Responsibilities 

  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

  • Perform other related duties and activities as required including any other ad-hoc works as and when assigned by Facilities Manager.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Property & Facilities Management / Intelligent Building Technology / Facilities Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 years working experience in building maintenance 

  • Preferably with experience in service and maintenance 

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and manage their work effectively. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. 

  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute ad-hoc minor work projects. 

  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, heights, confined spaces, and noisy environments and also the assets shifting work
