What You Can Expect

As our FP&A Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for ENGIE North America’s growing portfolio. In this position, you will work closely with the Flexible Generation and Networks Global Business Unit (FGBU), Asset Management, Operations, Partnerships teams, and the Global Energy Management Services (GEMS) team to gain a deep understanding of profitability drivers, risks, and liquidity management. You will be a key member of ENGIE’s finance team, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly results for management, partnership, and group reporting. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews for GBU Management and ENGIE Group Corporate, highlighting business performance and trends based on operational and project-specific drivers. Additionally, your tracking of key financial indicators will provide early warnings to management and deliver actionable insights to support the GBU strategy. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the FGBU Director of FP&A.

 

  • Actively contribute to the development of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and medium-term business plans (MTP), ensuring alignment with ENGIE and partner guidelines.
  • Prepare and participate in partnership Board meetings, providing supporting materials under the guidance of the Flexible Generation Finance Business Partner (FBP), FP&A Director, and FP&A VP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of Flexible Generation GBU and Network's budget and MTP data into reporting systems, producing comprehensive management analysis of P&L and Cash-Flow Statement components.
  • Collaborate with accounting and IT departments to maintain reporting accuracy, including data mapping and creating new reporting structures.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc performance reporting and analysis, and participate in cross-functional projects involving IT tools, processes, or strategic transactions.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business financial analysis, financial reporting or accounting
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and are proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP solutions (S4, SAC, BFC, Fiori), and Power BI
  • You hold solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines with accuracy and ensuring cross-organizational coordination.
  • You are knowledgeable in accounting fundamentals and have a successful track record in energy markets, which is a plus.
  • You are self-motivated, able to work effectively in time-sensitive environments with non-flexible deadlines, even outside of typical US business hours.
  • You have a strong desire to continue learning and deepening your expertise in finance and energy, with the goal of becoming a financial leader within the industry.

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of 3 days at an ENGIE office

Compensation

Salary Range: $ 74,500– $104,265 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Materiaal- en afvalbehandeling is een belangrijke kernactiviteit binnen het ontmantelingsprogramma van de Kerncentrale Doel.  

Het bepaalt in grote mate de kostprijs van dit enorm grote afbraakproject. De uitdagingen zijn velerlei: vermijden van de productie van afval, oplossingen zoeken voor recyclage, voor decontaminatie en vrijgave, en finaal een correcte behandeling van de restfractie radioactief afval. 
En dit alles zo efficiënt mogelijk en volgens de gestelde kwaliteitseisen.

 

Wij zijn op zoek naar een deskundige die zich breed wil inwerken in deze materie.

Jouw missie
•    Je ontwikkelt werkwijzen en processen voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief beheer van materiaal en radioactief afval uit de reactoren. Dit beheer begint bij de productie van het afval en eindigt bij de finale evacuatie, met verschillende deelprocessen daartussen.
•    Je werkt vooral binnen de logistiek, nauw samen met de Proces Ingenieur Logistiek en het operationele team dat verantwoordelijk is voor materiaal- en afvalverwerking op de kerncentrale.
•    Je helpt bij het uitwerken van projecten, wijzigingen, planningen en tools binnen je expertise, en coördineert de bijbehorende activiteiten.

What You Can Expect

The Project Development Advisor will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across the market. In this role you will support the development of existing pipeline, new greenfield development, and project acquisition. Efficiently communicate complex development situations, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction. Travel as necessary for siting, development and commercial activities as required to keep development on track.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting permitting, site control, interconnection matters, power marketing, design/ Engineering, Procurement, Construction “EPC”, financing and other matters critical to the development of energy storage projects throughout CAISO.

 

  • Manage/analyze information flow relevant to project development from internal subject matter experts and external consultants/vendors
  • Ownership of project inputs/assumptions and coordinating updates with respective internal groups
  • Manage project level progress, risks, opportunities, and economics while providing thoughtful analysis and risk evaluation
  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in CAISO, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental, Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ relevant work experience  and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in CAISO or other Independent System Operator “ISO” with energy storage or renewable energy development, with experience in project management, permitting, offtake negotiation, interconnection, planning, real estate, and other matters critical to development
  • Demonstrated success and experience developing utility scale energy storage and/or renewable energy projects, within CAISO or other ISO
  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments
  • Experience preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements including development agreements, site control agreements, consulting and service agreements, interconnection, and power sales agreements
  • Ability to manage a large workload across a large portfolio, while prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of the CAISO market or other ISO with particular focus on interconnection, regulatory and offtake matters
  • Ability to evaluate development status and efficiently inform critical decision making with management

 

Additional Details

  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time with the need for some overnight trips

The Neptune Project Management Director will be responsible for implementing the project plan in accordance with the permits granted by Federal authorities, including the US Maritime Administration (MARAD) and the US Coast Guard (USCG). This role involves managing the project team, including ENGIE staff and contractors, to ensure successful decommissioning while enforcing ENGIE’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards. The Director will oversee contract management, budget, and schedule, seeking necessary approvals for any material deviations. In addition, the Director will actively manage project risks, maintain relationships with stakeholders at federal and state/local levels, and seek appropriate support from ENGIE’s organization, including the Networks GBU Americas’ Project Support and Implementation team and the North America Hub’s teams.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the project plan in accordance with permits and ensuring compliance with ENGIE’s HSE, procurement, and ethics policies
  • Managing the project team for decommissioning, overseeing contract management, and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships at federal, state, and local levels, and securing necessary approvals during project execution.
  • Commuting between Houston and Massachusetts during the operational phase to ensure ENGIE’s local representation, with weekly travel anticipated based on project needs

Our international team of 21 Mechanical and Thermal Processes engineers is already well known for its competence in complex problem solving for different component issues in the power energy business as well as general industry. What you’ll be doing

 

Your responsibilities as Vibration Project Engineer (F/M/X)

In order to meet the demand for activities related to the identification of problem root causes or design assessment within the Cluster Mechanical & Thermal Processes, we are looking for a Vibration and Mechanics Project Engineer who wants to develop his/her career in the field of Condition Monitoring and Vibrations analysis. 

 

In this role, you will be fully involved in the follow-up of vibration behaviour of turbo generator shaft lines involving complex root cause analysis of rotating machinery. You will also advise our customers regarding the best condition monitoring strategies for their specific assets based on your sound technical and up-to-date solutions knowledge.

 

You will work alongside a supportive team, and will have access to professional development opportunities to help you grow in your own career.

 

Specifically this means:

  • Performing detailed vibration analysis of turbo generator shaft lines.
  • Analyzing mechanical problems and vibration issues of power plant components, adding value in the interpretation of the results and proposed solutions.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei asigura suportul necesar experților SSM:
    • pentru definirea cerințelor de Securitate și Sănătate în muncă din faza de proiectare, inclusiv pentru includerea în bugetul proiectului a tuturor echipamentelor și altor componente  asociate cerințelor SSM;
    • în etapa de precalificare și de evaluare a ofertei (sub)contractanților/furnizorilor în timpul procesului de selecție și în definirea criteriile H&S relevante ca parte a procedurii de selecție (chestionar dedicat RFI);
    • pentru descrierea obiectivelor SSM și conceperea indicatorilor de performanță SSM pentru proiect.
  • Vei evalua riscurile de sănătate și securitate și te vei asigura că acestea sunt încorporate în mod corespunzător în managementul riscurilor proiectului; vei acorda suport în evaluarea riscurilor de accidentare și îmbolnăvire profesională
  • Vei coordona dezvoltarea și punerea în aplicare a Planului de management în domeniul securității și sănătății în muncă
  • Vei comunica cerințele contractuale SSM, stabilite din faza de proiectare, inclusiv evaluările de riscuri, către toate persoanele implicate în implementarea proiectului;
  • Vei asigura alinierea sistemelor de management SSM ale părților implicate, pe toată durata de pregătire și execuție a lucrărilor
  • Vei face instruiri colective în domeniul SSM, pentru personalul  (sub)contractorilor, în conformitate cu prevederile contractuale
  • Te vei asigura că planul de intervenție în caz de urgență, exercițiile de gestionare a crizelor și procedurile de investigare a incidentelor există și sunt puse în aplicare în faza de execuție
  • Vei menține legătura cu echipele SSM ale (sub)contractorilor și te vei asigura că există o înțelegere comună a domeniului de aplicare/specificațiilor pentru cerințele de SSM
  • Vei participa la efectuarea de investigații adecvate a incidentelor și accidentelor produse în cadrul șantierului și vei transmite constatările/lecțiile învățate
  • Vei realiza activitatea de monitorizare, inspecții, audituri în scopul verificării respectării cerințelor SSM incluse în contract și asigurarea faptului că activitățile sunt controlate în mod adecvat și că orice abatere de la metodele de lucru planificate este evaluată în mod corespunzător, înainte de implementare

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
  • Curs inspector securitate și sănătate în muncă, durata de minimum 80 de ore;
  • Experiență minim 2 ani în activitățile de teren specifice construcțiilor;
  • Experiență minim 6 luni  în activități care presupun proiecte tehnice și lucrul cu prestatorii de servicii/ constructori;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Cunoștinte privind legislația domeniului de activitate;
  • Cunoștinte Pachet Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) și SAP;
  • Competențe de gestionare a relației cu clientul și a situațiilor conflictuale;
  • Capacitate de organizare, analiză și sinteză;
  • Comunicare clară și convingătoare, atât verbal cât și în scris;

What You Can Expect

  • Build Customer Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with Giant customers (100,000 MWHs+), focusing on those with centralized energy management and a need for risk/load management services, particularly in ERCOT and PJM markets
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategies to approach, capture, and grow key customers, identifying and seizing market opportunities
  • Pursue Deal Opportunities: Target large energy consumers for retail opportunities, emphasizing risk management, demand response, and renewable solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in which you have learned general business practices, contract negotiations, business-to-business sales techniques, and quantitative or financial skills
  • A minimum 10 years of experience in the energy industry with five+ years of experience in retail or wholesale power origination
  • You have a proven track record of developing and expanding valuable relationships with energy clients

Compensation

Salary Range: $146,300 – $224,135 USD annually

Your function

  • You participate in international projects, together with other European Tractebel Entities;
  • You are responsible for modelling and design of various industrial complex structures. (concrete and steel)
  • You draft, follow-up and review studies and technical specifications related to engineering projects during the different phases of project implementation (feasibility, basic or detailed design, implementation);
  • You prepare and verify technical documents, including technical and calculation notes, drawings, materials specifications, and requisitions.

Candidate’s profile:

  • You are a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer, holding as a minimum a Bachelor´s degree in the field of Civil Engineering;
  • You have relevant experience (a minimum of 5 years) in an engineering company, design office, or on-site construction in a general building contractor.
  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering design and structural calculations.
  • You have excellent expertise in AUTOCAD
  • You have expertise in using calculation software ( Etabs/ SCIA/ROBOT)
  • You have knowledge of design norms and regulations ( Eurocodes);
  • A good knowledge of English is a must, and knowledge of French is an advantage;
  • You have strong teamwork skills and a taste for energy technologies.
  • Rigour, pragmatism, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office package;
