Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the petty cash for maintenance work.
  • Preparing monthly summary for additional work and the same to Account Dept. along with supporting documents for raising the invoice in favor of the clients.
  • Keeping the records of payment receiving and pending payment
  • Tracking the schedule of PPM service and coordinating with clients.
  • Correspondence with mail, filing and other miscellaneous work.

What You’ll Bring

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000 – $151,800 USD annually

Position Overview:

As a Senior Engineer / Deputy/ Manager Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on combined cycle power plants, you will play a critical role in the design and development of the main plant components (Gas Turbines, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Steam Turbines, and related systems) for our projects. Your expertise in mechanical engineering, combined with your in-depth knowledge of international standards and guidelines, will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

 

Primary Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Leverage your 10-18 years of experience to provide technical leadership in the basic and detailed design of Main Plant components for combined cycle power plants. Demonstrate proficiency in hydraulic systems and various types of pumps commonly used in combined cycle power plants.
  2. Feasibility Studies and Project Reports: Utilize your experience to conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project reports for a variety of projects related to combined cycle power plants, assessing their viability and potential for success.

What You Can Expect

The Project Manager Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Manager Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Manager Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. Additionally, they work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, they actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. Finally, they ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position will sit in San Jose or Oakland, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

  • A minimum of a four (4) year degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions

  • Proficient in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets

What You Can Expect

The Project Manager Advisor (PMA) is responsible for overseeing energy projects from initial development through final implementation and closeout. These projects focus on energy efficiency measures and renewable energy installations, supporting Public Sector customers such as local cities, schools, and counties to become more sustainable, save money, and improve services.

This position can be located in Riverside, Pasadena, or Orange and reports to the Director of Project Management.

 

General

  • Oversee internal and external project teams, including engineers, construction managers, subcontractors, and subject matter experts
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction with ENGIE’s services

Project Development

What You Can Expect

As the Power Transmission Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading development of ENGIE North America's (ENA) into competitive transmission processes around the US, focused primarily on the regions of Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).
