YOUR RESPONSABILITIES as a Controls and Instrumentation Technician Gas turbines (M/F/X)

• You get the opportunity to acquire knowledge, develop and maintain expertise in the field of thermal & Aero derivative Gas turbines.
• The EMS Aero derivative Solutions department manages the instrumentation, control systems, and combustion systems of the gas turbines used for electricity production. Your goal will be to become an expert in your field to support our clients, both ENGIE and non-ENGIE.
• In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the I&C maintenance scopes on gas turbines in various power plants .
• With the support of your colleagues, you will develop key maintenance competencies in the field of  instrumentation and control systems of aero derivative gas turbines (for ex. LM6000/LM2500).
• By delivering high-quality work and demonstrating exemplary safety behavior, you will bring significant added value to our customers.
• You will perform complete maintenance scopes in your field of expertise (outages, unplanned interventions, diagnostic and troubleshooting, …). You will manage all project phases, from preparation to final reporting.

YOUR PROFILE as a Controls and Instrumentation Technician Gas turbines (M/F/X)

• You hold a bachelor's degree in measurement and controls techniques/automation/ electronics/electromechanics or equivalent through experience

Your Mission

What You Can Expect 

As our Software Developer, you will collaborate with a dynamic software development team to design and build web and cloud-based applications using the Microsoft .NET framework, the Azure platform. In this role, you will report to the Director of Solution Delivery, contributing to the team’s transformation by implementing redesigned systems and processes powered by the latest digital technologies. This position is based in Houston, TX. 

What You’ll Bring 

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience working with C# and NET frameworks. In lieu of a four-year degree, you bring a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in software development, during which you have gained a strong understanding of the field and demonstrated the ability to design and develop web and cloud-based applications 
• You are experienced with Microsoft SQL Server, including database performance tuning, and have a strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage 
• You have expertise in ETL tools and processes, with proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and writing complex scripts for data manipulation, validation, and management 
• You are proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively

Jouw missie  

Als Hydraulica Engineer in onze afdeling Infrastructure draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde hydraulische analyses en het ondersteunen van complexe projecten in de civiele techniek. Je hebt een sleutelrol in het dimensioneren van systemen, het uitvoeren van berekeningen en het implementeren van nieuwe technieken en ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied.
 
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden  
 

• Hydraulisch ontwerp en berekeningen:
  • Je voert het hydraulisch nazicht uit voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het dimensioneren van rioleringen, collectors, afwateringssystemen, verbindingsriolen en randvoorzieningen.
  • Je maakt gedetailleerde hydraulische berekeningen voor rioleringen, buffer- en infiltratiebekkens en zorgt voor de opmaak van duidelijke hydraulische nota’s.
• Hydronautstudies en modellering:
  • Je voert hydronautstudies uit voor diverse opdrachtgevers, waarbij je rioleringsdatabanken opmaakt en hydrodynamische modelleringen uitvoert met behulp van Infoworks ICM.
  • Dit draagt bij aan de accurate en efficiënte modellering van rioleringssystemen en waterbeheeroplossingen.
• Innovatie en technische ontwikkelingen:
  • Je volgt de nieuwste technieken en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van hydraulica en infrastructuur, en past deze kennis toe binnen je projecten om innovatieve, efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen te realiseren.
• Softwareontwikkeling en -ondersteuning:
  • Je ontwikkelt en verbetert je technische vaardigheden met behulp van software zoals Infoworks ICM, Sirio, Mapinfo en andere relevante programma’s om de hydraulische analyses te verbeteren en de kwaliteit van de ontwerpen te waarborgen.
• Samenwerking en rapportage:
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en andere disciplines binnen het projectteam om de voortgang van de projecten te waarborgen en eventuele technische vraagstukken op te lossen. Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de projectleider en teammanager over de voortgang van je werkzaamheden.
  • Ondersteuning van projectleider en teammanager:
  • Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij verschillende managementtaken en coördineert de technische aspecten van het project in samenwerking met andere teamleden. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de afgesproken deadlines, kwaliteitsnormen en technische eisen.

 
We horen graag van mensen met  een

• Een afgeronde opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Waterbouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische richting, met een specialisatie in hydraulica of infrastructuur.
• Aantoonbare ervaring (3 à 5 jaar) met hydraulische berekeningen en dimensionering van rioleringssystemen en afwateringsoplossingen.
• Een ervaring van 3 à 5 jaar met hydrodynamische modelleringen, bij voorkeur met Infoworks ICM, is een sterke pré.
• Kennis van relevante software zoals Infoworks ICM, Sirio, Mapinfo en andere tools voor hydraulische analyses.
• Goede kennis en sterke interesse/ affiniteit met topografie en hydraulica

 
Wie je bent   

• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), en in staat om effectief samen te werken met multidisciplinaire teams (zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels)
• Oplossingsgerichte mindset en in staat om technische vraagstukken zelfstandig op te lossen.
• Proactief in het volgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en in staat om deze toe te passen in de praktijk.

Jouw missie   

Als Fire Safety Engineer  in onze afdeling Buildings draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het ondersteunen van je collega’s bij het uitwerken en in uitvoering brengen van onze infrastructuurprojecten.  

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   

•  Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams voor onze bouwprojecten

• Ontwerpprincipes en detailengineering opmaken voor brandveiligheid, ontroking en branddetectie

• Risicoanalyses maken

• Uitvoeren van evacuatie- en rooksimulaties

• Ontwerpnotities, concepten en technische specificaties maken;

• Opstellen van nood- en interventieplannen

• Instructies geven aan en ondersteunen van het BIM / 3D / CAD-team met behulp van de nieuwste ICT-tools;

• Kostenramingen maken, in coördinatie met leveranciers;

• Inspecteren en valideren van installaties, systemen en apparatuur tijdens de bouw op locatie;

• Handhaven van de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

We horen graag van mensen met   

• Een masterdiploma als Fire safety Engineer

• Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in brandveiligheid

• Een goede kennis van branddetectie, sprinklersystemen en ontrokingssystemen

• Ervaring met dynamische simulaties zoals PyroSim FDS en Pathfinder

• Kennis van Autodesk 2D / Bentley 2D / REVIT 3D / BIM;

• Kennis van het Nederlands en Engels

• Goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
