Vous aurez pour rôle de prendre en charge les demandes d’achat pour diverses entités internes en France et pour les entités transverses, afin de négocier les besoins aux meilleures conditions tout en gérant les risques associés et en incluant une dimension RSE.  Engie attend une responsabilité de l’acheteur depuis l’identification du besoin jusqu’à l’implémentation du contrat.

Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration des performances de son entité en mettant en place des synergies commerciales et suivrez les économies et la gestion des performances.

Vous ferez partie du départements Achats généraux et travaillerai en collaboration avec le Category management avec une expertise spécifique sur les catégories suivantes :

• Achats techniques : Assistance technique, EPI, TIC ( Test, Inspection et Certification)
• Prestations Intellectuelles

 Votre rôle au quotidien :

Aider les prescripteurs à formaliser/exprimer leurs besoins

• Anticiper les besoins
• Aider et optimiser les demandes d'achats
• Clarifier et challenger les détails de ces demandes
• Accompagner à la rédaction du cahier de Charges
• Définir la stratégie d’achat optimale

S'assurer que les achats sont réalisés dans les meilleures conditions (coût, qualité, délai, risques, CSRD,...).

• Sur la base des besoins, identifier le coût total cible et établir les critères d'évaluation des offres
• Appliquer la politique de la catégorie
• Étudier le marché pour identifier les fournisseurs potentiels à consulter.
• Mettre en œuvre la procédure d'appel d'offres dans le respect des lignes directrices de la catégorie.
• Identifier, analyser, évaluer, exécuter et documenter toute exception (urgences) au processus avec les autorisations appropriées.
• Intégrer les dimensions de la RSE
• Identifier et gérer les risques (confidentialité des données, sécurité, etc.)
• Négocier les conditions spécifiques avec les fournisseurs
• Finaliser le choix du fournisseur avec le demandeur interne et préparer le contrat.

Bonne exécution du contrat

• Approuver les bons de commande, conformément à sa délégation de pouvoir
•  Aider les demandeurs internes à s'assurer que le fournisseur s'acquitte de ses obligations
• Suivre les différends et litiges entre le fournisseur et les demandeurs internes
• Mesurer la performance opérationnelle et économique du fournisseur (y compris la RSE et la neutralité carbone/zéro)

Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et coordonner en interne

• Interagir/coordonner le réseau des responsables de l'approvisionnement et des prescripteurs/demandeurs.
• Développer une forte collaboration avec les demandeurs (Anticipation et défi de la demande)
• Mettre en œuvre les nouveaux contrats signés

Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs

Rapports et retour d'information

• Fournir des rapports et un retour d'information fiables et complets, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de la stratégie d'approvisionnement et la performance des fournisseurs.
• Contribuer au plan de performance
• Intelligence économique et proactivité
• Effectuer une veille commerciale
• Utiliser sa connaissance des catégories, des marchés et des besoins internes afin de faire des propositions pertinentes.

Votre profil :

De formation Bac +5, avec une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine des achats et une spécialisation sur les Achats de Prestations Intellectuelles et/ou d’Assistance Technique

Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de négociation, en management des risques et en contractualisation.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et évoluer aisément dans un environnement complexe et en pleine transformation.

What you will do:

• You will be in charge with WAN connectivity, including dedicated equipment installed to facilitate redundant VPN connectivity between central and remote sites.

• You will ensure the troubleshooting of user connection problems with Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), WLC, DNA Center and other specific methods.
• You will ensure the configuration and installation of the equipment (switches, routers, etc.) in the network architecture, as well as the maintenance of the equipment configuration (change, update, cleaning) in accordance with the requests and internal work methods.
• You will ensure the functionality of the technical rooms and HVAC systems in the data centers.
• You will inventory and ensure the continuous updating of the state of the equipment in your area of activity.
• You will document and perform backup activities for configuring network equipment to ensure the necessary conditions for IT business continuity requirements.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Completed higher studies, preferably with a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (education or training);
• Professional certifications in the field of network infrastructure (eg.: CCNA);
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years;
• Experience in managing network and telecommunications systems - routers, switches and firewalls;
• Good knowledge of network topologies and architectures;

• Participer à un projet de digitalisation dédié à la ligne juridique
• Rédaction et analyse de documents juridiques – Rédiger et examiner les contrats et les accords liés aux projets

Qualifications
