VOTRE DEFI comme Responsable de Production

• Vous êtes le responsable du poste de commande de la centrale et vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de cette dernière, en collaboration avec un Opérateur. A ce titre, vous êtes responsable de la disponibilité de l’installation et de sa production sur le réseau électrique.
• Vous analysez les anomalies techniques et vous décidez des actions immédiates à prendre. Vous travaillez avec le service de maintenance pour le diagnostic et l’intervention. Vous définissez les améliorations nécessaires pour réduire l’occurrence des pannes.
• Vous êtes chargé de la mise en sécurité des circuits avant toute intervention
• Vous poursuivez votre apprentissage et le partage d’information au sein de l’équipe
• Vous participez aux différentes activités du Service Conduite (tests périodiques, formations, réunions, projets, processus administratifs, demandes spécifiques…)
• Vous êtes en charge du suivi documentaire, des modifications de l’installation, du maintient en bon état de fonctionnement d’une partie de l’installation.

VOTRE PROFIL comme Responsable de Production

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master à orientation technique (Ingénieur.e Civil ou Industriel) ou vous pouvez démontrer une expérience équivalente
• Vous avez une expérience en management opérationnel, dans un domaine technique
• Travailler en mode « service continu » (3 pauses) vous convient et vous avez la flexibilité nécessaire pour assurer des remplacements le cas échéant
• Vous êtes clair.e, précis.e et pragmatique dans votre communication et dans vos décisions
• Vous êtes une personne de terrain, autonome, prête à s’investir et à progresser dans une entreprise en constante évolution
• Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et vous êtes orienté.e « solutions »
• Vous maîtrisez le français (oral & écrit) et vous avez une bonne compréhension de l’anglais « technique »
• Vous avez des connaissances informatiques : Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook…). La connaissance de SAP est un atout.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Zorgen voor de integratie van nieuwe WAN/MAN-, LAN- en WiFi-oplossingen of de evolutie van bestaande oplossingen in de productieomgeving binnen het bereik van verbindingsnetwerken, en in overeenstemming met de afspraken met de klanten van deze NET-servicelijn.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein de la famille de services Réseaux et Sécurité, la ligne de services Réseaux de connexion (NET) est structurée autour de trois équipes orientées service (Pilotes de Services et gestionnaires d’exploitation), d’un pôle Expertise et d’une équipe Projets techniques et intégration.

VOS RESPONSABILITES

• Garant de l’intégration dans l’environnement de production des nouvelles solutions WAN/MAN, LAN et WiFi ou de l’évolution des solutions existantes sur le périmètre des réseaux de connexion, conformément aux engagements pris avec les clients de cette ligne de services NET.
• Pilotage des projets d’intégration et de mise en production : assurer la cohérence des solutions de la conception à la mise en production, garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques et des critères de mise en production, et veiller à la complétude de la documentation.
• Gestion des changements : participer à la relation opérationnelle avec les clients, respecter les processus de gestion des changements et de mise en production, préparer et gèrer les changements pour une mise en production réussie, et vérifier la cohérence des données dans l’outil de gestion des assets.
• Project management: respect des délais de traitement des demandes clients et de production des devis.

VOTRE PROFIL

• Master en Computer Science ou Information Technologie
• Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets en réseaux dans un environnement “Agile”
• Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe et très bonnes compétences en communication (oral et écrit)
• Esprit analytique, explorant les options et capable de synthétiser des conclusions

YOUR CHALLENGE as a Field Technician Generators

As a Field Technician Generators, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

• You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial generators and auxiliary systems.
• At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.
• Depending on the project, you will either take on the role of site supervisor or the role of field technician (or both).
• In the role as site supervisor, you will coordinate and execute and be responsible for determining resources, ordering materials and following up on them correctly and on time.
• During execution , you will work with a team of technicians consisting of both colleagues and subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the work required and constantly ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
• For unplanned sites or incidents, you will participate in interventions, analyze problems and work hands-on on the generators with the goal of resolving the problem.

YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Generators

• You are mechanically and/or electrically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineering), experience in generator maintenance is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and willing to obtain basic level (A2) in French or Dutch.
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).

VOTRE MISSION en tant que Responsable d’Agence

• Gestion : Superviser les aspects administratifs, logistiques, sécuritaires et techniques de l’agence (dans les domaines suivants : gaz, mazout, pompes à chaleur et, dans une moindre mesure, granulés).
• Gestion stratégique : Piloter l’agence en alignement avec les objectifs et la philosophie de SENEC et du groupe ENGIE.

Controlling activities decommissioning (DECOM) programs

• Reporting, Budgets and MTP:

  • Set-up and maintain controlling procedures for DECOM related subjects (SAP structure DECOM, FTE management, O&M Allocation,…) and ensure coordination with local sites
  • Manage reinvoicing process to Synatom for all Provision related expenses in accordance with relevant conventions
• Fuel for Growth Deep dives follow-up and any other performance actions plan: reporting and analysis
• Assist in reporting towards ENGIE group / EDF for DECOM related subjects (QRLP,…)
• Ad hoc analyses and reporting e.g. on large projects, specific budgets
• Training DECOM budget owners.
• Continuous Improvements existing processes.

Transactional activities:

• Nuclear provisions:
  • Represent finance in the three yearly preparation of the provision exercise
• Coordinate and set-up the yearly reporting towards Synatom for the DECOM activities
• SPOC for the Nuclear controlling team in the DECOM organization
• SPOC for the Nuclear controlling team for Clarity DECOM
• Support DECOM Common project leaders with the management of the budgets in Clarity

Your profile:

• University degree: master level (preferably in Finance / Economy) or equal by experience.
• Relevant experience in Finance
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to create relationships with business partners
• Ability to make accurate and relevant financial analysis, assessments and judgments
• Capability to summarize (synthetic mindset)
• Fluent in French and Dutch. Fluency in English is a plus
• Team player
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pro-active, flexible and dynamic
• Profound knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence tools ; SMART consolidation tool is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in financial transactions and negotiations
• Good knowledge of the energy business
• Ambitious to grow into a Senior Business Controller

La mission de la maintenance est d’entretenir notre installation nucléaire et réaliser les projets afin de produire de l’électricité pour la Belgique en toute sûreté.

Votre mission

• Vous promouvez la culture sûreté et renforcez les attentes fondamentales de la maintenance auprès des collègues.
• Vous participez activement à la supervision de la préparation des travaux de maintenance mécanique.
• Vous êtes un des garants du bon fonctionnement des moyens de production, de leur sûreté et de leur disponibilité.
• Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue en proposant des actions concrètes (anomalies, incidents, etc.).
• Vous contribuez à la réalisation des grands projets (notamment dans le cadre de la prolongation) en coopération avec le département Engineering du site.
• Vous êtes un relais du service vers les partenaires extérieurs (bureaux d’études, fournisseurs, autorités, organisme de certification ou de contrôle).
• Vous êtes appelé(e) à évoluer et à assumer davantage de responsabilités managériales et opérationnelles (gestion des ressources et compétences du personnel et gestion des budgets).

Votre profil

• Vous êtes Ingénieur(e) Civil ou Industriel
• Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle.
• Vous avez des compétences avancées en mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent.
• Vous avez de très bonnes aptitudes en management d’équipe. Une première expérience probante en gestion d’équipe est un atout.
• Vous aimez la technique en environnement industriel.
• Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en sécurité industrielle constitue un atout pour la fonction.
• Vous êtes orienté(e) « résultats » et savez travailler en équipe.
• Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle.
• Vous faites preuve d’une réelle capacité d’autonomie.

• Aanspreekpunt:
  • Je fungeert als hét aanspreekpunt tussen alle IT-gebruikers op Doel en de IT-afdelingen voor infrastructuur gerelateerde projecten zoals netwerk-, telecom- en IT-werkplekken.
• Coördinatie:
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen en opvolgen van infrastructuurdiensten/projecten en je bewaakt de Service Level Agreements (SLA's) met onze interne IT-partner ‘GBS-IT’.
• Projectdeelname:
  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten of KCD-projecten met IT-behoeften binnen de infrastructuurdomeinen.
• Advies en ondersteuning:

• Je beschikt over
