  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of energy and water management solutions to help clients achieve energy and sustainability goals. Acting as an extension of the client’s in-house team, the Energy Manager will leverage technical expertise and market segment knowledge to deliver insights that drive sustainable business decisions for multi-site commercial and industrial clients worldwide.   

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Energy Management/ Client Engagement/Project Management/Sales Support

  • Lead projects teams delivering energy and water advising services including ENERGY STAR benchmarking compliance, building performance management and energy management advisory services 
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and effective client engagement
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure internal and external project stakeholder participation  to enable timely project execution and successful outcomes
  • Develop innovative solutions for client challenges and contribute to the strategic expansion of  services
  • Provide technical systems and market segment subject matter expertise to identify and resolve complex  issues
  • Conduct ENERGY STAR® Certification site visits and ASHRAE Level I & II Energy Audits from start to finish with
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings  to effectively communicate program results and value delivered

    The pay range for this role is: $62,050-105,800

    Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.     • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or associated field required
    • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
    • Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g. CWEP, CEA, BESA, EBCP, LEED)
    • 1+ years of direct experience in energy or sustainability management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job 
    • Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
      • Energy and Water Regulatory Compliance, Energy and Water Advising
      • Energy Auditing, Energy Savings Calculation Development, Utility Bill Analysis, Weather Regression, Measurement and Verification, Custom Rebates and Incentives.
      • Familiarity with Building Performance Standards, Energy Benchmarking, and Energy Performance roadmapping
      • Energy Management: ASHRAE Level I & II Energy Audits, ENERGY STAR Benchmarking and reporting, energy management capital project planning and implementation, operational changes, building systems and controls strategies, building energy modeling
      • Water Conservation: water-efficient technologies and processes, water risk management strategies
    • Proven track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
    • Experience in working with cross functional teams and participating in complex projects and programs

What You Can Expect

As a Senior Credit Manager (Senior Advisor), you will lead traditional wholesale counterparty credit functions for renewable power products, gas and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Your responsibilities include annual credit reviews, contract negotiations, deal approval and negotiation of credit terms for non-standard transactions.

 

  • Conduct ongoing monitoring for a portfolio of counterparties, tracking both individual counterparties and broader industry and market conditions
  • Assess credit risk associated with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and recommend risk mitigation measures
  • Construct creative credit solutions for structured transactions incorporating a quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Evaluate and challenge computations of potential future credit exposure as prepared by the risk team
  • Collaborate with legal, commercial and risk teams to negotiate master agreements related to bi-lateral trading and structured transactions, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Prepare slides for quarterly credit committee and prepare and validate month-end credit reports used for management communication and financial reporting

What You’ll Bring

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

GEMS APAC activities are managed out of Singapore. The Business Platform’s purpose is to perform and develop GEMS trading activities in the APAC &  Middle east region around 2 main pillars: Client and Asset management.

 

The APAC Green Solutions team plays a critical role in originating, negotiating, and securing contracts to drive value and manage revenue streams for ENGIE renewables portfolio and developing strategies to optimize the APAC generation portfolio.

 

As the PPA Structurer in APAC region, your scope will include driving the marketing efforts, sourcing, and securing of PPA customers and managing relationships with potential energy buyers. The candidate will lead the negotiation, execution, and management of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and offtake contracts, ensuring the financial viability of projects through successful offtake agreements.

 

 

Role:

 

Green Solutions Originator & PPA Structurer Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential buyers and opportunities for renewable energy, environmental products, biomass and low carbon fuel consumption.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for securing long-term offtake. agreements, ensuring projects’ profitability and financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buyers and power market related stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PPA negotiations and management, ensuring open communication and collaboration with all parties.
  • Identify and source prospective upstream and downstream PPA customers, green solutions corporate buyers, building a robust pipeline of interested parties.
  • Develop customized proposals and marketing materials to attract and secure long-term PPA customers.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of PPAs and other offtake agreements with corporate buyers & industry partners.
  • Ensure agreement terms are commercially competitive and will optimize projects’ revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, credit, financial, and technical teams to draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks associated with PPAs and offtake agreements, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and counterparty risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international energy market regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and develop good working relationships and ensure effective communications with internal stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

As an Environmental Director, you will oversee all environmental permitting and licensing requirements for renewable energy projects in the US and Canada spanning from the initial stages through to the start of construction. You will be responsible for analyzing the associated costs, schedule and resources needed to develop, permit, build and operate new renewable projects.  As the Environmental Director, you will provide direct oversight of corporate and plant level compliance assurance management programs, policies, procedures, and processes in support of the company’s environmental strategic objectives.

 

  • Lead and manage the environmental permitting, entitlement, and compliance assurance requirements for wind, solar, and battery storage projects
  • Accountable for compliance with all applicable environmental and permitting requirements for projects during development, construction and operations 
  • Responsible for scoping, contracting and managing consultants and contractors for permitting, environmental and regulatory services 
  • Oversee the implementation of environmental surveys including, but not limited to: biological resources, vegetation resources, wetland and stream delineations, cultural resources, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a Register of Environmental Legislation of all applicable environmental regulations and for providing strategic advice to senior management of how to mitigate associated risk 
  • Review and track environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop quarterly and annual reports analyzing trends and developing environmental objectives and targets to meet company environmental goals
  • Manage environmental risk assessments through the due diligence and audit process for existing facilities and potential new development project sites
  • Assess company environmental tools, processes and management systems and determine the level of organizational maturity.  Develop a strategy that will lead to a self-directed culture
  • Provide environmental technical advice to senior legal counsel when required to accurately interpret regulatory rules for compliance
  • Present solution alternatives when project issues arise and advise the Company’s executive management in clear, concise content and format to facilitate sound and timely decisions
  • Develop close working relations with federal, state, and local environmental protection agencies, influencing an outcome-based approach to legislative regulation interpretation and implementation
  • Create a service organization among all regional environmental advisors and managers to meet the permitting and licensing needs of Business Development in cost, schedule, and activity coordination
  • Share subject matter expertise across the international regions by leveraging the knowledge management platform to capitalize on environmental sustainability initiatives, strengthening the learning continuum
  • Evaluate and provide advice on environmental liabilities associated with purchase and lease of properties 
  • Manage implementation of company environmental tools (e.g. Environmental Management System (EMS) program)
  • Manage development of environmental reporting documentation as requested by head office in Paris, France (“GROUP”)

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of operational and managerial experience in an environmental compliance and business development role within the energy sector
  • Experience working with US and Canadian Federal and State/Provincial, and local government laws and policies relating to aquatic and terrestrial environments and land use entitlements relevant to renewable energy development
  • Experience working on projects on federal or Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands.

  • Vei asigura evidența posturilor de lucru care necesită examene medicale suplimentare și evidența posturilor de lucru care, la recomandarea medicului de medicina muncii, necesită testarea aptitudinilor sau control psihologic periodic.
  • Vei monitoriza funcționarea sistemelor și a dispozitivelor de protecție, a aparaturii de măsură și control, precum și a instalațiilor de ventilare sau a altor instalații pentru controlul noxelor în mediul de muncă.
  • Vei verifica starea de funcționare a sistemelor de alarmare, avertizare, semnalizare de urgență, precum și a sistemelor de siguranță.
  • Vei identifica echipamentele individuale de protecție necesare pentru posturile de lucru și vei întocmi anual și, ori de câte ori este nevoie, necesarul de dotare a lucrătorilor împreună cu șefii locurilor de muncă.
  • Vei colabora cu personalul medical pentru efectuarea controlului medical la angajare/reluare activitate și periodic, pentru cunoașterea la zi a situației îmbolnăvirilor profesionale, identificarea factorilor de risc de îmbolnăvire profesională și propune măsuri de minimizare a expunerii la riscuri.
  • Vei răspunde de:
    • efectuarea instruirilor colective cu personalul firmelor care desfășoară lucrări pe baza de contract pentru societate, precum și a vizitatorilor;
    • informarea autorităților în domeniu despre orice incendiu izbucnit în cadrul Punctului de lucru și întocmirea raportului de intervenție;
    • analiza periodică a capacității de apărare împotriva incediilor și stabilirea împrejurărilor și a factorilor determinanți, precum și a măsurilor de prevenire conforme cu realitatea;
    • implementarea cerințelor legale specifice în domeniul ATEX;
  • Vei realiza instruirile specifice și asigura permanent consultanță managementului  și angajaților în probleme de securitate și sănătate în muncă, situații de urgență.
  • Vei asigura întocmirea și aplicarea planului de măsuri de securitate și sănătate în muncă și SU.
  • Vei participa la cercetarea evenimentelor și vei analiza frecvența accidentelor de muncă și a îmbolnăvirilor profesionale, identificând mecanismul de producere a acestora.
  • Vei colabora în vederea dezvoltării, actualizării și implementării Planurilor de Evacuare în Situații de Urgență, Planurilor de Prevenire și Stingere a Incendiilor și aplică recomandările din Scenariile de Risc de Incendiu în colaborare cu responsabilii de clădiri din cadrul ENGIE.
  • Vei defini chestionarele de pre-calificare, ca parte a procedurii de selecție, prin identificarea criteriilor relevante în materie de securitate și sănătate în muncă adecvate proiectului, și vei coordona procedura de pre-calificare și de evaluare a ofertei contractanților principali, subcontractantilor și furnizorilor în timpul procesului de selecție.
  • Vei include în bugetul proiectului costurile aferente tuturor echipamentelor și a altor componente asociate cerințelor SSM.
  • Te vei asigura că planul de intervenție în caz de urgență, exercițiile de gestionare a crizelor și procedurile de investigare a incidentelor, sunt elaborate și puse în aplicare încă din faza de proiectare.
  • Vei dezvolta și implementa un proces sistematic de promovare a returului de experiență și a bunelor practici în cadrul societății.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare tehnice finalizate;
  • Curs inspector securitate și sănătate în muncă minim 80 de ore;
  • Curs postuniversitar “Evaluator riscuri accidentare și îmbolnăvire profesională”;
  • Curs în domeniul situațiilor de urgență (protecție civilă și apărare împotriva incendiilor);
  • Curs de auditor sistem de management securitate și sănătate în muncă;
  • Minimum 3 ani experiență în activitatea de SSM – SU;
  • Cunoștințe Pachet Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) și SAP;
  • Permis conducere categoria B;
  • Cunoștințe limba engleză nivel avansat;

What You Can Expect

As a Project Management Advisor, your role will involve leading all phases of energy projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and cash management—all while securing strong customer references. These projects will span energy efficiency measures, facility renovations, renewable generation installations, and carbon reduction strategies, helping public sector, commercial, and industrial customers across the U.S. become more sustainable, reduce costs, and improve operations.

 

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you’ll oversee everything from early development through post-construction, including design, procurement, contract negotiations, and project implementation. Assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules will be key, along with handling technical aspects like scope development, conducting savings analysis, and assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you’ll work closely with the Sales team to support customer presentations and interviews during project development. Partnering with the Legal department, you'll negotiate and prepare customer agreements and change orders, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

 

When it comes to budgeting, maintaining precise records of all cost components will be crucial. Any necessary adjustments will be promptly communicated to your supervisors. Together with the Construction Manager, you’ll establish a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed on time. Your coordination with Accounting will ensure timely customer invoicing, and you’ll proactively resolve any payment delays. Compliance with local labor regulations will be part of your responsibility, as will overseeing the completion of monitoring packages and final job close-out.

 

This position will be remote, Illinois and will report to the Project Management Director.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a four (4) year degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience in project management of complex projects including training and certifications
  • You are proficient with MS Office; including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Skillful in project accounting to manage project budgets
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid technical writing abilities
  • Capability to create and execute project development and delivery schedules
  • Excellent adherence to schedule, and collaborative problem-solving skills to maintain budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction 
  • Ability to review engineering work across all typical energy and general construction project scope types

Jouw missie   

 

Als Mechanical Designer  in onze afdeling Ports & Waterways draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het ontwerp van onze projecten en het samenwerken met onze ingenieurs.

 

  

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   

 

  • Je staat in voor het modelleren en tekenen van het mechanisch ontwerp van zware machine-uitrusting voor water infrastructuur (beweegbare bruggen, sluizen, stuwen, pompstations, hijswerktuigen, etc.).
  • Je verwerkt hiervoor de input van ingenieurs en gebruikt deze voor het modelleren in SolidWorks.

 

  • Je staat tevens in voor het implementeren van de modellen in het algemeen 3D-model voor de controle op interfaces en clash detectie van de modellen van verschillende disciplines (civiele bouwkunde, staalontwerp, etc.)

 

  • Je zoekt naar praktische oplossingen en houdt rekening met het onderhoud en de installatie van de machine.

 

  • Je gaat soms on site bij klanten of fabrikanten voor technische reviews of overlegmomenten.

 

  • Na finalisatie en goedkeuring maak je de gevraagde 2D en 3D tekeningen voor ontwerp en onderhoud.

Distrigaz Sud Rețeleeste liderul distribuției de gaze naturale în România. Cu o expertiză de peste 47 de ani în acest domeniu, compania deține contracte de concesiune pentru distribuția de gaze naturale în 1.358 de localități, pe raza a 20 de județe din sudul și centrul României și a municipiului București, gestionând o rețea de distribuție de peste 22.500 de km.

În prezent, căutăm o persoană care să aibă experiență în gestionarea unui portofoliu de lucrări, pentru a se alătura departamentului  STUDII TEHNICE ȘI INVESTIȚII,  în calitate de  SPECIALIST PORTOFOLIU INVESTIȚII.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei răspunde, monitoriza și te vei asigura de încadrarea în termenele contractuale și legislative pentru lucrările alocate în portofoliu.
  • Vei urmări transversal lucrările de investiții în toate etapele acestora, respectiv achiziție, proiectare, validare, achiziție execuție, execuție, punere în funcțiune, capitalizare și vei pregăti documentele de promovare și finalizare a lucrărilor.
  • Vei comunica permanent cu proiectanții și executanții și vei colabora cu toate departamentele implicate pe parcursul derulării lucrării de investiții de la faza de proiectare până la faza de execuție și capitalizare, pentru respectarea termenelor și deblocarea lucrărilor.
  • Vei centraliza și gestiona datele monitorizate la nivelul procesului și vei face raportări periodice.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

 

  • Studii superioare tehnice finalizate;
  • Experiență minimum 1 an în domeniul gazelor naturale sau în activități care să fi presupus gestionarea unui portofoliu de lucrări;
  • Cunoștinte operare pachet Microsoft Office, în special Excel;
  • Capacitate de organizare, analiză și sinteză;
  • Capacitate de a lucra sub presiunea timpului;
  • Capacitate de adaptare și disponibilitatea la sarcini neplanificate;
  • Cunoașterea sistemului de distribuție a gazelor naturale – reprezintă avantaj;
