  • Conduct daily audit inspections to ensure the outsource service providers are performing according to their contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Manage and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works
  • Prepare tender documents and specifications, plan, coordinate and execute rectification works
  • Responsible for project costing and cost management
  • Plan training requirement for staff needs for skills improvement
  • Prepare and responsible for annual budget submission, audit report, assessment report for contractors' performance
  • Prepare and certify contractors' payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
  • At least 10 years of related working experience
  • Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
  • Able to work Independently and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Throughout the project lifecycle, you will interface with utilities, contractors, vendors, inspectors, regulators, independent engineers, and internal teams to address technical concerns and ensure design deliverables and schedules meet project requirements. You will review electrical calculations and provide field support during construction, supporting the project through testing and commissioning activities.

The Pre-Construction Senior Project Manager (PM) is responsible for fostering grid scale wind, solar, and storage projects through the pre-construction phase of project development.  Successful execution of this position requires clear and consistent coordination of multiple project stakeholders including developers, contractors, vendors, owners, and financing partners. Every day in this role you will provide project management coordination and support for large and complex wind, solar, and storage projects during the pre-construction phase of the project. 

 

  • Manage request for proposal (RFP) process for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) services
  • Manage commercial aspects of all project related contract negotiations
  • Support pre-construction activity including site studies, surveys, preliminary engineering, and estimating
  • Support internal project capital expenditure approval processes to secure budget for Project Delivery scope
  • Coordinate and support internal stakeholders including development, engineering, interconnection, and power marketing teams with Capex input requests
  • Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders including Balance of Plant (BOP) EPC contractor
  • Support major equipment (modules, wind turbines, batteries, and substation) procurement processes
  • Participate in the negotiation of key project contracts including Major Equipment Supply Agreements and BOP-EPC Agreement
  • Ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan
  • Continually assess project risk and maintain project Risk Register during preconstruction phase
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all parties involved in the development and approval of the project

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of project management and procurement in utility scale renewable energy or heavy construction experience in renewable energy projects
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred. However, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with various project & construction management software tools, e.g., Procore
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized and work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Oversee and lead a team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for commercial building / ministry building / Hospital
  • Establish good working relationships with clients and develop trust and confidence
  • Establish and maintain quality service standards
  • Take charge of the overall Air Conditioning Maintenance Ventilation system
  • Manage the daily AC thermal comfort is within the acceptable limit
  • Schedule maintenance activities for ACMV systems, tracking of maintenance works and follow up actions for systems such as chillers, AHU, FCU, fire protection, gas systems etc
  • Ensure regular meetings with client's and appointed sub providers
  • Handle Tenant’s enquires.
  • Conduct daily audit inspections to ensure the outsource service providers are performing according to their contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Manage and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works
  • Prepare tender documents and specifications, plan, coordinate and execute rectification works
  • Responsible for project costing and cost management
  • Plan training requirement for staff needs for skills improvement
  • Prepare and responsible for annual budget submission, audit report, assessment report for contractors' performance
  • Prepare and certify contractors' payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
  • At least 10 years of related working experience
  • Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
  • Able to work Independently and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Service orientated mindset
  • Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
  • Possess high level of initiative and integrity

Missions

 

  • You will report to the APAC Sales Manager.
  • Prepare tenders proposals with the support of the Business Development and Product Manager of Thermal, Transmission & Distribution, Gas & LNG.
  • Identify and adequately resolve bottlenecks in case of unexpected events to manage the overall sales process.
  • Follow up and integrate partners' and subcontractors' contributions.
  • Deliver all documents, including the commercial contracts, with quality based on a deep understanding of the requirements.
  • Provide inputs for the commercial reporting.
