Votre mission en tant que Conseiller Commercial, si vous l'acceptez, sera d'accueillir, d'orienter, de conseiller, d'accompagner pour convaincre nos clients/prospects tant en appel entrant qu’en appel sortant, et faire en sorte que tous nos clients soient satisfaits à la fois de la relation que vous aurez eue avec eux mais également de leur énergie : le gaz.

 

L’équipe au sein de laquelle vous travaillerez est constituée de 25 Conseillers Clientèle qui sont accompagnés au quotidien par des managers de proximité et un coach conseil, à votre service pour vous aider à monter en compétences et à vous éclater dans votre mission !

Profil Recherché :

 

Diplômé d’un Bac+2/+3

Première expérience réussie dans la relation Client requise.

Être doté de la fibre commerciale et de capacités d'écoute.

Être à l’aise dans la communication sur des appels sortants.

Como Coordinador de Inteligencia Coordinar el análisis de información relevante para identificar riesgos y amenazas a los activos de ENGIE

Desarrollar y mantener actualizado el atlas de riesgos de la empresa, considerando la dinámica política, social y de seguridad del país.

Informar a la Gerencia de Inteligencia sobre la situación de seguridad y su impacto potencial en las operaciones de ENGIE.

Proponer acciones de mitigación para reducir los riesgos identificados y que fortalezcan la estrategia de seguridad .

Realizar informes periódicos de inteligencia sobre el estado de la seguridad en Mexico.

L’AGNRC a pour mission de conseiller prospects et clients en vue de promouvoir l’énergie gaz, d’assurer le développement et la fidélisation du portefeuille clients. Elle reçoit, traite ou oriente les demandes entrantes multicanales des clients particuliers et prend en charge les demandes de raccordement particuliers de la région.

 

L’agence, via l’équipe Service Filière Gaz (SFG), accueille également des Professionnels du Gaz (PG) et anime un portefeuille d’acteurs de la filière non-partenaires de GRDF en vue de les accompagner dans leurs démarches de conversion de leurs clients au gaz et de leur faciliter le parcours raccordement.

 

Face au contexte énergétique externe qui complexifie les actions de développement (baisse des aides, forte concurrence de la PAC, flambée des prix, enjeux de décarbonation et de maitrise de la demande, etc.), le SFG doit recentrer ses activités autour de l’animation de la filière.

 

Vos missions :

  • Accueillir les demandes entrantes multi-canal des acteurs filière (quelle que soit la nature de la demande) ; les qualifier, les traiter ou/et les transmettre aux services internes appropriés (Agence Raccordement Distribution Gaz, Urgence Sécurité Gaz, équipes Travaux, Marché d’Affaires, etc).
  • Conforter les installateurs dans leurs choix, en portant les argumentaires sur les solutions gaz et l’avenir du gaz afin de guider ces derniers quant à leur offre de valeur proposée aux clients finaux.
  • Participer pleinement au programme relationnel filière de sa région et à ce titre est amené en fonction des campagnes nationales et régionales dédiées, à réaliser des appels sortants auprès d’une cible établie d’acteurs filière, dans le cadre d’opérations spécifiques.
  • L’emploi peut être mobilisé pour réaliser des RDV physiques avec des acteurs de la filière.

Votre environnement de travail :

Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Générale d'Elengy et vous managez une équipe de 4 collaborateurs.

Vos missions :

  • Définir, mettre à jour et assurer le portage des politiques d’Elengy et du groupe ENGIE dans le domaine de la Santé Sécurité au travail,
  • Promouvoir la culture de prévention et piloter le déploiement des orientations décidées en matière de prévention des risques concernant la santé des personnels et les accidents du travail,
  • Représenter Elengy auprès de la Direction Santé Sécurité du Groupe et dans des groupes de travail externes,

Context

The GEMS Legal & Regulation department (85+ lawyers worldwide) is composed of 1) several client focused teams with lawyers embedded into different parts of the business based on line of business or geography and 2) a functional central legal team covering several legal functional areas which are transversal throughout GEMS (the Transversal Team). The Transversal Team (15+ lawyers in Paris and Brussels) is looking for a regulation and market conduct lawyer to accompany GEMS’s activities in the day-to-day energy optimization and trading operations in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. The position is a great opportunity to work hand-in-hand with operational teams and be associated with a range of activities (incl. optimization of the asset portfolio and wholesale energy markets re physical and financial products, both short-term and long-term).

YOUR Role

You will:

  • Provide regulatory guidance to the business on regulations impacting GEMS’s activities (energy and trading) via comprehensive legal, regulatory and market conduct analyses that identify risks, issues and mitigating measures;
  • Develop strategies, internal policies and solutions to facilitate market activities/ business development/ regulatory compliance, and develop - together with other support functions and operational teams - best practices in relation to market conduct topics and wholesale energy market regulations;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market conduct, wholesale and financial market regulations and the regulatory activities of regional and national regulators impacting the GEMS activities, incl. training operational teams on regulations impacting GEMS activities;
  • Lead, coordinate and advise on investigations (both internal and external) and regulatory inquiries in relation to energy market conduct topics in respect of GEMS activities such as from energy and financial regulators, market exchanges, and transport system operators;
  • Contribute to GEMS’ public affairs position and lobbying strategy towards public authorities and regulators to build favorable market design in respect of market conduct issues and energy market regulation topics, incl. coordinating GEMS’s contribution to national and European consultation papers on relevant market conduct and energy market regulation topics;
  • Further GEMS’ interest by attending and participating in trade associations committees (e.g. EFET, EURELECTRIC, EUROGAS) and liaise with relevant competent regional and national stakeholders; and
  • Contribute to other Transversal topics.

About YOU

You meet all (or most of) the following criteria:

  • Qualified lawyer (preferably in Belgium or France);
  • At least 4 years of professional experience;
  • Prior experience in the energy sector;
  • Prior experience in regulatory topics and/or energy law and/or public law and/or competition law within the EU is preferred. Experience with MAR and REMIT is a plus;
  • Prior experience in litigation/investigations is a plus;
  • Strong legal reasoning skills;
  • Excellent presentation, analytical and drafting skills;
  • Ability to understand in details complex products and how the business functions from a legal and economical point of view;
  • Effective manager of one’s time and external resources;
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders;
  • Exercise sound professional judgment in identifying issues that need reference to management and/or colleagues legal experts within the business unit or the group;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Ownership of responsibilities and managed matters;
  • Self-starter;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multinational trading environment;

Context:

The Expertise Center (EC) Quantitative Research and Modeling (QRM) within GEMS is a team of around 40 quantitative analysts. It’s mission is to provide advanced quantitative expertise to all Business Platforms (BP) of GEMS.

The quantitative analyst will be part of the “Power & Emissions” quant team (approximately 10 people) and will be supporting the different local business platforms, with a focus on the US Business Platform located in Houston.

Role:

 

The quantitative analyst should design and provide robust quantitative tools that have a concrete impact on the power business:

  • Work very closely with the BP US, mainly with the Renewable and Batteries Trading teams. He / She needs to understand their business needs, and needs to provide them with high-quality quantitative support in their day to day activities.
  • Participate in enhancing the existing pricing and managing framework.
  • Deliver ad hoc tactical solutions as well as develop new pricers in the official pricing library.
  • Play a key role for developing new products, linked for example to the renewable and battery business (pricing, managing strategies, various risk indicators, …).
  • Promote best coding practices that comply with general rules and standards.
  • Document and share knowledge across GEMS on the different models used within GEMS.

 

 

Hard skills:

  • Must have:
    • Strong Financial Mathematical background (probability, stochastic calculus, various numerical methods such as Monte Carlo, finite differences, …)
    • Experience on different optimization methods
    • Strong coding experience (preferably C# and python), object oriented programming skills

Context:

The position belongs to the Quantitative Data Analysts team in Belgium (Brussels) specifically dedicated to assist the management of risks for belgian B2C and B2B Energy Suppliers.

As a member of the quantitative analysts community of the Business Platform Downstream, one can also contribute to transversal projects impacting the activity of other commercial BUs.

The main missions associated with the position are :

  • Based on data collection and analysis, to build models, tools, processes and data representations, that are used to manage the commodity risks linked to the dynamics of a Supply portfolio
  • The purpose of this work is to operate and optimize costing, forecasting, sourcing and hedging strategies, within a defined mandate

The quantitative analyst / data scientist will do the design, but also the development and ensure the delivery of these models and tools. Beyond that, he will also provide scientific expertise for bespoke analysis, related to data or models.

Context

The GEMS Legal & Regulation department (85+ lawyers worldwide) is composed of 1) several client focused teams with lawyers embedded into different parts of the business based on line of business or geography and 2) a functional central legal team covering several legal functional areas which are transversal throughout GEMS (the Transversal Team). The Transversal Team (15+ lawyers in Paris and Brussels) is looking for a regulation and market conduct lawyer to accompany GEMS’s activities in the day-to-day energy optimization and trading operations in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. The position is a great opportunity to work hand-in-hand with operational teams and be associated with a range of activities (incl. optimization of the asset portfolio and wholesale energy markets re physical and financial products, both short-term and long-term).

YOUR Role

You will:

  • Provide regulatory guidance to the business on regulations impacting GEMS’s activities (energy and trading) via comprehensive legal, regulatory and market conduct analyses that identify risks, issues and mitigating measures;
  • Develop strategies, internal policies and solutions to facilitate market activities/ business development/ regulatory compliance, and develop - together with other support functions and operational teams - best practices in relation to market conduct topics and wholesale energy market regulations;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market conduct, wholesale and financial market regulations and the regulatory activities of regional and national regulators impacting the GEMS activities, incl. training operational teams on regulations impacting GEMS activities;
  • Lead, coordinate and advise on investigations (both internal and external) and regulatory inquiries in relation to energy market conduct topics in respect of GEMS activities such as from energy and financial regulators, market exchanges, and transport system operators;
  • Contribute to GEMS’ public affairs position and lobbying strategy towards public authorities and regulators to build favorable market design in respect of market conduct issues and energy market regulation topics, incl. coordinating GEMS’s contribution to national and European consultation papers on relevant market conduct and energy market regulation topics;
  • Further GEMS’ interest by attending and participating in trade associations committees (e.g. EFET, EURELECTRIC, EUROGAS) and liaise with relevant competent regional and national stakeholders; and
  • Contribute to other Transversal topics.

About YOU

You meet all (or most of) the following criteria:

  • Qualified lawyer (preferably in Belgium or France);
  • At least 4 years of professional experience;
  • Prior experience in the energy sector;
  • Prior experience in regulatory topics and/or energy law and/or public law and/or competition law within the EU is preferred. Experience with MAR and REMIT is a plus;
  • Prior experience in litigation/investigations is a plus;
  • Strong legal reasoning skills;
  • Excellent presentation, analytical and drafting skills;
  • Ability to understand in details complex products and how the business functions from a legal and economical point of view;
  • Effective manager of one’s time and external resources;
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders;
  • Exercise sound professional judgment in identifying issues that need reference to management and/or colleagues legal experts within the business unit or the group;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Ownership of responsibilities and managed matters;
  • Self-starter;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;

Context:

The Expertise Center (EC) Quantitative Research and Modeling (QRM) within GEMS is a team of around 40 quantitative analysts. It’s mission is to provide advanced quantitative expertise to all Business Platforms (BP) of GEMS.

The quantitative analyst will be part of the “Power & Emissions” quant team (approximately 10 people) and will be supporting the different local business platforms, with a focus on the US Business Platform located in Houston.

Role:

 

The quantitative analyst should design and provide robust quantitative tools that have a concrete impact on the power business:

  • Work very closely with the BP US, mainly with the Renewable and Batteries Trading teams. He / She needs to understand their business needs, and needs to provide them with high-quality quantitative support in their day to day activities.
  • Participate in enhancing the existing pricing and managing framework.
  • Deliver ad hoc tactical solutions as well as develop new pricers in the official pricing library.
  • Play a key role for developing new products, linked for example to the renewable and battery business (pricing, managing strategies, various risk indicators, …).
  • Promote best coding practices that comply with general rules and standards.
  • Document and share knowledge across GEMS on the different models used within GEMS.

 

 

Hard skills:

    • Strong Financial Mathematical background (probability, stochastic calculus, various numerical methods such as Monte Carlo, finite differences, …)
