What You Can Expect

As the VP Marketing Supply B2B in Houston, and you will report directly to  CEO - Supply B2B U.S., you will lead the transformation and modernization of the marketing function, aligning it with ENGIE’s broader growth and decarbonization strategy.

While directly supporting revenue growth, customer expansion, and brand leadership across deregulated U.S. electricity markets, you will leverage your vision and experience to redefine our segmentation strategy. You will play a critical role in expanding beyond the current customer base and sales focus, with an emphasis on unlocking new commercial opportunities and shaping the long-term market view of the business. By partnering closely with Sales, you will elevate ENGIE Resources' commercial positioning in a highly competitive market.

• Expected to build a high-impact, lean marketing organization aligned with growth priorities

• Reposition ENGIE Resources in the market by delivering a modern, datadriven marketing strategy
• Lead the redefinition of C&I customer segmentation, identifying new verticals, geographies, and buyer personas
• Develop tailored value propositions aligned with ENGIE’s decarbonization solutions (RECs, green energy, demand flexibility, etc.)
• Partner directly with Sales to expand the current commercial focus and grow the pipeline through under-addressed segments
• Serve as a thought leader and voice of the company in external engagements and industry forums
• Elevate ENGIE B2B US’ visibility and differentiation among enterprise energy buyers and influencers
• Support you and the executive team by demonstrating the size and quality of the broader addressable market that ENGIE uniquely serves Strategic Imperatives & Rationale
• Your role will be transformative, not a traditional marketing director role but a strategic executive partner to the CEO and Sales

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree  in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
• A minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 7 years in the C&I retail electricity, utility, or energy services sectors
• Fresh, externally benchmarked segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) strategies, not be reliant on tools-driven marketing.  
• Prior leadership roles at a U.S.-based retail energy company
• Proven experience driving growth through market repositioning, commercial collaboration, and storytelling
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding go-to-market strategies for decarbonization solutions, including RECs, carbon offsets, demand-side programs, and sustainability partnerships Competencies
• Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, C&I buying behaviors, and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid)
• In-depth understanding of commercial & Industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector experience or a closely aligned energy services firm with deep experience in deregulated power markets (ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE).
• Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, including C&I buying behaviors and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid), along with in-depth experience in the commercial & industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector or a closely aligned energy services firm, particularly within deregulated power markets such as ERCOT, PJM, and ISO-NE.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, channel strategy, and value-based messaging
• Executive-level communicator, with strong skills in market narrative, external communications, and cross-functional leadership

Compensation

Salary Range: $195,700 – $300,035 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

Funciones:

• Participar en la definición, en conjunto con las áreas usuarias, el alcance y objetivos de cada proyecto operacional, y las necesidades de recursos técnicos y económicos, con el fin lograr la entrega del registro de alcance y objetivo del proyecto (Project Charter) a todos los involucrados del proyecto, identificando los riesgos que afecten al cumplimiento de los proyectos y proponiendo planes de acción o acciones correctivas que permitan mitigar los eventuales retrasos del proyecto, a fin de asegurar el fiel cumplimiento del Plan. (establece lineamientos para asegurar lo mismo).

• Revisar y validar las especificaciones técnicas y las bases de licitación para los Proyectos Operacionales, con el fin de asegurar consistencia en los diseños, de acuerdo con los estándares y criterios de diseño definidos para los activos de Transmisión.

• Programar y supervisar la ejecución de los trabajos, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento normativo, para el cumplimiento del presupuesto y los plazos, dirigiendo las coordinaciones necesarias entre las áreas internas involucradas y la empresa ejecutante.

• Responsable de la administración de los contratos de servicios para la ejecución de los proyectos, con el fin de lograr los cambios de alcance y las variaciones del presupuesto, coordinándose con los proveedores respectivos y resguardando el cumplimiento del presupuesto asignado.

• Supervisar y coordinar los procesos de actualización y almacenamiento de los documentos y registros en los sitios digitales o físicos, con el fin de lograr la entrega de la documentación técnica final a cliente interno o para disposición y presentar ante autoridad eléctrica.

Requisitos del cargo:

• Formación académica: Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Industrial, Eléctrica, o carrera a fín.
• Conocimientos en construcción, supervisión y montaje de equipamiento de sistemas eléctricos de potencia en subestaciones.
• Conocimientos en construcción de líneas de transmisión.
• Deseable certificación PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Manejo de Autocad y Microsoft Project.
• Manejo en Administración y ejecución de contratos.
• Manejo en Gestión del Riesgo en Proyectos.
• Manejo de Indicadores de Gestión Activos.
• Ingles intermedio, deseable avanzado para sostener reuniones en inglés y elaboración de documentos técnicos.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en cargos vinculados a la planificación, gestión de proyectos eléctricos de Alta Tensión, construcción y puesta en servicio.
• Experiencias en similar nivel, supervisando equipos.
• Manejo de Principios y Prácticas de la Gestión de Activos. En indicadores de Gestión Activos. En análisis Causa Raíz. En gestión del Cambio (change Management) y riesgo eléctrico (NFPA 70e).
• Mínimo 8 años en el sector eléctrico nacional.

Jouw missie   

Als Project Engineer Soil Testing neem je de leiding over grootschalige en technisch uitdagende projecten binnen het domein van bodemonderzoek en bodemsanering. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van duurzame oplossingen voor industriële terreinen in binnen- en buitenland. Door jouw inzet lever je een tastbare bijdrage aan de herontwikkeling van verontreinigde sites en ondersteun je de energietransitie.
 
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   
 

• Voorbereiden van offertes en projectvoorstellen voor bodemonderzoek
• Ondersteunen van veldwerk zoals boorcampagnes en staalnames op locatie
• Interpreteren van laboratoriumanalyses en monitoringresultaten
• Opstellen van technische rapporten (oriënterend, beschrijvend en saneringsprojecten)
• Coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van bodemsaneringswerken
• Opstellen van technische specificaties en controle van bestekken
• Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en planning van projecten
• Aansturen van aannemers en onderaannemers op het terrein
• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega-projectleiders
• Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe saneringstechnieken en innovaties binnen het vakgebied
• Deelnemen aan grootschalige (inter)nationale projecten in samenwerking met senior experts

• Realizar maniobras de conexión y desconexión de equipos, sala de celdas o patio de alta tensión, con el fin de lograr el mantenimiento según los procedimientos establecidos y medidas de seguridad contribuyendo a la continuidad operacional y de seguridad de las instalaciones

Requisitos del cargo:

• Formación Académica: Título de Técnico de Nivel Superior, Ingeniería de Ejecución o Ingeniería Civil en Electricidad, Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica, Electrónica o carreras afines
• Office nivel intermedio

Role Purpose 

As the Lead -  Storage Optimisation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our short-term energy storage automated trading operations. Your primary purpose will be to create, develop, improve and maintain automated trading strategies for our BESS and hydro portfolio. 

You will collaborate closely with traders, quants, developers and analysts to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, thereby directly contributing to the success of our trading strategies. 

Last, but not least, you will own the vision of the optimiser. So you will be responsible for driving the optimiser product to the level expected by the traders, which means you will have to collaborate with IS teams (local and central) to implement the UK requirements. 

Main activities 

• Work closely with traders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. In particular: 

• Creating new optimisation strategies. 

• Improve existing strategies. 

• Analyse results of the strategies and to propose solutions to improve them 

• Deploy the strategies in the cloud (AWS is a plus). 

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration. 

• Coordinate with IS teams to: 

• Explain the UK optimiser vision 

• Prioritize the needs of the UK storage optimisation team 

• Follow the progress of the developments
