As our Customer Analytics & Strategy Engagement Intern, you will be immersed in various business systems to understand and analyze data, assisting in the creation of dashboards drawn from multiple data sources to forecast and report sales performance. In this role, you will gain exposure to electricity markets by developing a sales tool that demonstrates the value of ENGIE's capacity products. This internship is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and pursue a career in marketing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to further develop your professional skills, particularly in analytics and B2B marketing.

 

This internship program spans from May 2025 to August 2025.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

You must be at least a sophomore (by end of spring semester) working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s student working towards a master’s in Finance, Economics, Data Science degree or related field

You enjoy collaborating with several groups on projects, not afraid to ask questions

You will gain an understanding in forecasting models for renewable products based on market and economic growth indicators

You will assist in building and updating sales and marketing dashboards from multiple systems.

You have completed academic projects or gained experience in analytical skills, analyzing CRM data to identify potential customers for renewable product upgrades

You have demonstrated the ability to create meaningful insights from various data sources to support sales and marketing efforts

Compensation

What You Can Expect

As the Distribution Intern, you will support the operations team that provides distribution of chilled water, electricity, steam and water to The University of Iowa. This group maintains the cabling, controls network, metering, piping, pumping, substation, tunnel and vault systems that comprise the distribution systems.  You will also focus on inventory tracking and procurement, and management of various assets and processes supporting operations, using a variety of computer programs.

 

  • Independently identify maintenance needs in distribution systems and coordinate with the Utilities Distribution Planner to develop Corrective Work Orders
  • Develop and maintain performance results and analyses of distribution systems, helping to identify, document, and track maintenance needs while keeping accurate records
  • Maintain equipment inventory databases under the guidance of Distribution management and planning staff, using spreadsheets, databases, CMMS, or ArcGIS as appropriate

As the Health and Safety Intern, you will provide support to the Site Safety Specialist on the campus of University of Iowa. The company is responsible for the infrastructure that supplies the university and hospital with steam, power, water and chilled water. Additionally, will assist in all aspects of the ENGIE Health & Safety Program, including incident investigation, monthly indicator reporting, review and disposition of safety Good Catch reports, hazard identification, leadership safety walks, employee training, and capital improvement project risk assessment and consultation.

 

  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment, seize opportunities to learn by participating in or shadowing activities, and facilitate at least one safety improvement project aimed at closing the risk gap or cultivating a positive safety culture

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Brindar soporte en proyectos en desarrollo o implementación.
  • Soporte en la actualización de las herramientas de gestión del proyecto.
  • Consolidación de información técnica del proyecto para tramitación de permisos, especificaciones, etc.
  • Apoyo en la redacción de minutas, preparación de informes y presentaciones.
