Purpose of the Job :

- To anchor all communication related activities and boost ENGIE Saudi Arabia’s brand visibility to target audiences through the effective use of technology and innovative mediums. This role will be responsible for the organisations Branding Internal and External.

 

Key Accountabilities / deliverables : 

• Overarching responsibility for Saudi Arabia’s internal and external communications

• Develop corporate communications strategy, plan and budget for ENGIE in Saudi Arabia

• Responsible for building ENGIE’s visibility in the country, aligned with the business objectives.

• Seek different ways to communicate regularly, be that aligned with tenders, financial closes, project milestones, project delivery, plus general busine subsidiaries, CEO communications

• Understand the needs of the organisation (business milestones, org announcements, products, tools, process) to produce effective and relevant communication strategies and campaigns

• Create interest and demand through media, press releases, conferences, interviews, content management, internal communications, risk management and collaterals.

• Decide and manage all external events and exhibitions, including content delivery, key messages

• Market research & competitive intelligence: - Conduct research on case studies, white papers to support the industries knowledge and understanding of the market

• Set up policy/guidelines for all media interactions in the organization for interviews, quotes, emails, and any other form of communication

• Ability to create content through investigatory means: collaterals, films, animations, infographics, presentations, fact sheets 

• Develop and write collateral pieces, advertising, newsletters, social media, website

• Develop executive speeches and all key messages for ENGIE speakers externally

• Develop and oversee and deliver all digital and online media including; website, social media strategy, sponsored contents etc.

• Create and grow strategic stakeholder relationships with external parties such as government, upc, local councils, media, customers,

• Drive proactive and reactive communications internally to support the business. Work closely with the leadership team to position the business with external audiences, build brand strength and visibility

• Monitor corporate reputation and crisis communications

• Manage Investor and Media Relations for Saudi Arabia

• Organise and communicate all ENGIE CSR initiatives and university institutions

• Manage and coordinate internal communications (staff messages, events) across the ENGIE Saudi Arabia. Partner and counsel cross-functional teams to create internal stories that can be used externally.

• Custodian of the ENGIE Brand to ensure compliance with Gp Brand Guidelines.

• Work with regional communications to stay aligned to ENGIE’s global Ambitions.

 

Qualifications :

• Full time professional degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or equivalent

 

Language : 

• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written skills)

• Other languages would be a benefit 

• Excellent writing, spelling, editing and proofreading skills

 

Skills and experience :

• Broad experience as a Communications professional with minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience

• Tech savvy and proficient in MS office suite

• Demonstrated success in a cost and delivery focused environment

Purpose of the Job:

 

Set up and animate the Construction Management System in accordance with company policy. Management of complete Construction on site and ensure incident free construction / operations on site, timely completion and ensuring quality at all levels in the project.

 

Reporting lines

This position reports to Head - Construction Projects / COO for all day to day activities pertaining to specific site/s. 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Overall responsibility for successfully delivering Solar PV/Wind/Hybrid projects to include all Field Engineering, Local Procurement, Construction, Commissioning phases and Handover of the Project.

 

Provide timely and accurate project performance on site and status reporting.

 

Enforce compliance with all contractual requirements.

 

Enforce compliance with all Federal, State and Local codes, regulations and requirements;

 

Responsible for the application and enforcement on site of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy.

 

Accountable for the operational implementation of Quality requirements (setup and enforcement of QAP, NCR management) as well as enforcement of the Project Quality Control Plan during execution.

 

Manage any local issues arising on site, manage all stakeholders in such a way that the site functioning is not affected and company’s reputation is not affected.

 

Completion of the site in all respects and handing over to O&M.

 

Overall site management.

 

Detailed responsibilities

 

Perform preliminary site survey, on site data collection, evaluation of occupation plan and preliminary identification of potential issues to be considered during the construction (site access, climatic conditions, construction authorizations, etc.).

 

Co-ordinate with EPC Project Manager for all matters pertaining to the site under execution.

 

Assist in the negotiations and review of all suppliers and subcontractors contractual and technical obligations with the support of the procurement team.

 

Prepare the Site Execution planning.

 

Identify and Manage risks and opportunities.

 

Prepare and apply for the construction authorizations (administrative declarations, road access authorizations, etc.

 

Define the project organization in line with the Project Execution / Quality Assurance Plan and participate in the selection of key personnel.

 

Construction management and decide how the site construction activities will be managed and controlled.

 

Manage all local issues in a safe manner while maintaining the reputation of the company.

 

Establish a site construction office, coordinate communication with subcontractor’s representatives on site, manage any site supervising resources, either internal or through engineering firms; Warrant QHSE follow-up including NCR / REX / OFI management and corresponding reporting to HQ QHSE department as well as Quality recording.

 

Perform all management documents as requested and mainly monthly review and structured detailed reporting on project status, progress and trends to the Project Company.

 

Direct, monitor and control of all the site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, initial budget and actualized forecasts, approve progress situations and invoices according with the payment terms set out in relevant sub-contracts.

 

Control the cost report.

 

Control of the bill of materials on site.

 

Daily/Weekly/Monthly EPC Construction Progress Report.

 

Ensure Project documentation in Sharepoint and / or in other Project Datarooms as required.

 

Contribute, on demand of the EPC Project Manager, to answer the requests of any design/engineering advisors engaged by the Project Company with respect to the construction and operation of the projects.

 

Contribute for the fulfilment of  the lenders’ technical advisors requirements (Q&A, site inspections, approval of EPC instalments milestones, etc.), and prepare all technical and EPC related inputs as required from time to time by the EPC Project Manager and/or the lenders, their advisers, the off-taker and  the grid operator.

 

Alert the management of any deviation.

 

Enforce execution of the Overall Quality Control Plan (including SAT, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities) until COD of the Project, and share progress with the Quality Control department.

 

Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the asset with the various Equipment suppliers, contractors and Grid Operators to the satisfaction of Lenders and Equity Technical advisors and as per minimum guaranteed performance level in the contract, with the involvement of the Quality Control department.

 

Ensure all material reconciliation

 

Getting all As-built drawings prepared from the relevant people

 

Manage all site claims by contractors, Insurance, etc.

 

Handover of the completed site to O&M department.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN als Procesoperator

 

Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitbating en opvolging van onze WKK-installaties bij onze klanten. Met als voornaamste doel: een veilige en efficiënte uitbating te garanderen.

 

Technische opvolging:

  • Vanuit de controlezaal en in de technische installaties bedien je de WKK en STEG centrales die op flexibele wijze elektriciteit aan het net leveren en stoom aan industriële klanten.
  • Je stelt de installatie (transformatoren, turbines, elektrische borden, pompen, tanks etc) veilig ter voorbereiding van onderhoudswerken.
  • Je start een installatie na onderhoud opnieuw op.

  • Ensure CMMS work orders are closed on time and with quality.

Environment, Health and Safety Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & Support all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) management in the Business Unit through the life of projects from initiation, business development, construction and operation & maintenance (O&M).
  • Manage, organize and supervise all HSSE matters before and during the construction of various small to large projects and O&M at ESP level:
    • Develop and establish a proactive safety culture by implementing the EOSC program and working with the leaders of the ESP organisation and the Regional key stakeholders.
    • Develop, implement and maintain the HSSE policies, management systems & procedures, guidelines, practices, objectives, and tools to reflect these requirements and ensure they are implemented;
    • Establish HSSE plan specific to each project taking into account ENGIE, local regulation, Customer and Contractors plans;
    • Hand over HSSE plan to Operations upon Testing & Commissioning
  • Organize, interface with entities HSSE professionals & provide support and improve HSSE performance, including providing on-ground support to entities as required and ensure strong sharing of best practices and lessons learnt.
  • Build an incident reporting and a learning culture within the ESP organisation.
  • Be a leader who inspires and motivates direct reporting team to perform and excel.
  • With all HSE personnel directly reporting to the ESM HSSE manager, to manage and develop the ESM HSE team and department.
  • Plan, manage & conduct ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 internal audits, external audits.
  • Plan and organize HSE related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
  • Review and identify HSE related training requirements for various category of staff to meet the mandatory requirement and also to meet the job requirement.
  • Develop & execute in house training material/video, organize and conduct in house training and maintain training record.
  • Prepare or review publication materials to educate the workforce.
  • Conduct HSE inspection and Incident investigation when necessary.
  • Review legal requirements on HSE aspect & ensure compliance by working with all the relevant peers and stakeholders with ESP and at regional level.
  • Be a supporting focal point to the Head of HSSEQ SEA for security matters
  • Any other matters that relate to HSE directed by direct/functional report.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other topics relevant to Occupational Safety and Health;
  • Possess at least 10 years of practical work experience preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Must posses qualification and competency for Safety Officer as pers the DOLE requirements.
  • Possess ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal auditor certification is an advantage

Role Summary

 

The Duty Manager will oversee all building and grounds maintenance. He will be responsible for ensuring the facilities equipment are fully operational. The duty manager will also be responsible for managing contractors, training new employees, and working with third party vendors and coordinating with client. The Duty Manager will directly report to the Facilities Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all utility systems are inspected & in accordance with regulations
  • Reviewing bids & contracts for third party workers.
  • Coordinating building operations & maintenance services
  • Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules
  • Directs, through the Building Manager / Property Management Office, the regular operations of the buildings.
  • Ensures that operating rules maximize safety considerations, & that proper and adequate
  • Supervises, through subordinates, the maintenance, technical, & professional staff in carrying out their prescribed functions.
  • Prepares budget, & monitors expenditures to ensure proper and efficient management of funds.
  • Inspects and reviews inspection reports of building facilities to determine long[1]term development needs in order to meet projected increases occupancy and enhance efficiency of equipment.
  • Leads the team in preparing Energy Audit and facilitates its implementation. Help the company in its goal to reduce carbon emissions.
  • Create and Implement 52 Week Preventive Maintenance Plan of Equipment and ensure annual equipment forward registry.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager on Budget Preparation and track profit and loss of his site.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer, Facilities, Management, Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in facilities management
  • MEPF maintenance
  • Property management
  • Experienced in budget preparation & P&L management
  • Has experienced supervising 15 personnel or more
  • Certification in facilities management is a plus
