binnen onze afdeling Infrastructure speel jij een sleutelrol in het ontwerpen en begeleiden van uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten in België. Denk aan wegen, bruggen, tunnels, tramlijnen en meer. Vanuit ons kantoor in Gent of Hasselt werk je mee aan duurzame en toekomstgerichte oplossingen, met een sterke focus op stabiliteit, bodemonderzoek en milieueffecten.
 

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
 

• Je verdiept je in de ondergrond: je analyseert geotechnische data en zet op basis daarvan slimme beproevingsplannen op.
• Je vertaalt bodemonderzoeken naar concrete adviezen, zodat onze projecten veilig, efficiënt en schadevrij verlopen.
• Je voert of begeleidt zettings- en sterkteberekeningen uit voor leidingen, funderingen en beschoeiingen — o.a. met tools zoals Plaxis en Easypipe (ATV127)
• Je denkt mee over de meest geschikte funderingstechnieken en bemalingsstrategieën, en adviseert hierover aan projectteams en opdrachtgevers.
• Je bouwt mee aan concepten voor kunstwerken zoals overstorten, pompstations en bergbezinkingsbekkens.
• Je onderzoekt scenario’s voor bouwputten, funderingen en bemalingen, en onderbouwt je keuzes helder aan de klant.
• Je geeft onderbouwd advies, ook op financieel vlak, en denkt mee met de klant vanaf concept tot uitvoering.
• Je volgt werven op en grijpt in waar nodig om stabiliteit en bemaling te garanderen.
• Je begeleidt collega’s, beoordeelt werk van onderaannemers en deelt actief je expertise in het team.

• Masterdiploma in de Industriële of Ingenieurswetenschappen (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde).
• Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in geotechniek en infrastructuurprojecten.
• Grondige kennis van stabiliteits- en zettingsberekeningen, met ervaring in Plaxis, Modflow, en EasyPipe volgens norm ATV127.

Jouw missie  

Als Site Engineer vanuit ons kantoor in Gent, binnen de afdeling Infrastructure, speel je elke dag een cruciale rol in onze missie door bij te dragen aan het ontwerpen en de studie van belangrijke projecten zoals wegen, tramverbindingen, luchthavenbanen, tunnels en vaste bruggen. Daarnaast is het ontwerpen van rioleringssystemen een essentieel onderdeel van je werk, waarbij je rekening houdt met klimaatverandering en een duurzaam gebruik van (regen)water bevorderd.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden  
 
•    Technische supervisie, werforganisatie en operationele controle.
•    Veiligheid op de site, rapportage en verslaggeving.
•    Controle van de voortgangsrapportages en de uitgevoerde werken volgens de plannen en afspraken.
•    Uitvoeren van testen om de kwaliteit van de werken en de conformiteit met het bestek te garanderen.

What You Can Expect

As the Project Coordinator at the University of Iowa, you will support Program Managers in coordinating key project phases—design, procurement, construction, and commissioning—for utility plant and distribution projects. You’ll assist with reporting, stakeholder communication, and drafting business justifications based on research and assessments.

• Schedule and manage project meetings, track action items, and support documentation close-out
• Maintain and update project templates and assist with reporting across all phases

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree; In lieu of a four-year degree, you should have a minimum of four years of construction management experience and previous experience giving presentations to stakeholders
• You possess or have the desire to earn a PMP certification
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other project management tools to gather and organize required data

What You Can Expect

As the Head of Interconnection, you will lead the management of interconnection, transmission, and grid integration processes to support the development and operational goals of the Company’s Wind, Solar, and Storage pipeline across CAISO, WECC, SPP, ERCOT, MISO, and PJM. Your responsibilities will include navigating utility tariffs, transmission planning, technical evaluations, contract negotiations, and overseeing the full interconnection life cycle – from early-stage development through construction and commercial operation.

As the Head of Interconnection, you will also manage a team of interconnection managers and grid analysis professionals, ensuring key project milestones are met and aligning interconnection strategies with the broader company objectives. 

• Coordinate, review, and interpret interconnection and transmission studies performed by utilities and consultants, including utility transmission planning reports, and present key findings and implications to internal stakeholders
• Function as main liaison with project developers, and third-party consultants, on matters relating to interconnection to provide technical insight and business solutions to reduce interconnection cost and remove obstacles to project
• Perform and manage technical analyses—including load flow, basis and congestion modeling—to predict interconnection capacity, deliverability, and other key transmission parameters, and provide technical support for project development and acquisition activities by evaluating transmission system and planning issues
• Support liquidity tracking for interconnection securities and provide cash flow recommendations to management
• Conduct due diligence to identify interconnection and transmission risks associated with potential projects, portfolio acquisitions, and commercial transactions, and provide technical evaluations and recommendations based on transmission system and planning analyses
• Perform transmission system assessments and policy reviews to forecast future grid conditions, evaluate commercial viability, and monitor regional transmission planning and interconnection policy changes; participate in regulatory and market stakeholder processes in coordination with the Company’s regulatory and development teams
• Lead the negotiation of interconnection and transmission-related agreements with utilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project designs for grid integration and interconnection compliance
• Represent the Company to establish and maintain productive relationships with key utility and utility public commission personnel, industry groups, regulators and other stakeholders on issues related to transmission and interconnection
• Monitor progress of required system upgrades and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and viability

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 10 years in transmission planning, grid operations, or generation interconnection at a developer or consulting firm
• Deep understanding of interconnection processes and regulatory frameworks across major North American RTOs/ISOs, with strong relationships or the ability to build relationships with utilities, RTOs, and industry stakeholders
• Proficiency in power system modeling and analysis, including power flow and system impact studies, with experience in transmission planning and generator interconnection studies
• Understanding of electrical diagrams/systems and preliminary site plans
• Proven collaboration and problem-solving skills, capable of applying advanced engineering principles to identify and solve complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams with varying priorities and multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints

Compensation

Salary Range: $227,000 – $347,990 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

What You Can Expect

As the Project Management Advisor, you'll manage the design, construction, and commissioning phases of distributed-scale solar and energy storage projects, overseeing subcontractor activities and coordinating closely with internal departments (Technical Services, Development, Procurement, Operations, Asset Management, Finance) and external consultants. Your experience should include managing complex construction projects.

• Manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously from construction through handover to O\&M/Asset Management
• Lead weekly meetings focused on design reviews, utility coordination, site updates, and project status; maintain contractual compliance across agreements (EPC, interconnection, financing, etc.)
• Oversee contract administration, including invoices, change orders, submittals, RFIs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution
• Support financing activities, project scheduling, inspections, testing, commissioning plans, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

• A minimum of 7 years’ total experience in construction management of large, complex projects, of which a minimum of 3 years in project management
• A proficiency with Procore and MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Additional Details

• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
• Must be available to travel domestically 50% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
• Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
