¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Supervisar y Coordinar la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento del sitio a cargo para Engie Chile, operaciones Renovables, con el fin de asegurar los niveles de disponibilidad y mantenibilidad de las instalaciones, contribuyendo a la optimización del margen de generación, de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad cuidado del medio ambiente, relación con los stakeholders y lineamientos de la GBU

 

Funciones:

  • Supervisar y Comprobar los trabajos de mantenimiento para lograr el cumplimiento conforme a los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
  • Responsable de la gestión y ejecución de las tareas de operación y de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, para velar por la continuidad operacional y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente
  • Coordinar y Comprobar las actividades en sitio de personal propio y contratista, con el fin de asegurar la mantención del cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales.
  • Preparar reportes acerca de los trabajos realizados y novedades acontecidas durante las actividades de mantenimiento, con la finalidad de mantener información actualizada sobre el mantenimiento de la instalación
  • Realizar y Revisar procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo y consignaciones, con la finalidad de contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos del área
  • Participar del seguimiento de compras y servicios relacionados con el mantenimiento utilizando plataformas SAP, Unilink, y otras, con el fin de lograr la gestión de los presupuestos asignados

Requisitos del cargo:

  • Formación académica: Ingenieria ejecución o Técnicatura Nivel Superior (Mención Eléctrico, Mecánico o Electromecánico).
  • Sistema de gestión integrado
  • Seguridad industrial
  • Conocimiento en Operación y Mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales
  • Office nivel usuario
  • SAP PM nivel usuario
  • Posesión de una licencia válida para el vehículo que va a conducir
  • Curso de "Control de riesgos en la conducción" aprobado.
  • Mínimo 3 años en cargos en el manejo de la operación y mantenimiento de centrales de generación solares y/o eólicas

As Assitant to Managing Director Renewables, you will provide administrative support to our managing director and support business operations. In addition to maintaining the calendar, general office management tasks and organizing various appointments, you will ensure smooth communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

The Partnership Management Team at ENGIE oversees multiple partnerships within our ~6GW operational fleet of Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage assets. These assets are situated in both the United States and Canada, and they operate across various Independent System Operators (ISOs), including ERCOT, SPP, PJM, and MISO. The number of partnerships will expand alongside our rapid growth.  We expect to place in service approximately 2 GW/y over the next decade with the expansion into new ISOs and new technologies.

 

The Partnership Management Senior Contracts and Reporting Analyst, located in Houston, TX, will be an integral part of the Partnership Management Team. Every day, in this role, you will support the Partnership Management Team in the maintenance of partner relationships by producing reports and other deliverables as required under the partnership agreements, organizing, and retaining documents per company policy, refining processes, automating recurring tasks to promote scalability of our operations, liaising with cross-functional teams to meet partner requirements, conducting contract review, and ensuring compliance.

 

  • Play a key role in timeliness and accuracy of key deliverables to our partners including yearly budget, board materials, minutes of board meetings, monthly operating reports
  • Coordinate with Partnership Management Team and other departments to respond to partner inquiries
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure compliance with partnership agreements regarding reporting, budgetary compliance and communication
  • Lead in the implementation of tools to track and automate compliance
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting
  • Develop strong understanding of partnership agreements
  • Effective communication to ensure organizational understanding of key contract terms – including contract briefs

Compensation

Salary Range: $74,500 – $114,195 USD annually

As our Health and Safety Director you will ensure that ENGIE Renewables activities such as, development, constructions, operations and maintenance are done safely, respecting environmental regulations and without physical security incidents in Renewable Global Business Unit (RGBU) in the North American region (USA and Canada). In this role you will set and lead the strategy in Occupational Health and Safety to meet the goals set by the R-GBU organization according to the Group's H&S policies.

You will lead the creation and the guidance of the policies, procedures, instructions, and activity plans for H&S and the Emergency Response Systems for the present and the future. You will actively participate and assist in the execution of the RGBU Integrated Management Systems throughout the region, including contractors and providers. Monitor and evaluate the data, KPIs, execution of action plans, etc., to provide the outcome, efficiency, and enhancements required of this system.

 

Additionally you will, provide guidance and support to all managers and supervisor on H&S issues, and help foster a strong H&S culture in the organization by suggesting activities, training, enhancements in the organization and tools, etc. Manage the H&S Renewables team to oversee, guide and help site managers, supervisors and contractors to achieve the R GBU objectives in the region. You will be tasked with overseeing the budget and resources of the H&S department and also ensuring legal compliance and represent the organization in front of authorities in matters related with HSE.

 

  • Help entities to follow the internal and external H&S audits, and monitors the progress of the action plans that need to be carried out
  • Coordinate the yearly education program on H&S with the various Departments, such as courses, lectures and workshops
  • Direct and empower the entities to carry out the investigation of accidents, incidents, HiPos, and physical security events, compliance with corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, to define and implement strategies and actions plans related to physiological health, mental health, and others topics related to the health and the safety of all employees
  • Collaborate with the H&S Managers of Flexible Generation and Energy Solutions GBUs, to provide to the Country Manager the global view and results in terms of H&S for North America as a whole, contributing to have a homogenous H&S culture along the country

 

 

What You’ll Bring

As our North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Operations & Planning Compliance Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Operations teams to implement and enhance ENGIE’s NERC Compliance Program and sustain compliance with all Reliability Standards. This position can be based out of the Houston, TX or Chicago, IL office and will be supporting assets in both US and Canada. Your daily task will include developing and implementing compliance programs and internal controls, leading internal compliance assessments, reviewing compliance evidence and developing technical programs to support compliance for ENGIE’s North America Renewables fleet. Additionally, you will contribute to the NERC compliance program by implementing, improving and auditing readiness for a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets within TRE, MRO, WECC, NPCC, and SERC areas.

 

  • This position will have specific emphasis placed on the Operations and Planning group of standards, including conducting or managing technical studies and compliance activities for FAC, EOP, PRC, and MOD Reliability Standards.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for NERC Compliance within the Renewables Operations Engineering team and ensure that all engineering activities are aligned with compliance requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of new or improved internal controls to support compliance in collaboration with internal SMEs and technical consultants
  • Monitor ongoing developments in Bulk Electric System reliability such as new or revised standards and identify the activities required to maintain compliance
  • Develop and support systems and processes for managing compliance evidence and participate in audits as a technical SME
  • Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline; In lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of 5 years of experience working with NERC compliance

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in NERC compliance;
  • Must have experience performing or reviewing NERC Compliance studies or evidence for one or more of the following: PRC-004, 005, 019, 024, 025, and 027
  • Must have a strong knowledge of one or more engineering topics related to compliance, for example relay testing, protection coordination, power system modelling, or substation equipment

  • Develop and maintain, with other groups, commercial and competitive intelligence

What You Can Expect

As the Operations Manager for 225 MWAC power plant situated in Gail, TX, called Long Draw Solar, you bear the responsibility for overseeing total employment, training, schedules, safety, and the day-to-day financial operations of the site. Your responsibilities involve utilizing various computer-based systems, ensuring the timely update and maintenance of all documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional management may be necessary to provide reports on the status, progress, and development of various projects on-site.

 

  • May need to provide technical and management support for the operations of the wind farm site
  • Must be willing to attain substation technician certification within 12 months of hire
  • Carries out all responsibilities under environmental legislation to prevent environmental spills
  • Manages a safety program that ensuring the safe operation of the site regarding the public, employees, and equipment

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have five (5) years’ experience in a related industry where you have experience with industrial electrical equipment, power generations, thermal generations, line, and utility scale equipment
