ENGIE Supply & Energy Management (SEM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of gas, electricity, congestion revenues rights and environmental products for ENGIE, across geographies. More recently, SEM has extended his scope to also manage all the market risks (energy, congestion, RECs, ancillaries) generated by the Renewable and Battery Storage Assets owned by ENGIE North America, which includes wind farms, solar farms, and storage units. The Power Portfolio Management team is precisely the group in charge of these activities.

 

The Asset Backed Trading group is responsible for the pricing and managing the risks associated with the power generation and retail business across the United States. We are looking for a Trader to join the team to build quantitative trading strategies in ERCOT designed to optimize asset performance in DA and RT markets. 

We are looking for a highly skilled Trader to join our growing team. As a Trader in Houston, TX, you will report to the Short Term Optimization Lead. You will be responsible for optimizing battery, solar, wind, and supply exposure to DA and RT markets across ERCOT. 

 

•    Execute trades in DA and RT markets within ERCOT
•    Analyze market trends, price movements, and supply-demand dynamics to identify trading opportunities
•    Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance
•    Monitor and manage risk associated with trading activities
•    Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance trading models and tools
•    Utilize Python or R to automate trading processes and improve efficiency
•    Prepare and present trading reports and performance analysis to senior management

 

What You’ll Bring
•    Bachelor's degree in which you completed courses in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in power market trading, specifically in ERCOT
•    Proven track record of successful DA/RT spread trading
•    Strong coding skills in Python or R

Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Duties:   Support ENGIE Insight’s computer systems and ETL (“Extract, Transform, Load”) data integration processes.  Translate business requirements into data models that drive data warehouse or data mart design and configuration.  Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects. Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s experience as a Data Engineer, Senior Data Integration Engineer, Senior Technical Specialist, Lead Engineer, Technical Lead, Project Engineer, Programmer Analyst or a closely related information technology position.  Experience to include:

 

  • 5 years developing/building data pipelines using an ETL technology.
  • 5 years developing databases in SQL or in a comparable environment.
  • 5 years using Informatica or another ETL tool.

Power Congestion Analytics and System Planning Manager

What you will do:

  • You will ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, from receiving the request, organizing the procedure, signing the contract, to monitoring its execution.

  • You will maintain the relationship with suppliers during the execution of procurement contracts and ensure the resolution of all non-conformities that arise in the execution of procurement contracts within your area of responsibility (new contracts or other allocated contracts).
  • You will prepare various reports and analyses regarding the procurement files you manage (history, ongoing procurements, completed procurements).
  • You will provide support to new and junior employees for carrying out activities.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain and/or supplier relationship management;

Your mission

 

As EHS Manager, you will lead the Environment, Health, and Safety function on a high-profile data center construction site across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. You will be responsible for shaping and enforcing a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with local and international standards, and guiding a team of EHS Supervisors to successfully implement the EHS strategy. Your mission will directly contribute to the health, safety, and environmental integrity of this hyperscale project.

 

Your key responsibilities   
 

  • Lead the EHS team on-site and ensure alignment with Tractebel’s and the client’s safety culture and policies.
  • Enforce adherence to all relevant EHS legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures.
  • Act as Stop Work Authority (SWA) when works are unsafe or non-compliant.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and communication strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments, validate RAMS, and oversee mitigation strategies.
  • Provide EHS training programs and promote awareness through team engagement.
  • Lead incident investigations, define root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage environmental compliance, including waste reduction and pollution prevention.
  • Prepare and test emergency response plans; coordinate actual responses when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the EPMC, client, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager and client, including incident and progress updates.

  • Significant experience in a similar EHS management role on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centers or high-hazard environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Belgian EHS laws; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement EHS procedures and delegate effectively.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
  • Experience delivering impactful EHS training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
  • Experience with G Suite and working in international project environments is an asset.

Compensation

Salary Range: $195,700 – $300,035 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
