În prezent, căutăm o persoană cu atitudine proactivă, fără experiență, pentru a se alătura echipelor noastre în calitate de  Instalator debutant. Contractul de muncă va fi încheiat pe perioadă determinată de timp de 12 luni cu posibilitate de prelungire.

Ce vei face:

Sub supravegherea mentorului, vei executa lucrări programate și neprogramate specifice domeniilor de activitate de Exploatare Rețea și Tehnic Clientelă, în conformitate cu Legea Energiei și a Gazelor Naturale, Normele Tehnice în vigoare, Politica de Mentenanță a Societății, procedurile și instrucțiunile de lucru specifice proceselor de Exploatare Retea (mentenanta preventiva si mentenanta corectiva), în vederea exploatării în condiții de siguranță a sistemului de distribuție gaze naturale, reducerea pierderilor și a costurilor, pentru asigurarea satisfacției clienților interni și externi, cu îndeplinirea obiectivelor de performanță calitativă și cantitativă stabilite la nivel de unitate organizațională.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii generale;

 

Constituie avantaj:

  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Calificare în meseria de instalator gaze;
  • Experiență 1 an în exploatarea sistemului de distribuție de gaze naturale.

2.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be trained and developed in assisting the Shift Charge Engineer to supervise and oversee daily plant operations and maintenance in the Operations Shift Team in order to ensure that operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently and within the company rules and procedures, OEM guidelines, legal, environmental, contractual and other requirements;
  • Assist to establish the appropriate procedures and computerized maintenance management processes as applicable to a prudent operation management, in particular the permit to work system;
  • Ensures correct operational line-up and local operation of the systems;
  • Unloads fuel tankers in a safe manner;
  • Understands and adheres to all Plant Safety Guidelines and Procedures. Strives to maintain an injury-free environment;
  • Understands and masters the Plant Emergency Handling Procedures;
  • Participates in the Plant Training and Qualification Program;
  • Ensures control of the plant process and electrical distribution through the plant Distributed Control System (DCS) and other process control devices;
  • Assists in scheduling daily maintenance actions, plant configuration changes and varying power generation levels;
  • Monitors plant chemistry and chemicals handling;
  • Identifies problems with plant equipment and clearly communicates the conditions associated with these problems to the Shift Charge Engineer / Plant Maintenance Team;
  • Ensures the completion of shift round checklists, routine daily/weekly/monthly test checklists and equipment change-over checklists, etc.;
  • Coordinates with the Shift Charge Engineer and Operation Engineer;
  • Submits the necessary reports and recommendations to the Shift Charge Engineer concerning equipment/plant status and/or any problems;
  • Maintaining high standards of management, ethics and leadership;

3. MODUS OPERANDI:

  • The Job Holder works as a trainee within the operations department and reports to the Operation Manager.

4. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • The Job Holder will work and communicate with:
  • Internal: Maintenance, Operation and HSE Departments;
  • • The Job Holder must communicate with his own team (other Operators), the maintenance technicians and Contractors as necessary.

 

3.  QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Job         Purpose/Mission 

 

 As an Archiving Officer Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, preservation, and retrieval of records and documents within our archives. You will play a crucial role in   maintaining the integrity of company records and ensuring that they are accessible to those who require them.

 

              Responsibilities: -

  • Record Management: Manage the organization's records and documents according to established archival standards and procedures.
  • Documentation Preservation: Ensure the preservation and conservation of historical records, including paper documents, photographs, digital files, and other media.
  • Cataloguing and Indexing: Create detailed catalogues and indexes of archival materials to facilitate easy retrieval and access for researchers and staff.

The “Classical Gas” Product is in charge of LNG terminals with its variants, pipelines and conventional gas stations. The piping activities for these are executing:

•    Feasibility and Basic Design.

•    Mechanical & Process System Studies.

•    Procurement of piping equipment including factory acceptance testing.

•    Design Review.

•    Site supervision, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

•    Audit of installations.

 

The role of Tractebel can be consulting engineer, owner’s engineer, PMC, etc.

The engineering services cover the whole life cycle of the projects, from early stage feasibility studies to construction follow-up, commissioning follow-up and services during plant operation.

 

The projects are located in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America or Asia.
 

Your function

For the Gas product, you are in charge of Pipeline engineering studies necessary to design, build gas pipelines; gas compression stations and all what is related to the handling of gas in an industrial environment. The concerned installations cover all natural gas or other special gases (such as H2, CO2,…) transport.

Your role will address mainly the following tasks:

  • Execute feasibilities studies analysing the optimal routing for a pipeline routing considering all aspects of constrains.
  • Integration of the project constraints in the design of the pipeline system.
  • Act as Technical Integrator of complex projects consolidating engineering studies from various disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, civil, I&C, HSE, etc.)
  • Deliver pipeline engineering services that meet Tractebel’s, its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
  • Perform technical-economic studies including cost estimates
  • Execute detailed design studies for a chose and frozen pipeline.
  • follow up of the contracting process for these services (bid comparison, technical and economic negotiations, contracting)
  • Evaluate and comment the technical documents issued by contractors and manufacturers
  • Gaining experience in covering basic engineering, detail engineering, procurement, erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and acquisition of specific knowledge regarding pipelines and gas installations.

Deze meeloopstage binnen de maintenancedienst 'Mechanisch Onderhoud' (kerncentrale Doel) levert jou bergen kennis op het vlak van dagdagelijkse activiteiten in de diverse technische installaties binnen de heel specifieke omgeving van een kerncentrale op.

Jouw missie

  • situering en probleemstelling
    • de student zal dubbellopen met de onderhoudstechniekers binnen de afdeling Mechanisch Onderhoud van het departement Maintenance
    • de student kan onder begeleiding specifieke onderhoudstaken uitvoeren. Op die manier wordt de kans gegeven om de vaardigheden, kennis en attitudes die in de opleiding verworven werden, in de praktijk te brengen in een concrete en uitdagende werkomgeving
    • de student neemt deel aan de normale, dagdagelijkse activiteiten in de diverse technische installatiedomeinen. Op die manier kan de stagestudent via de meeloopstage proeven van diverse technieken en installaties die nauw aanleunen bij de opleiding, de specialisatie en het interessegebied
  • doelstellingen
    • tijdens een meeloopstage is het vooral de bedoeling om kennis te maken met de kerncentrale, de omvangrijke en complexe installaties en het gespecialiseerde personeel, en tegelijkertijd praktijkervaring en praktische vaardigheden binnen het betrokken onderhoudsgebied te verwerven
 

Jouw profiel

  • je volgt een professionele bacheloropleiding of middelbare opleiding TSO in één van volgende richtingen: mechanica of elektromechanica
  • je zal werkzaam zijn in de kerncentrale te Doel
  • je bent nederlandstalig. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.

Mission 

Are you motivated to board onto our international nuclear trainees program? 
As a nuclear trainee, you will:

  • Discover the world of energy and the challenges of nuclear activities and business;
  • Build a solid network of contacts within Tractebel and ENGIE and share experiences.
  • Learn during a one-year training program alongside your professional work within the technical domain of Hardware Qualification. 

In the context of the operation and lifetime extension of power plants (in Belgium and abroad), a lot of equipment have to be replaced and will be found obsolete. Suitable replacements have to be found and tested to conform to nuclear qualification requirements. Lifetime extension plans have to be defined to demonstrate the capacity of the equipment to go beyond their original lifetime. Furthermore, design upgrade projects required qualification of components to guarantee the safe operation of the plant.

Your job as Hardware Qualification Engineer will consist of:

  • Support to the utilities for the identification of obsolete components (through various methods including: contacts with the original supplier, stock analysis, etc.);
  • Managing contacts with the suppliers to evaluate alternative solutions;
  • Evaluating possible options for re-stocking; 
  • Research of substitute products for obsolete equipment;
  • Validate design changes between original and current equipment regarding nuclear safety;
  • Drafting of specifications and technical requisition files for purchasing of Instrumentation equipment;
  • Follow-up of factory acceptance test and examination of manufacturer records;
  • Meeting experts assigned by Suppliers, Client, Safety Authority...
  • Management of hardware qualification process of instrumentation equipment regarding nuclear safety;
  • Drafting of qualification programs and justifications according to current referential;
  • Evaluation and choice of test laboratories;
  • Placing of orders and follow up of the contract;
  • Follow-up of qualification tests;
  • Drafting and analysis of qualification reports;
  • Presenting and defending hardware qualification in front of the Client and the Belgian nuclear Safety Authority;
  • Performance of technical Audits of suppliers of qualified equipment in Belgium and abroad and draft audit reports;

Profile 

  • Civil/Industrial Engineer (electricity, electronics, electromechanics, …); 
  • Knowledge in electricity and/or instrumentation, quality assurance, standards,… is an asset;
  • Open to quality and safety cultures;
  • +4 years' Experience of professional experience in a similar job in a safety sector (nuclear / industry / railways / aeronautics, …..)
  • Knowledge/interest in the components composing the systems and how they operate;
  • You are able to write technical documents;
  • You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch;
  • You are open to travel for short assignments abroad.

Au sein de la Direction Nucléaire, vous serez rattaché(e) à l’agence de Gennevilliers.

 

Dans le cadre de ses projets de conception d’installation de type INB (Nucléaire) pour le compte de différents clients en France, Tractebel recherche un ingénieur ventilation Nucléaire junior afin de renforcer ses équipes.

 

Intégré au groupe HVAC du métier « Sûreté et Ingénierie Nucléaire », vous êtes garant en matière de conception et de réalisation des systèmes de ventilation nucléaire de la phase avant-projet jusqu’ à la réception finale des installations par le client.

 

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous réalisez les activités suivantes :

      • Définition des exigences /orientations de conception associées aux systèmes de ventilation nucléaire ;
      • Appui technique au service sûreté nucléaire dans le cadre des analyses de sûreté à réaliser ;
      • Réalisation des études d’avant-projet (esquisse, APS, APD) associés à la ventilation (i.e note de fonctionnement, notes de calcul thermique, aéraulique, notes de calcul de pertes de charge, schémas aéraulique, dimensionnement des principaux équipements de ventilation (CTA, filtres THE, ventilateurs, etc) ;
      • Définition des principes de cheminement des gaines et encadrement de projeteur pour la modélisation des réseaux et équipements en maquette ;
      • Appui à la cellule ingénierie système dans le cadre des missions de coordination des interfaces techniques ;
      • Evaluation des coûts de réalisation associés (i.e études exe + couts travaux) ;
      • Participation à l’ Elaboration du corpus documentaire relatif au Dossier De Consultation des Entreprises (i.e cahiers de charges, spécifications techniques des équipements, DPGF…) ;

 

PROFIL

De formation ingénieur ou universitaire en génie climatique ou thermique/énergétique vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire (expérience de 3 à 5 ans).

 

Une expérience des normes de conception usuelles en ventilation nucléaire et industrielle, serait un plus.

 

Vous êtes force de proposition dans vos tâches et faites preuve d’une bonne polyvalence technique et humaine. Esprit de rigueur, sens des délais et excellent relationnel seront des atouts nécessaires à la réussite dans ce poste.

 

Nombre d’années d’expérience minimum : 3 ans

Expérience compétences en conception de système de ventilation nucléaire / tertiaire / industrielle ;

Expérience sectorielle : tertiaire / industrielle , la connaissance du secteur du nucléaire serait un plus : règles, normes et guides associés (Arrêté INB 07/02/12, Guide Cetreve, ISO17873, ISO 11933, ISO 10648, …) ;

Maitrise des logiciels : pack office (impératif), connaissance des logiciels Sylvia, Climawin/Design Builder, Autocad ;

Capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse ;

Curiosité technique et créativité, sens de l’organisationnel, réactivité ;

Langue / Niveau : Anglais niveau opérationnel et technique
