Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in Stage presso la nostra sede di Bari nell’ambito della Global Business Unit Renewables, con il ruolo di Operation & Maintenance Support.

La Global Business Unit Renewables si occupa di progettare, installare e gestire impianti di produzione energetica da fonti rinnovabili, in particolare, eolico, fotovoltaico e agrivoltaico.

L’obiettivo sfidante della GBU Renewables è di triplicare, entro il 2030, la capacità installata da fonti rinnovabili raggiungendo i 2 GW.

 

Che cosa farai?

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno del team di O&M e riporterà all’Operation Manager e ti occuperai di supportarlo negli aspetti legati alla gestione amministrativa, alle procedure, ai contratti con i fornitori, normativa di settore e interventi per la gestione degli eventuali guasti, della manutenzione predittiva e delle procedure necessarie per il ripristino del funzionamento.

 

  • Supportare l’Operation Manager nella gestione amministrativa, contrattuale e nella pianificazione di tutte le attività relative alla gestione degli impianti utility scale (eolici, fotovoltaici e storage);
  • Supportare nelle diagnosi predittive in campo su trasformatori in olio/resina, cavi AT/MT, generatori elettrici, quadri, etc.
  • Supporto per la manutenzione correttiva sui principali componenti dell’impianto fotovoltaico/eolico e delle sottostazioni At ed MT in caso di failure;
  • Supportare nella manutenzione di apparati elettrici e meccanici di sottostazione, stalli AT/MT trasformatori AT/MT, quadri MT/BT, sistemi ausiliari e di controllo, etc.
  • Collaborare nelle indagini di guasto (Root Cause Analysis) su apparati elettrici AT/MT/BT.
  • Supportare nella predisposizione dei Disciplinari Tecnici e delle Specifiche Tecniche di gare per l’acquisto di beni e servizi legati alla gestione di impianti a fonte rinnovabili;
  • Supportare il team dell’O&M nella gestione dei sinistri;
  • Applicare le procedure aziendali della business line Operation & Maintenance e dell’HSE;
  • Redarre report quotidiani attraverso gli applicativi aziendali.

  • Hai una laurea in Ingegneria energetica, ambientale o elettrica;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;

Job Purpose/Mission 

The Loan Recovery Intern is responsible for the receivables risk management (RRM). This includes among others, Portfolio Management and Loan Workouts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out customer work-out, including the following work-out categories to be applied to customers in late repayment through calling clients who are in early non repayment categories.
  • Ensure proper documentation of open loan cases.
  • Ensure customers are paying on time in assigned loan portfolio
  • Negotiate with non-paying clients and give them solutions to bring them back on track to repayments through rescheduling.
  • Recommend and work with external service providers on portfolio management by escalating repossession cases.
  • Customer education to customers on impact on loan non-repayments.
  • Supporting the analysis of causes for portfolio deteriorations
  • Providing regular portfolio, compliance and routine report to the Loan Recovery Team Leader.
  • Restructure loan repayment plan from delinquent clients as per policy and procedure

 

Knowledge and skills 

 

Experience:

  • Experience in customer relationship management 
  • Team player 
  • Computer literacy, particularly good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

As our Intern in Integration & Transformation Project Management, you will gain experience in supporting various projects, including post-acquisition integrations of companies acquired by ENGIE North America, divestitures, and internal transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to establish guiding principles, goals, objectives, and business priorities, all contributing to the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will assist in capturing and documenting lessons learned, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization. This internship opportunity is based in Houston, TX, and spans three months, from January 2025 to May 2025. You will report to the Head of Integration & Transformation.

As an Acquisitions Investment Financial Advisory (AIFA) Intern, you will be involved in project financial analyses to guide the investment for greenfield investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects.

 

Among your day to day activities, you will support the AIFA project team in topics such as valuation, structuring guidance, commercial agreements, risk allocation, bankability of contracts, financing alternatives, management updates and expected investment returns throughout the business development process of investments, mergers and acquisition, and project financing plans.

Job         Purpose/Mission 

 

 As an Archiving Officer Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, preservation, and retrieval of records and documents within our archives. You will play a crucial role in   maintaining the integrity of company records and ensuring that they are accessible to those who require them.

 

              Responsibilities: -

  • Record Management: Manage the organization's records and documents according to established archival standards and procedures.
  • Documentation Preservation: Ensure the preservation and conservation of historical records, including paper documents, photographs, digital files, and other media.
  • Cataloguing and Indexing: Create detailed catalogues and indexes of archival materials to facilitate easy retrieval and access for researchers and staff.
  • Digitization Projects: Oversee digitization projects to convert physical records into digital formats, ensuring long-term accessibility and preservation.
  • Access Control: Implement access controls and security measures to protect sensitive or confidential information within the archives.
  • Research Support: Provide support to researchers, historians, and other stakeholders by assisting with inquiries and locating relevant archival materials.

Knowledge and skills 

 

Experience:
