Ingeniero Electricista – Proyecto Solar (Contrato temporal)

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

·         Funciones 

  • Liderar la supervisión de los trabajos de montaje y pruebas asociados a las obras eléctricas del Proyecto (redes de media tensión y subestaciones eléctricas).

Jouw missie

 

Als Design Engineer Infraworks in onze afdeling Infrastructure draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het ontwerpen, modelleren en optimaliseren van complexe infrastructuurprojecten. Met behulp van geavanceerde softwaretools zoals Autodesk InfraWorks en Civil 3D creëer je innovatieve oplossingen voor wegen, rioleringssystemen en andere infrastructuren. 

Als Design Engineer is het mogelijk om vanuit onze kantoren in Antwerpen, Gent, Hasselt of Brussel te werken.


Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
 

Ontwerpen en modelleren van infrastructuurprojecten:

  • Gebruik maken van InfraWorks en Civil 3D om ontwerpconcepten voor infrastructuur te visualiseren, simuleren en optimaliseren (wegen, spoorwegen, rioleringssystemen, etc.).
  • Analyseren van topografische, geospatiale en geotechnische gegevens voor het creëren van realistische en betrouwbare modellen.
  • Uitvoeren van dimensionering en berekeningen voor wegontwerpen, waterbeheer en andere infrastructuurnetwerken.

Samenwerking met projectteams:

  • Nauw samenwerken met interne teams en externe stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat ontwerpen voldoen aan specificaties en lokale normen.
  • Coördineren met de ontwerp-, engineering- en constructieteams om de technische haalbaarheid van projecten te waarborgen.

Analyseren van projectgegevens en simulaties uitvoeren:

  • Integreren van geografische gegevens en andere informatie uit terreinmetingen in BIM-modellen voor een efficiënter ontwerp- en bouwproces.
  • Gebruik maken van simulaties om de impact van het ontwerp te evalueren op milieu, kosten en tijd.

Ondersteuning bij documentatie en rapporten:

  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van projectdocumentatie, rapporten en presentaties voor klanten en belanghebbenden.

Minimaal een bachelor in Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Uitgebreide ervaring met Autodesk InfraWorks en Civil 3D.

  • Autodesk InfraWorks: Gedetailleerd 3D-modelleren van infrastructuurprojecten en het uitvoeren van simulaties van realistische scenario’s.
  • Autodesk Civil 3D: Ontwerpen van wegen, analyse van rioleringssystemen en het beheren van topografische en geotechnische data.
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling): Bekwaamheid in het werken met BIM voor het optimaliseren van ontwerpprocessen en de samenwerking tussen verschillende teams.

Grondige kennis van infrastructuurontwerp en -modellering.

  • Grondige kennis van ontwerpprincipes voor hoofdwegen, primaire wegen en andere infrastructuurelementen.
  • Ervaring in het ontwerpen en modelleren van rioleringssystemen, wegen en andere civiele infrastructuur.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het werken in teamverband.

Job Purpose:

     The Data Center Electrical Facility Engineer will be the responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within a Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting. He is responsible for ensuring that all Electrical, ELV, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all Electrical related facility operations within a given data center. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-site management of DC, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & Site local legislation.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Generate job cards & incident management tickets for Data Center facility.
  • Work with DCO managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
  • Establish documentation relevant to business & facility operations.
  • Manage routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, building monitoring systems, etc.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
  • Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
  • Management of the DC, in the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
  • Review DC contract compliance & ensure all SLA’s are achieved.
  • Business interface with DC Management for day to day operational requirements.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts.
  • Manage DC to resolve of any infrastructure Electrical engineering issues.
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain, operate all Electrical systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, building management system.
  • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
  • Create the Job cards in CAFM App as per Site requirements and follow up the Job cards until close by the Technician
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
  • Maintain essential stock of spare parts.
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
  • Familiarity with datacenter guidelines and standards especially Tier III design standards and ASME/ASHRAE/NFPA.
  • Ability to handle rotation Shifts on Monthly basis.

Skills Required:

 

  • Good knowledge of power systems (UPS', Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators, Fire & Safety, ELV Systems)
  • Basic knowledge of cooling systems (HVACs, Chillers)
  • Working knowledge of UPS systems and associated switch gear and Distribution Panels
  • Working knowledge of standby generator systems and associated switch gear.
  • Skill in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment’s and components.
  • Understand and performs the MV & HV switching as per business needs.
  • Hands on experience in maintenance shutdown activities of MV systems is a must.

What You Can Expect

As an intern in our Westminster, CO office, you will work as a supporting key member of the Delivery Project Management (PM) team within the Utility-Scale Renewable Development business.

Every day you will support the Delivery Project Management team  with activities for ENGIE’s project portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects, standardized processes, and documentation. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Create process maps and flowcharts from departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Gather information by planning, attending, and participating in departmental meetings to gather information to create maps and charts
  • Research process topics and review existing documents
  • Interview company representatives to gather details for process map and flowchart creation
  • Present created process maps and charts to inter-department leads for review
  • Manage computer files and software application outputs, and publish created output as directed

Job Purpose:

     The Data Center Electrical Facility Engineer will be the responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within a Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting. He is responsible for ensuring that all Electrical, ELV, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all Electrical related facility operations within a given data center. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-site management of DC, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & Site local legislation.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Generate job cards & incident management tickets for Data Center facility.
  • Work with DCO managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
  • Establish documentation relevant to business & facility operations.
  • Manage routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, building monitoring systems, etc.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
  • Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
  • Management of the DC, in the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
  • Review DC contract compliance & ensure all SLA’s are achieved.
  • Business interface with DC Management for day to day operational requirements.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts.
  • Manage DC to resolve of any infrastructure Electrical engineering issues.
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain, operate all Electrical systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, building management system.
  • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
  • Create the Job cards in CAFM App as per Site requirements and follow up the Job cards until close by the Technician
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
  • Maintain essential stock of spare parts.
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
  • Familiarity with datacenter guidelines and standards especially Tier III design standards and ASME/ASHRAE/NFPA.
  • Ability to handle rotation Shifts on Monthly basis.

Skills Required:

 

  • Good knowledge of power systems (UPS', Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators, Fire & Safety, ELV Systems)
  • Basic knowledge of cooling systems (HVACs, Chillers)
  • Working knowledge of UPS systems and associated switch gear and Distribution Panels
  • Working knowledge of standby generator systems and associated switch gear.
  • Skill in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment’s and components.
  • Understand and performs the MV & HV switching as per business needs.
  • Hands on experience in maintenance shutdown activities of MV systems is a must.

  • 33KVA License is an added advantage.
  • Data Center Certifications will be added advantage.

Your mission  
As ‘Design Engineer Dismantling Activities’, you are responsible for the sound roll-out of all the projects, tasks and responsibilities entrusted to you (which could possibly require onsite interventions in Tihange or Doel sites). In close collaboration with your colleagues and your team leader, you contribute to the preparation of bids, the Engineering Studies and the projects in the field of Dismantling of Nuclear facilities.  

 

 

Your key responsibilities  

  • conducting technical studies for the dismantling of nuclear facilities;
  • writing technical specifications, follow-up of orders and commissioning of nuclear decommissioning processes;
  • writing offers;
  • verifying the technical work performed by your peers;
  • correctly applying the Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures;
  • providing regular feedback concerning ongoing activities to your hierarchy ;
  • actively engaging in knowledge sharing, identifying and promote synergies with other teams.
  • You will collaborate actively with your colleagues from Project Management and CC departments, and build a close relationship while working for the same goal, activily developing cross department projects for your clients. 
  • You embody the image and values of Tractebel and the ENGIE group (Ethics, QHSE,…) in all your contacts, both inside and outside the ENGIE group, and other external stakeholders.

 
 

We would love to hear from people with 

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering / Sciences; 
  • French or Dutch and English;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the nuclear sector
  • Knowledge of the Belgian Nuclear Ecosystem;
  • Working principles of a Nuclear Power Plant (type Pressurized Water Reactor).
