Che cosa farai?

Nel Ruolo di Building Specialist Intern supporterai il Contract Manager e, in coordinamento con il team Industrial & Facility Energy Services, gestirai le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei Contratti a te assegnati.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

Supporterai il Contract Manager nel:

  • Predisporre i preventivi e le offerte economiche per lo sviluppo dei lavori indotti di commessa
  • Assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria e relativa contabilizzazione
  • Gestire il sistema di manutenzione (EAM) e relativo monitoraggio di SLA e KPI
  • Assicurare la corretta gestione e conduzione degli impianti nel rispetto dei parametri contrattuali di comfort previsti e della massima economia di servizio
  • Assicurare che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto della normativa tecnica e delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza
  • Gestire la direzione lavori per la manutenzione straordinaria e riqualificazione impianti esistenti
  • Assicurare un buon rapporto con il cliente
  • Gestire la rendicontazione economica delle prestazioni rese, i mezzi e le risorse assegnate nella logica dell’ottimizzazione e nel rispetto delle norme in materia di rapporto di lavoro
  • Gestire l’interfaccia tecnica con le altre funzioni interne all’azienda coinvolte nel progetto
  • Predisporre la programmazione delle attività relazionando al CM su eventuali scostamenti
  • Coordinare il personale tecnico interno a lui assegnato e in subappalto affinché svolgano le attività di competenza
  • Gestire la documentazione di accesso in sicurezza al sito designato sia per i dipendenti Engie che per i subappaltatori

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.

Job Purpose/Mission:

Installation & Maintenance Technicians will support the installation and maintenance of our solar business systems. This role involves ensuring the installation and maintenance of our SBS energy solutions while adhering to industry technical standards including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Installations & Maintenance:
  • Conduct load analysis from customers through site visits
  • Follow building standards and codes when installing panels and support structures.
  • Assemble and install solar panels on roofs and other structures ensuring compliance with technical standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow installation and maintenance schedules as directed by the Sales & Technical Team Lead.

  • Prepares proposals, conducts sales presentations, and negotiates contracts
  • Manages the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing of installation materials
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and support.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of our solar energy solutions.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting product demonstrations and sales events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and communication.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and action plans that align with ENGIE Group's purpose and goals.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of the Group's CSR/Sustainability objectives at the country level, ensuring timely reporting.

  • Promote a sustainability culture within the country by facilitating trainings, information sharing, and awareness initiatives.
  • Participate in yearly sustainability reporting procedures, aligning with international sustainability frameworks.
  • Assist in periodic reporting, tracking, managing, and analyzing ESG-related data, recommending and monitoring Group-level ESG activities and projects.
  • Support the update and tracking of the decarbonization strategy with the Business Units, recommending possible solutions.
  • Stay updated on ESG regulations, trends, market developments, and technology to inform the company's sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote various environmental sustainability initiatives within the company and across Business Units.

 

Requirements

  • Master/Degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability/Business Administration or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • Prior experience in ESG field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability in solving problems promptly

Project Coordination Analyst II

What You Can Expect

The Project Coordination Analyst II role is a part of the Southern California Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting ENGIE’s Project and Construction Managers in the coordination of all activities related to the construction of ENGIE’s renewable energy projects.

 

In this role you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings, ensuring clear communication between ENGIE, Contractors, and Customers. You will analyze current and upcoming projects to identify potential conflicts or synergies, maintaining and updating process and reporting templates as needed. Regular site visits will be part of your duties to ensure that all work complies with ENGIE standards.


This position is located in one of ENGIE’s Southern California Offices and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two (2) years construction administrative experience

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a rotation basis
  • Must be available to travel regionally up to 30% of the time with the need to travel to various client sites
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record; there will be use of company vehicle and/or needed ability to drive to site locations

Compensation

Salary Range: $53,900 – $83,375 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

  • Prepare and responsible for annual budget submission, audit report, assessment report for contractors' performance
  • Prepare and certify contractors' payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
  • At least 10 years of related working experience
  • Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
  • Able to work Independently and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
