Context:

The Credit Risk team assesses the creditworthiness of counterparties, participates in the negotiation of commercial contracts, and calibrates credit limits.  Assessment is done through an analysis of the country, sector, industry, and counterparty, using financials and other quantitative and qualitative public and private information.  Counterparties are frequently private and unrated by agencies.  Contract negotiation includes physical energy commodities agreements, and credit terms can include credit-specific clauses, financial covenants, collateral, and payment terms.  After signing off on a contract, the Credit Risk team monitors exposure against credit limits.  The credit health and financial condition of counterparties is also continuously monitored. 

Role:

As a Credit Risk Analyst for Global LNG & Biomass business, you will report to the Head of Credit for LNG & Biomass and will be based in Singapore.  You will collaborate to the fulfillment of department missions and may be involved in projects spanning multiple groups across commercial functions and staff.

Duties

  • Assess creditworthiness of counterparties, assign ratings, and set limits
  • Present files and credit requests to regular Credit Risk Committees
  • Participate in counterparty relationship development with Front Office and attend meetings with counterparties together with Front Office
  • Negotiate and recommend credit, collateral, and payment terms in contracts in conjunction with Legal and Front Office, such as in physical master agreements
  • Monitor credit risk indicators, exposures, limits, and utilization for a portfolio of counterparties
  • Proactively respond to Front Office queries on term sheets and about exposure of potential trades and whether trades fit limits
  • Monitor news and credit events impacting portfolio of counterparties
  • Understand risk calculation methodology, such as PFE and credit VaR
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, as and when needed
  • Assist Head of Credit and CRO in adhoc projects related to credit risk mandate and policy updates for LNG and Biomass.

 

 

Hard skills:

  • Familiar with energy commodities markets, products, counterparties, and waterborne physical trade cycle
  • Good knowledge of credit support instruments (including SBLCs, and able to review formats)
  • Knowledge of physical commodity master agreements
  • Significant history of producing detailed credit files and assigning internal ratings and limits

 

Soft skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills (including performing financial statements analysis) and able to articulate position well
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-organize and prioritize tasks, and proactively respond to urgent requests from Front Office in a high-pressure work environment
  • Independent, and a strong team player

Bonus criteria:

  • Physical LNG experience a strong plus
  • Experience at a bank or ratings agency also a plus
  • Derivatives knowledge and background
  • Familiar with credit exposure modeling methodology and Basel counterparty credit risk standard

 

Education and professional background:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk positions, ideally handling waterborne physical trade 
  • Minimum: a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

 

Languages:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bonus languages: Chinese, French

What You Can Expect

As the Electrical Engineering Commissioning Advisor, you have a pivotal role in leading and supporting commissioning of ultilty-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects.  Your expertise will guide the commissioning process, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

 

Every day in this role you will:

  • Lead and support commissioning activities, collaborating closely with EPC contractors on-site
  • Manage all facets of plant commissioning, including equipment inspection, system checkout, and daily activity oversight
  • Review and communicate start-up schedules with the engineering team, project manager, and senior management
  • Provide technical support to ensure project completion within regulatory standards and budget constraints
  • Take ownership of component and system integrity, coordinating with various departments to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Assist the project manager in compiling turnover packages for operations

 

Commissioning Duties:

  • Develop and implement a commissioning philosophy, plan, schedule, standards, and procedures
  • Refine commissioning methodologies and tools to support organizational growth
  • Collaborate with project managers to create and finalize punch lists before system/equipment commissioning
  • Ensure pre-commissioning and commissioning provisions are included in engineering drawings and specifications
  • Verify design and equipment compliance with owner requirements and commissioning plans through reviews of submittals, manuals, reports, and training programs
  • Analyze test results and generate reports to confirm technical specification adherence
  • Initiate commissioning plans and coordinate pre-commissioning activities, including factory acceptance tests
  • Function as the primary liaison among construction, commissioning, and operations teams to foster cooperation and minimize conflicts
  • Direct commissioning procedures and lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and support personnel
  • Oversee inspection processes to guarantee timely delivery that meets customer expectations and specifications
  • Conduct thorough system quality control inspections and maintain detailed punch lists.
  • Address and resolve site commissioning issues promptly
  • Monitor plant operations and offer guidance to the operations team as needed
  • Report commissioning, start-up schedule, and progress concerns to the project manager
  • Maintain an organized documentation system for all commissioning reports and ensure daily updates
  • Report technical deviations through non-conformance reports (NCRs)
  • Contribute to the development of project workforce estimates and system commissioning schedules
  • Organize vendor requirements and coordinate specialized equipment schedules
  • Formulate action plans to bridge any gaps in the commissioning schedule or plan
  • Manage commissioning site visits, evaluation of new and existing sites
  • Ensure the highest level of environmental health and safety is incorporated in all electrical engineering and design aspects of ENGIE’s renewable energy generation projects

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Engineering Technology, or closely related field of study

  • A minimum of seven (7) years professional electrical engineering experience with a focus on plant commissioning or commissioning of utility scale Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. NFPA 70Ecertification course and OSHA
  • Clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedures
  • Expertise in advanced Inverter commissioning, including operation, communication, troubleshooting, and relevant manufacturer training or certification
  • Proficiency with medium voltage AC collection systems and High Voltage substation design principles
  • Proficiency with Medium Voltage Transformers and other Renewable Energy Balance of System (BOS) Advanced Construction, structural, electrical single-line, three-line drawings markups, red-lines, and RFIs
  • In-depth knowledge of Utility and Interconnection requirements and Equipment, including Substation and points of interconnection (POI)
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documentation, including system and equipment plans, specifications, and manuals
  • Familiarization with ERCOT and other Independent System Operators (ISO) New Generator Commissioning Requirements

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy and will require regular travel to project sites
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record; for the use of fleet cars, personal and or hire cars when traveling, to drive to site locations and meetings

Compensation

  • Collaborate with Partnership Management team to prepare and present partnership financial and operational forecasts to external partners
  • Ensure reporting accuracy by partnering with accounting and IT, including data mapping and creating new reporting structures
  • Engage across the organization to maintain a high level of business understanding, developing, validating, and communicating best estimates and early warnings
  • Analyze monthly income statement variances versus budget, recent reforecast, and prior year, providing analytical commentaries and recommending corrective actions

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business financial analysis, financial reporting or accounting
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and are proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP solutions (S4, SAC, BFC, Fiori), and Power BI
  • You hold solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines with accuracy and ensuring cross-organizational coordination.

Deskundige materiaal- en afvalbehandeling

 

Materiaal- en afvalbehandeling is een belangrijke kernactiviteit binnen het ontmantelingsprogramma van de Kerncentrale Doel.  

Het bepaalt in grote mate de kostprijs van dit enorm grote afbraakproject. De uitdagingen zijn velerlei: vermijden van de productie van afval, oplossingen zoeken voor recyclage, voor decontaminatie en vrijgave, en finaal een correcte behandeling van de restfractie radioactief afval. 
En dit alles zo efficiënt mogelijk en volgens de gestelde kwaliteitseisen.

 

Wij zijn op zoek naar een deskundige die zich breed wil inwerken in deze materie.  
Specifiek zoeken we een collega die competenties bezit binnen de logistieke activiteiten, zoals transporten, verpakkingen, stockage, en de efficiënte organisatie hiervan.

 

Jouw missie
•    Je ontwikkelt werkwijzen en processen voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief beheer van materiaal en radioactief afval uit de reactoren. Dit beheer begint bij de productie van het afval en eindigt bij de finale evacuatie, met verschillende deelprocessen daartussen.
•    Je werkt vooral binnen de logistiek, nauw samen met de Proces Ingenieur Logistiek en het operationele team dat verantwoordelijk is voor materiaal- en afvalverwerking op de kerncentrale.
•    Je helpt bij het uitwerken van projecten, wijzigingen, planningen en tools binnen je expertise, en coördineert de bijbehorende activiteiten.
•    Je anticipeert op toekomstige ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied, in overleg met verschillende stakeholders.
•    Je stelt operationele richtlijnen op voor afvalproducenten en -verwerkers op de site, houdt deze up-to-date en controleert of ze worden nageleefd.

Deskundige materiaal- en afvalbehandeling

 

Materiaal- en afvalbehandeling is een belangrijke kernactiviteit binnen het ontmantelingsprogramma van de Kerncentrale Doel.  
Het bepaalt in grote mate de kostprijs van dit enorm grote afbraakproject. 
De uitdagingen zijn velerlei: 
Vermijden van de productie van afval,
Oplossingen zoeken voor recyclage, voor decontaminatie en vrijgave, en finaal een correcte behandeling van de restfractie radioactief afval. 
En dit alles zo efficiënt mogelijk en volgens de gestelde kwaliteitseisen.

 

Wij zijn op zoek naar een deskundige die zich breed wil inwerken in deze materie.  
Specifiek zoeken we een collega die competenties bezit binnen het beheer van radioactief afval zoals sortering, behandeling, karakteriseren en/of conformiteit met de wetgeving.

 

Jouw missie

•    Je bepaalt werkwijzen en processen om het beheer van radioactief afval uit de reactoren efficiënt en kwalitatief te organiseren. Van productie tot de finale evacuatie, met verschillende deelprocessen ertussen.
•    Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van projecten, veranderingen, planningen en tools binnen je expertisegebied en coördineert de benodigde activiteiten.
•    Je anticipeert op toekomstige ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied, in overleg met verschillende stakeholders.
•    Je stelt operationele richtlijnen op voor afvalproducenten en -verwerkers op de site, houdt deze up-to-date en controleert hun naleving op de werkvloer.
•    Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van wettelijke voorschriften.
•    Je bevordert nucleaire en klassieke veiligheid bij de medewerkers die betrokken zijn bij projecten en afvalverwerking.

What You Can Expect

The Project Development Advisor will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across the market. In this role you will support the development of existing pipeline, new greenfield development, and project acquisition. Efficiently communicate complex development situations, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction. Travel as necessary for siting, development and commercial activities as required to keep development on track.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting permitting, site control, interconnection matters, power marketing, design/ Engineering, Procurement, Construction “EPC”, financing and other matters critical to the development of energy storage projects throughout CAISO.

 

  • Manage/analyze information flow relevant to project development from internal subject matter experts and external consultants/vendors
  • Ownership of project inputs/assumptions and coordinating updates with respective internal groups
  • Manage project level progress, risks, opportunities, and economics while providing thoughtful analysis and risk evaluation
  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in CAISO, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental, Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ relevant work experience  and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in CAISO or other Independent System Operator “ISO” with energy storage or renewable energy development, with experience in project management, permitting, offtake negotiation, interconnection, planning, real estate, and other matters critical to development
  • Demonstrated success and experience developing utility scale energy storage and/or renewable energy projects, within CAISO or other ISO
  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments
  • Experience preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements including development agreements, site control agreements, consulting and service agreements, interconnection, and power sales agreements
  • Ability to manage a large workload across a large portfolio, while prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of the CAISO market or other ISO with particular focus on interconnection, regulatory and offtake matters
  • Ability to evaluate development status and efficiently inform critical decision making with management

 

Additional Details

  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000.00 – $172,500.00 USD, annually

Your responsibilities as Vibration Project Engineer (F/M/X)

In order to meet the demand for activities related to the identification of problem root causes or design assessment within the Cluster Mechanical & Thermal Processes, we are looking for a Vibration and Mechanics Project Engineer who wants to develop his/her career in the field of Condition Monitoring and Vibrations analysis. 

 

In this role, you will be fully involved in the follow-up of vibration behaviour of turbo generator shaft lines involving complex root cause analysis of rotating machinery. You will also advise our customers regarding the best condition monitoring strategies for their specific assets based on your sound technical and up-to-date solutions knowledge.

Specifically this means:

  • Performing detailed vibration analysis of turbo generator shaft lines.

  • Vei asigura suportul necesar experților SSM:

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:
