Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with project objectives and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in project planning, a solid understanding of project management principles, and a proven track record of successful project coordination and execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules using industry-standard planning software and tools, ensuring that all project activities are accurately documented and aligned with project objectives and deliverables.

2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, milestones, and resource requirements, and create detailed project plans that facilitate effective project execution and coordination.

3. Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key performance indicators and project milestones to identify any deviations, risks, or potential delays, and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies and corrective actions.

4. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments, addressing any plan changes, deviations, or modifications, and providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established plans and schedules.

5. Analyze project data and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

6. Participate in the development and implementation of project planning methodologies and best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of planning processes and tools for improved project efficiency and performance.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project plans are aligned with project requirements, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards, and that all project activities adhere to established timelines and budgets.

8. Provide training and guidance to project teams on project planning protocols, tools, and best practices, and ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary resources and information for successful project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

 

2. Proven work experience of at least 10 years in project planning, with a strong focus on developing and managing project plans in the [specific industry] sector.

3. Proficiency in project planning software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning platforms.

4. In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a solid understanding of project planning techniques and strategies.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide effective solutions for project planning challenges and optimizations.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

7. Experience in the fields of "scheduling and planning" in well-known consulting companies / construction contracting.

8. Competence and skill in scheduling on Primavera programs (P3, P6) for project planning - the latest version, Informatics and graphic visual presentations of data (Infographics).

9. Candidate who is fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.

Ingeniero Electricista – Proyecto Solar (Contrato temporal)

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

·         Funciones 

  • Liderar la supervisión de los trabajos de montaje y pruebas asociados a las obras eléctricas del Proyecto (redes de media tensión y subestaciones eléctricas).
  • Coordinar con los otros líderes de disciplina la correcta gestión de interfaces.
  • Coordinar la integración de los sistemas eléctricos con otras disciplinas (civil, mecánica y control).
  • Seguimiento a cronograma de las actividades de su disciplina y plantear opciones de recuperación de plazo.
  • Validar la correcta instalación y conexión de inversores, transformadores y sistemas de protección.
  • Implementar metodologías de Lean Construction y análisis de riesgos eléctricos para mejorar la eficiencia en sitio.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica y/o Mecánica Eléctrica.
  • Experiencia mayor a 5 años en construcción de proyectos de energía (centrales de generación y/o líneas de transmisión).
  • Experiencia en gestión de interfaces en proyectos multicontratos.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio.
  • MS Office / MS Project / Autocad
  • Conocimiento avanzado de las normativas aplicables en el sector eléctrico peruano: Código Nacional de Electricidad (D.S. 009-2004-EM), Normas IEC, IEEE, NEMA.
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Moquegua
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar dos sábados al mes (compensables).

What You Can Expect
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager to provide comprehensive  support for a Capital Project on Campus, ensuring smooth execution of project activities, planning, coordination with key contractor(s)/vendors, CapEx team, and Operations & Maintenance teams.

  • Assist the Program / Project Manager administratively and with field activities during project development and execution of the Capital Project.  
  • Support Operations & Maintenance and Contractor with any walk-downs or site visits to areas such as distribution system(s) and mechanical room(s) to confirm existing site conditions as part of construction planning activities. 
  • Actively participate in discussions with Project, Engineering, and Contractor teams for outage, equipment staging, and any other construction planning meetings. 
  • Provide input on logistics and construction plans from ENGIE or other third parties. 
  • Conduct site surveys at least three times per week (or as needed by the Capital Project) to gather project data, assess progress, and ensure alignment with project plans. 
  • Assist with management of interfaces with University and Contractor(s) and other vendor(s), including staging and logistics for temporary equipment, deliveries, and utility outage planning and execution. 
  • Act as the field superintendent for the Project by addressing execution issues, alongside the Construction Manager on the Project. 
  • Coordinate with appropriate parties for any required project permits, including coordination with Contractor and University, as needed. 
  • As needed, conduct coordination activities for parking passes, keys, and badges for Contractor(s). 
  • Inform other contractor(s) or vendor(s) about Contractor activities in the affected Capital Project areas. 
  • As needed, Conduct Contractor safety orientation (including coordination with Construction Manager), and assist safety coordinator(s) with information tracking or document updates. 
  • As needed, handle administrative tasks related to the project, including maintaining project documentation (e.g., contracts, meeting minutes, reports). Organize and maintain project data and files, transferring information between platforms and documents as required. Perform administrative duties including word processing, hard copy, and electronic filing, copying, scanning, and binding of documents.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience required. 
  • High School Diploma required. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred, along with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with Procore, and/or various other project & construction management software tools, e.g. Procore, SharePoint, Bluebeam.
  • Experience in construction industry and/or operations / field roles is required. 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility, responsibility, and initiative without direct supervision. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, applications, and procedures. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Primavera P6 experience is preferred to assist in project scheduling and tracking. 
  • Procore experience (or equivalent project management software platform) experience is required.

What You Can Expect
The HR Data Analyst I provides essential support for HR projects, programs, and data/reporting needs by leveraging current systems and applications.   • Conduct routine data audits to ensure data quality within ENGIE's HCM systems and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Configure HCM foundational tables, approve system requests, and perform system testing for changes and enhancements. •    Collaborate with internal experts and external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve HCM system issues.
  • Extract HR data and submit regulatory compliance reports, including BLS, US Census Bureau, EEO-1, and AAP reports.

Job Summary:

ENGIE South Africa is looking for a GET Implementation Project Leader. GET stands for Global Enterprise Transformation and is a key project launched by ENGIE in 2022 to standardize ERP systems and process around the world. This role involves leading the transformation of Finance and Procurement processes while identifying and addressing gaps to ensure the organization’s long-term growth and efficiency. The GET Lead will collaborate closely with functional teams, local leadership, and cross-functional departments to execute the transformation, mitigate project risks, and optimize processes. This position will report to the Country CFO and to the Regional (AMEA) GET Project Leader and is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our new ERP system, allowing us to simplify and standardize our processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) Rollout & Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation lifecycle of S4Hana and its satellite systems in South Africa, from planning and deployment to post-go-live support.
    • Coordinate with functional leads to identify critical gaps through analysis and assess whether a global update or local solutions are necessary.
    • Work closely with local leadership and teams to ensure the transformation is effectively rolled out, ensuring alignment with global goals.
  2. Gap Identification & Solution Implementation:
    • Identify major and critical gaps in processes and systems, coordinating with functional leads to address them.
    • Recommend solutions and drive necessary changes to meet local needs while aligning with global standards.
  3. Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Lead and coordinate testing phases by working with local functional leads to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  4. Change Management & Organizational Support:
    • Support specific local changes, such as organizational and process adjustments, while ensuring adoption is driven by global teams.
    • Collaborate with global program management on change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and transition for local teams.
  5. Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
    • Engage with local leaders, functional teams, and global program managers to track the progress of the transformation.
    • Participate in or lead governance meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and gaps, ensuring continuous communication between local and global stakeholders.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IT, Operations, and other departments outside of Finance and Procurement to ensure smooth integration and successful implementation of the transformation.
  7. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and process optimization, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared across functions.
  8. Financial Process Management & Optimization:
    • Oversee and streamline all financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and transactional workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across finance functions, reducing complexity and driving process standardization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions that enhance financial performance.
  9. Organizational Structure & Change Management:
    • Support the design  of the organizational structure of the finance department and other stakeholder to ensure processes meet future business needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the CFO to manage change management initiatives, aligning the finance team's roles and responsibilities with process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Successful Rollout: Ensuring the timely and efficient rollout of S4Hana and its satellite systems in South Africa.
  • Effective Gap Resolution: Identifying critical gaps and leading the effort to implement global or local solutions as needed.
  • Testing Leadership: Coordinating and leading successful testing phases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at the local and global levels.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying and addressing project risks.
  • Systems Leadership: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial systems, ensuring that technology is leveraged to improve finance operations and reporting capabilities.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Ensure the finance department is optimally structured to meet business needs, with clear accountability and a strong culture of performance.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure finance processes and systems are aligned with broader business objectives and can scale with growth.

 

Your Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs, ERP implementations (preferably S4Hana), or Finance/Procurement process optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and S4Hana is a significant advantage. Expertise in Finance and Procurement processes is critical. Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Project Management: Certification in project management is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
  • Risk Management: Experience with identifying and mitigating risks in large-scale projects.

 

Type of Contract:

  • Fixed term contract. The mission is expected to last 18-24 months.
  • After such period, there may be opportunity to participate in similar projects in other countries, depending on performance and relocation conditions.

Location:

  • Johannesburg, South Africa. Punctual travels within the country and to Dubai or Paris may be needed.

Missão

 

A pessoa selecionada será responsável por dar apoio as equipas na instalação e manutenção de ar condicionado na Região do Algarve.

 

O que pode esperar

 

  • Realizar a manutenção diária em conformidade com as ordens de trabalho e planos de manutenção em Chiller`s, Roof Top, UTA`s, VRV`s, Split`s;

  • Realizar relatórios ao seu superior hierárquico;
  • Garantir que os equipamentos e máquinas sob a sua responsabilidade são mantidos em boas condições de funcionamento;
  • Realizar as inspeções de rotina e executar o respetivo relatório;
  • Cumprir as normas de Qualidade, Ambiente, Energia e Segurança do Grupo Engie e do cliente;
  • Preencher as ordens de trabalho após a sua execução e entregá-la ao seu superior hierárquico.
  • Manutenção e Reparação de equipamentos AVAC.

 

Quem procuramos

 

  • Escolaridade mínima ou Curso de formação profissional 
  • Experiência em AVAC;
  • Conhecimentos Eletricidade;
  • Experiência obrigatória em manutenção;
  •   Residência na zona entre Olhão e Albufeira (Preferencial);

  • Certificação para manuseamento de Gases Fluorados (Preferencial).
