Ta mission
En tant que stagiaire Assistance aux Ingénieurs Projets dans notre département nucléaire, tu contribueras tous les jours à notre mission en nous aidant en tant qu’appui au pilotage de projet nucléaire.


Rattaché au chef de projet, le stagiaire assistera un ou plusieurs Ingénieurs Projets, dans le cadre des projets du Grand Carénage des centrales nucléaires EDF.
Il appuiera les Ingénieurs Projets dans le pilotage de leurs affaires (principalement des modifications à apporter dans les CNPE en exploitation) et contribuera à leur bon déroulement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier.


Pour cela, tu vas t’impliquer au sein de l’équipe sur les missions suivantes :

 

  • Piloter et coordonner les acteurs des affaires.
  • Organisation de réunions de « pilotage », de cadrage, de coordination ou d’avancement nécessaires au bon déroulement de ses affaires.
  • Pilotage et animation technique de l’ensemble des intervenants sur l’affaire.
  • Suivre le planning et les coûts des affaires.
  • Définir avec le planificateur des indicateurs pertinents de reporting mensuels.
  • Rédiger des livrables réglementaires (selon la notabilité de la modification) ou suivre l’évolution de documents réglementaires qui seraient potentiellement impactés (RDS, RGE(III, VI et IX), RASA…).
  • Rédiger des éléments de reporting hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Gérer l’analyse de risques des affaires.
  • Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs.
  • Suivi technique des fournisseurs et pilotage des chargés d’études.
  • Piloter les contrats spécifiques aux affaires.
  • Coordonner et gérer les interfaces entre les équipes Etudes et les équipes Projet ainsi que les différents contributeurs des affaires.
  • Capitaliser sur le retour d’expérience lié aux affaires.

What You Can Expect

The Construction/Engineer Intern is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and installation of energy conservation measures and renewable energy at large-scale public sector customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-based environment, at the direction of the Project Manager as well as their supervisor. Responsibilities in this role include engagement in design of Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures, performing site audits with mentors, and completing savings calculations with oversight from mentors to support projects in development and construction. Projects include a combination of energy efficiency measures and renewable generation installations, to help local cities and counties become more sustainable, save money, and improve services to their end-users and the expectation is that one to several projects are supported from early development through post-construction.

 

The intern will support ongoing projects in development or in construction which will include one or more of the following:

  • Learn and apply knowledge of HVAC and Controls, including modeling software
  • Analyze utility data to verify existing customer loads, consider rate change options, and calculate energy and water cost savings
  • Evaluate various types and locations of renewable energy systems
  • Assist the Project and Construction Managers on job walks, bid evaluations, contractor negotiations, and during construction meetings
  • Estimate and measure costs to anticipate total project costs
  • Going to job sites to support construction activities as needed and directed by the ENGIE Construction Manager

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You attend a high school at one of the following campuses in Salinas, California; (Alisal HS, Everett Alvarez HS, Mount Toro HS, North Salinas HS, Rancho San Juan HS, Salinas Adult School, Salinas HS)
  • You are 16 years or older and an enrolled student or graduating senior
  • You have an interest in construction, energy, physics, sustainability, and engineering and may have previously taken a course related to these topics

Compensation

Nel Ruolo di Building Specialist Intern supporterai il Contract Manager e, in coordinamento con il team Industrial & Facility Energy Services, gestirai le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei Contratti a te assegnati.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

Supporterai il Contract Manager nel:

  • Predisporre i preventivi e le offerte economiche per lo sviluppo dei lavori indotti di commessa
  • Assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria e relativa contabilizzazione
  • Gestire il sistema di manutenzione (EAM) e relativo monitoraggio di SLA e KPI
  • Assicurare la corretta gestione e conduzione degli impianti nel rispetto dei parametri contrattuali di comfort previsti e della massima economia di servizio
  • Assicurare che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto della normativa tecnica e delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza
  • Gestire la direzione lavori per la manutenzione straordinaria e riqualificazione impianti esistenti
  • Assicurare un buon rapporto con il cliente
  • Gestire la rendicontazione economica delle prestazioni rese, i mezzi e le risorse assegnate nella logica dell’ottimizzazione e nel rispetto delle norme in materia di rapporto di lavoro

  • Support sales campaigns by collaborating with technical experts and contractors to create case studies, tariff analyses, and other technical materials for new customers and prospects
  • Generate leadership reports using Salesforce and other tools, providing insights into ongoing sales efforts and pipeline activity
  • Prospect new leads through various platforms such as Sales Genie and Google Earth, identifying potential customers and opportunities
  • Analyze customer utility bills and conduct desktop site assessments using tools like Energy Toolbase, Helioscope, Pivot, and Plant Predict to inform sales strategies
