Responsibilities 

Under Shared Service team, Accounts Executive responsibilities as follow:

  • Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation and Fixed Assets Management.
  • Check and process supplier invoices/approval (3 way matching) timely and accurately.
  • Correct posting of entries and inter-company transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with manual of authority (MOA), Standard operating procedures (SOP) and company policies, GST requirements.
  • Follow up on invoices with dispute (Highlight any discrepancies, exceptional purchases, losses) and maintenance of open Purchase Orders.
  • Rejection of duplicate/non-compliant invoices/credit notes.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff claims (non-employment related).
  • Assist GL to carry out month-end and year-end accounts closing.
  • Prepare monthly schedules, review of supplier SOA and AP aging, supplier/audit reconciliation and follow up on long outstanding / unreconciled items.
  • Handle receipts administration for customers
  • Customer Master Data Creation & Maintenance
  • Plays an active support role in digital transformation roadmap to drive digitalization initiative for e-invoicing.
  • Assist to identify areas of improvement to streamline, simplify, standardize, digitalise and automate systems and processes.
  • Besides duties listed above detailed in RACI Matrix, to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance
  • At least 2 years relevant experience

Thanks to an increase in business activity, we are currently recruiting a Nuclear Technical Integrator for our  Engineering Management Group  that is part of the Technical Direction and Integration Department. 
 


Your mission  
The Technical Integrator role on a project (sometimes called “Technical Coordinator”) mainly consists in ensuring the technical consistency of the project deliverables and the technical excellence of the solutions developed in line with the client expectations while respecting the budget and the planning. This responsibility is of course shared with the Project Manager and the Discipline Experts working on the project.

 

 

Your key responsibilities  

  • You act as a major technical interface between the Project Manager and the Discipline Experts ensuring the coordination and integration of multidisciplinary technical competences;
  • You are the technical interface for the client and you play a major role in the achievement of the key deliverables such as engineering, design studies, technical specifications, white book, etc;
  • You provide technical guidelines of the project for the disciplines involved. You introduce adequate hold points and design reviews within a project and perform technical review for ensuring the general consistency of project deliverables;
  • You anticipate problems and customer needs for the different disciplines; identifying and managing technical risks and non-conformities. You manage efficiently the technical interfaces between technical disciplines and contractual packages;
  • You draft general and multidisciplinary technical and/or contractual documents on basis of the inputs of different disciplines and project stakeholders (including Customer);
  • You contribute to the further development of the multidisciplinary competences by indicating areas for improvement and integrating lessons learnt. 

 

 

We would love to hear from people with  
 

  • A master in Engineering;
  • A general knowledge of nuclear installations of PWR or BWR designs (nuclear island and/or  conventional island and/or balance of plant), developed through participation in power plant projects for 5 years;
  • An experience in the new designs of nuclear power plants (Generation III, Generation IV, SMR,…) is an asset;
  • An outstanding judgment, organization and decision making skills;
  • A basic knowledge of project management techniques and have coordination skills;
  • The capacity to integrate various disciplines (process, safety, mechanical, electrical, I&C, fuel, civil works, site constraints, contractual aspects, basic legal and financial principles, etc.)  in order to ensure the technical performance of a project;You have several years of experience in at least one of these disciplines;
  • An  interest in international projects;

As a Technical Integrator profile you have sufficient expertise to integrate the various disciplines of your project(s) (process, safety, mechanical, electrical, I&C, fuel, civil works, site constraints, contractual aspects, basic legal and financial principles, etc) in order to ensure the technical performance of a project. Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate cost of sales invoices to industry data.

  • Create and validate TPI (broker) invoices and resolve queries with these.
  • Managing recovery of exposed TPIs by calculating and processing accurate reconciliations
  • Reducing balance sheet position relating to ended contracts by identifying required reconciliations and providing accurate reconciliation information
  • Providing information to support the month end reporting cycle.
  • Assisting in the production and delivery of monthly management accounts.
  • Aid with variance analysis of revenues and costs and follow variances through to recovery.
  • Understand the sales order book and identify any data discrepancies.
  • Understanding our cost data, industry data flows and volumes.
  • Development of profitability reporting through price component revenue analysis.
  • Producing documentation for the BSR review.
  • Maintain process documentation for processes within the role.
  • Perform reconciliations for major cost components

 

 

Skills

  • Proven ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines, be organised, methodical, and be receptive to change.

  • The role requires computer literacy with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Job Summary


The IT Global Competency Center (GCC) Consultant at ENGIE India will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the India Leadership team and the D&IT Leadership team to identify use cases for the India GCC Center and work on the feasibility and business case for the India GCC for D&IT. Reporting to the CIO for AMEA & India, this role will be based in Pune and will also work closely with D&IT Strategy & Planning, GBS IT, D&IT Procurement, and IT Strategic suppliers and partners for ENGIE.

 

 

Main Objectives

  • Collaborate with the India Leadership team and D&IT Leadership team to identify use cases for the India GCC Center.
  • Develop and assess the feasibility and business case for the India GCC.
    • Prioritise a sequence of use cases for the GCC along with pros and cons.
    • Come up with a roadmap and plan for onboarding D&IT capabilities to GCC
  • Work closely with GBS IT, D&IT Procurement, and IT Strategic suppliers and partners to ensure alignment between outsourced capability and what should be in the GCC.
  • Explore and recommend suitable archetype of GCC for the use cases identified.
  • Project Manage the GCC onboarding and execution.

  • Identify and analyse potential use cases for the India GCC Center in collaboration with the India Leadership team and D&IT Leadership team.

Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Background in a GCC advisory or in an IT GCC leadership role with GCC setup experience is mandatory.
  • Exposure to Energy industry will be desirable.
  • Minimum of 20+ years of experience in D&IT, Digital Solutions management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a specific Large Scale Solar (LSS) Farm Renewable project from the late stage of development to the execution to review all technical, contractual, financial, regulatory aspects of the LSS project and support for the finalization of the relevant documents, as well as to establish systems and processes for monitoring and controlling Health Safety & Environment (HSE), quality, budget and timeline progress of the construction. PM will support the Lead Business Developer in the pre-construction requirements as well as in the late stage of the development until the handover takes place from Lead BD to PM before construction starts.
  • Responsible for overall project execution for a specific Large Scale Solar (LSS) Farm Renewable project, managing local project team, Engineering, Procurement Construction Commissioning (EPCC) companies, Supplier, Owner Engineer and liaising with ENGIE internal and project related authorities until the testing commissioning of the LSS power plant and achievement of the guaranteed performances (quality, capacity, availability, efficiency).
  • Responsible for Large Scale Solar (LSS) Farm Renewable project management with all operational, contractual and financial aspects in order to ensure respect of HSE plan, quality control plan, time schedule and capital expenditures budget ; managing effective liaisons with ENGIE SEA, ENGIE AMEA, Project Delivery Team, contractors and authorities.

 

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree, in Electrical and /or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Experience of over 10 years in Construction Industry, or engineering companies, involved for at least 5 years in power, renewable energy or infrastructure projects with electrical works involved.
  • Experience of minimum 6 years as project manager or construction manager in the field of project management.
  • Experience of minimum 6 years as project manager or construction manager in the field of project management, preference for large-scale solar (LSS) ground mounted farms (at least 50 MWac/project in Philippines).
  • Prior experience in engineering, construction, project planning and contracts management with interfacing with Philippine authorities (DOE, NGCP, ERC, LGUs, etc.).
  • Ability to speak, to write concise reports fluently in English, to liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding and knowledge about engineering, construction, project financing requirements, operations and maintenance of solar power plants.
  • Capable to structure and drive complex projects in pluricultural contexts with engineering, construction components and with strong understanding of power project critical path and milestones (land, grid interconnection, permitting, T&C).
  • Interaction experience in an international working environment and different cultures with understanding of the technical and commercial principles underlying relevant commercial contracts and agreements.

 

Note: This is a project-based position located in Pampanga. The candidate will be based in Manila for the first three months to support pre-construction requirements. The project duration is 2 years.

Role

You will support and optimise marketing communications for ENGIE’s B2B supply business across digital channels, engaging existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy email marketing communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for new business development and existing customer campaigns.
  • Update and improve the ENGIE Energy Supply website.
  • Advise on best practice digital marketing activities, staying updated with Google and social media guidelines.
  • Enhance SEO rankings and organic website traffic.
  • Manage digital channels and assets, improving usability, content, data capture, and conversion.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Support outbound sales campaigns with data procurement.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' digital marketing strategies.
  • Deploy PPC and social media marketing campaigns.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO reporting tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush), digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and web content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Understanding of Matomo web analytics.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing function, preferably digital and analytics.
  • Experience with integrated marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Energy services and market knowledge beneficial but not essential.
  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
