What You Can Expect

As a Collections Analyst, you will mitigate credit risk and minimize credit losses by following established collections procedures. In this role, you will use effective communication and business judgment to enforce compliance with contractual payment terms through direct customer contact. You will manage internal and external customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and oversee the accurate and efficient handling of disconnect and reconnect processes.

 

  • Specialize in debt collection, focusing on reducing DSO and increasing cash flow through outbound calls and follow-ups on past-due bills
  • Handle collections of term fees, returned checks, and ensure accurate recording of collection activities.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues, advise on remittance, and coordinate with analysts to manage delinquent accounts
  • Recommend process improvements, ensure compliance with market collection rules, and support documentation for customer disputes or drop decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and accounting teams, and meet/exceed collection metrics to ensure timely payments and professional customer interactions
  • Assist with monthly reporting and accounting requirements

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Business or 3 years of energy industry experience in lieu of degree
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of business experience, with at least 3 years of high-volume corporate collections experience
  • You hold a strong background in commercial collections, demonstrating expertise in managing delinquent accounts and improving cash flow
  • You are proficient in handling complex collections tasks, with a focus on customer service and resolution
  • You have experience using Salesforce

 

 

Additional Details

 

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy will consist of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely

Compensation

Salary Range: $30.00 – $36.00 USD annually

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field where you demonstrated proficiency with human resources operations, functions and processes. Additionally, you have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role with progressive responsibility where you’ve rolled out multiple initiatives while serving as a partner to your client group
  • You hold or are interested in pursuing an active Professional Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, showcasing proficiency
  • You demonstrate expertise in making sound strategic HR decisions and talent assessment, contributing to organizational success

Compensation

Salary Range: $84,000 – $117,000 USD annually

What You Can Expect

As a Real Time Optimization Senior Representative, you will support the delivery of financial results of the region versus budget within the values and ethics of the company. You will support the implementation of real-time dispatch strategies for optimizing a portfolio of ENGIE and third party owned generation assets.

 

  • Responsible for implementation of asset dispatch strategies for optimizing ENGIE’s portfolio of generating assets
  • Responsible for submission of bids and offers into Independent System Operator’s (ISO’s) systems, ensuring timeliness and correctness
  • Maintain a continuous operation picture of fleet performance, position, and risks
  • Act as primary communication point between plants, Independent System Operators (ISOs), Transmission Operators (TOs), asset managers
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-the minute status and for keeping documentation of important information (unit availability, generation level, dispatch base points, generation cost, fuel inventory, market prices, etc.)
  • Understand and convey important pass down information at each shift-change
  • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Act as a team member with all employees of ENGIE Energy Marketing North America staff
  • Comply with all ENGIE North America policies and procedures
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in business, finance, economics, engineering or equivalent combination of technical training
  • A minimum of 5 years of energy experience in Real Time Operations optimizing generating assets or Power Plant Operations   
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts which routinely include working some weekends and holidays.  This position will start as a rotating, nights only position.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Interconnection (PJM) or North America Reliability Corporation (NERC) certification
  • Understanding of power markets and ISO rules is required
  • Must possess strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Adapt to working in a constantly changing environment, bidding strategies, unit commitment strategies

Engineering Advisor - (Transmission Interconnection Manager)

What You Can Expect

As the Engineering Advisor for Transmission and Interconnection, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pre-construction development, engineering, and energy market activities for ENGIE North America’s (ENA) portfolio of utility-scale renewable assets across the United States. You will be an integral part of the Transmission and Interconnection team, contributing to renewable development efforts with a specific focus on grid interconnection and other facets of renewable energy development. Your work will be crucial in helping the company achieve its renewable energy goals and growth strategy within North America.

 

In this role your key responsibilities everyday will be:

 

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize your subject matter expertise in transmission and interconnection planning, power system modeling, and analysis within Independent System Operators (ISO) or specific utilities, primarily PJM
  • Project Management: Manage and track project interconnection requests with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO) and utilities, maintaining schedules and project databases of interconnection progress
  • Interconnection Applications: Prepare Interconnection Application packages, perform power system modeling/planning studies, study report reviews, and other tasks associated with the queue positions
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and internal staff for engineering support of project interconnection requests, and engage utilities in negotiation of interconnection agreements, project scheduling, and interconnection site acquisition activities
  • Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of new project interconnection requirements, industry developments, technologies, and embody the company in industry advocacy groups. Remain well-informed of renewable energy opportunities in the United States and the national industry trends impacting the future of Renewable development opportunities and their competitiveness as they relate to customers

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, in Sciences or Engineering  

  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in renewable energy, ISO, Transmission Owner (TO), or developer experience
  • Proficiency in Power Systems, Power Grid, and Power System Analysis tools
  • Results oriented with demonstrated ability to work constructively and independently within a large matrixed organization, maintaining effective relationships with Regional Transmission Organizations, other external parties, and cross-functional employee groups
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to multi-task, prioritize critical path tasks, detail oriented, and work proactively to pursue required information
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Desire to advance the adoption and deployment of renewable energy solutions across North America

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

As our Project Management Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the technical development, administration and implementation of energy system projects related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities, that aim at reducing carbon and energy consumptions. These energy systems encompass the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the distribution of natural gas.

 

Every day you will lead the delivery of large capital projects safely, on budget, on time, and meet high quality standards, within the Energy Solutions North America business unit.

 

  • For business development projects or acquisitions, this role will heavily coordinate with the Major Projects team composed of contracts managers, project managers, engineering, project management office, the business development team, and all other support functions.

 

  • For large projects at existing partnerships, this role will liaise with and provide best practice sharing to the other members of the capital projects team including, but not limited to, Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Iowa University in Iowa City, IA and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

 

You will report to the Vice President of Major Capital Projects & IPOS.        

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You will possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • You will need a minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management
  • You have experience leading design/engineering firms, construction contractors, qualified equipment vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed on time, under budget, with no health, safety, environmental, and public relations incidents
  • You will hire and manage the project team including internal staff and external consultants required to deliver large industrial projects and provide lateral management to other ENGIE employees supporting the project
  • You will develop and update project definition documents, including but not limited to, scope, schedule, budget forecasts, resource requirements, risk registers, and benefit estimates. Diligently assess any potential savings to reach the best return on investment for the client
  • You will demonstrate flexibility to changing business and project conditions, develop and present alternative solutions to problems, and recommend a course of action to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
  • You will measure project performances relying on KPI’s for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and start-up to report at minimum monthly, identifying variances and taking corrective actions to achieve project objectives
  • You will provide regular reports to ENGIE leadership with key statistics, and summary reports
  • You will establish stakeholder management plans to understand needs and expectations and to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project
  • You will implement quality control processes to confirm project deliverables meet the required standards and conduct regular quality audits and inspections
  • You will collaborate in the development of processes and tools necessary to measure, analyze, and improve the performance of the portfolio of projects and report results to key stakeholders. Support the standardization of ENGIE’s project management tools, templates, and technologies
  • You will develop relationships with the ENGIE subsidiaries and our partners and encourage knowledge sharing across the teams

  • You possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • You have experience teaching in a classroom setting and developing training programs and materials
  • You have the ability to train in the areas of electrical safety, LOTO, working at heights, fall prevention and protection, stop work responsibility, driver safety, emergency response, hazardous work authorization
