Durée 5/6 mois

 

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Bureau d’Etudes de la région Aquitaine Sud, vous avez en charge l'étude de projets techniques en assistance aux Ingénieurs Commerciaux positionnés au sein du territoire dans le cadre du développement de nos activités de décarbonation, ainsi que l’étude des contrats d’exploitation.

 

Vos missions :

  • Diagnostics et compréhension du besoin du client,
  • Définition des solutions techniques adaptées,
  • Chiffrage de l’exploitation maintenance,
  • Chiffrage des investissements et des budgets d'exploitation prévisionnels,
  • Mise en œuvre de solutions diverses (géothermie, biomasse, solaire thermique, etc.) principalement sur des bâtiments tertiaires ( bureaux, enseignement, santé,…) voire sur des réseaux de chaleur et de froid,
  • Etudes de business plan,
  • Aide au montage des offres.

 

Profil recherché :

Etudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en génie thermique, vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux du génie thermique ainsi que de l’outil Excel et plus généralement le pack Office

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et possédez le sens du travail en équipe (travail en réseau).

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité de synthèse et votre implication.

Enfin, vous êtes curieux(se) des sujets concernant l’innovation dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique.

Votre mission

 

En tant qu'Ingénieur(e) d’études Électricité Senior au sein de l’unité Urban Nord, vous serez responsable de la conception, du suivi et de la coordination des projets d’infrastructures électriques, à la fois en France et à l’international. Vous serez également un acteur clé dans la gestion d’équipe, en garantissant que les projets soient menés à bien dans le respect des délais, du budget et des normes de qualité.... 

 

 

Vos principales responsabilités
 

• Diriger, motiver et gérer une petite équipe composée d’ingénieurs techniques et de modélisateurs.
• Assurer le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité des travaux d’ingénierie.
• Garantir l’exécution des projets en conformité avec notre système de qualité et nos règles de santé et de sécurité.
• Effectuer des études de faisabilité et d’estimation des coûts, tout en prenant en compte les besoins du client.
• Participer à la conception électrique, en évaluant les solutions techniques les plus adaptées.
• Collaborer de manière constructive avec les partenaires externes (architectes, bureaux d’études, entrepreneurs).
• Apporter des solutions créatives et innovantes dans le cadre de projets à enjeux élevés.
• Suivre l’avancement des projets et en rendre régulièrement compte.

 

Nous aimerions faire la connaissance de personnes ayant  


• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en conception électrique, avec une expertise dans les systèmes à haute, basse et très basse tension.
• Un bon niveau en anglais pour travailler sur des projets internationaux.
• Une maîtrise des outils informatiques : MS Office, Autocad, REVIT, Naviswork, Stabicad.
• De solides compétences en gestion d’équipe et en gestion de projets complexes.
• Une forte capacité d'autonomie, un dynamisme communicatif et un sens aigu de l'organisation.
• Une ouverture à des déplacements occasionnels pour certaines missions.

Your Mission

We are looking for motivated FE analysts to work on the design of reinforced concrete structures of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC) nuclear powerplants, as well as our future pipeline of projects. You will provide your FE expertise to successfully deliver our projects, in collaboration with our team of talented engineers and problem solvers. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities will include a selection of the following points, depending on your technical experience and the position you take within our team:

  • Conduct and review analysis of complex structures carried out in FEM packages (experience in using Ansys beneficial).
  • Analysing structures in dynamic scenarios, including for seismic and blast events.
  • Post-processing data and results to deliver reinforced concrete designs.
  • Contributing to the improvement of our engineering processes, including our in house programmed tools which are developed in a range of programming languages.
  • Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project teams.
  • [Senior positions] – Providing technical leadership and direction for teams of FE analysts
  • [Senior positions] – Aiding with the training and upskilling our current team of analysts.

 

We would love to hear from people with  

  • Master’s in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, or with equivalent experience.

  • Leading project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk management, and communication plans.
  • Facilitating communication and co-ordination of information to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Supporting and mentoring members of the team, to help them develop individually and to meet our collective goals.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Supporting our Contract Managers in the preparation of claims and variations.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Nous recherchons, pour la Direction Ressources en eau, notre :

 

 

Chargé(e) de projet Gestion de l’eau (F/H) – Alternance 12 mois – Lyon 4

 

 

Tes missions principales seront :

  • Elaboration d’une session de sensibilisation interne sur la gestion de l’eau (format journée et format court) : construire le déroulé, contenu, définir l’organisation et l’animation
  • Organisation d’un symposium interne dédié au partage d’expertises et de retours d’expérience : construire le programme, aider à la préparation des interventions, communiquer et aider à l’animation
  • Appui à des travaux d’analyse, de synthèse, de cartographie de l’échelle du bassin à l’échelle locale (ex : SDAGE, SAGE, PTGE, schéma d’irrigation, AEP,…)
  • Participation à la rédaction de communications sur des projets ou sujets impactant CNR (newsletters ou propositions d’articles techniques)

Rattaché(e) à la Référente Ressource en Eau de la Direction, vous contribuez au déploiement des missions de la Direction de l’Eau et à la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques pour une gestion partagée et durable de l’Eau.

 

 

Objectifs de l’apprentissage :

Cette alternance a pour objectif d’acquérir les premières compétences professionnelles du métier :

  • Rassembler et organiser des éléments de contexte, des données, de benchmarking
  • Travailler en mode projet
  • Rédiger des documents de synthèse, d’analyse et des communications
  • Animer des réunions
  • Définir des propositions et recommandations
  • Travailler en équipe et en interface avec différentes directions et en lien avec des acteurs externes

 

 

🥇 Ton profil :

Tu prépares une formation supérieure Bac + 5 en Environnement – Gestion de l’Eau (Ecole d’Ingénieur, Master …), intégrant une part significative d’enseignements sur l’eau et sa gestion.

Tu bénéficies d’un bon sens relationnel, tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de prendre des initiatives. Tu disposes également de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et d’un bon esprit de synthèse.

Informatique : Maîtrise du pack office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams…).

Your Mission

We are looking for motivated and innovative Civil Engineers to work on the design of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC) nuclear powerplants, as well as our future pipeline of projects. You will provide your civil expertise to successfully deliver our projects, in collaboration with clients, contractors, stakeholders and our project teams. 

 

Your key responsibilities  [LR1] 
The key responsibilities will include a selection of the following points, depending on your technical experience and the position you take within our team:

  • Completing the structural design of new build nuclear structures, including for accidental situations such as seismic and blast.
  • Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
  • Providing technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support contractor activities on HPC site.
  • Perform analysis of structures within commercial FEM packages (experience in using Ansys beneficial).
  • Provide a technical link with reinforcement detailers, also checking detailing models and drawings.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would meet the following requirements and criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Working towards or recently Chartered with the ICE, IStructE, or with equivalent experience.
  • Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design.
  • Working familiarity with relevant technical Codes of Practice and Industry Standards (Eurocodes, British Standard, and ETC-C the applicable code for HPC/SZC).

You will provide your civil expertise to successfully deliver our projects, in collaboration with clients, contractors, stakeholders and our project teams. 


The key responsibilities will include a selection of the following points, depending on your technical experience and the position you take within our team:

  • Providing technical leadership and team management to deliver work packages effectively.
  • Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
  • Providing technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support contractor activities on HPC site.
  • Conduct and review analysis of structures carried out in FEM packages (experience in using Ansys beneficial).
  • Provide technical oversight of reinforcement detailers and review detailing models and drawings.
  • Provide expert oversight and technical direction to teams completing the design of reinforced concrete structures.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the business development team during the tendering process for our future project stream.

 

We would love to hear from people with  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered with the ICE, IStructE, or with equivalent experience and willingness to obtain.

Your key responsibilities

The following points indicate some of the key responsibilities and activities that our graduate engineers could be expected to undertake:

  • Learning how to, and completing, structural design of new build nuclear structures, including for accidental situations such as seismic and blast.
  • Developing skills to perform analysis of structures within commercial FEM packages.
  • Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
  • Providing analysis and responding to queries originating from construction sites.
  • Coordinate the transfer of design information to reinforcement detailers.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur méthodes et énergies F/H

Poste basé à Paris (75)

 

Intégré au sein d'une équipe de 15 personnes postées sur un grand centre commercial et rattaché directement à votre Responsable d’Exploitation, vous êtes en charge d’accompagner les managers et les exploitants du site dans le pilotage d’un contrat de maintenance sur les aspects techniques, énergétiques et organisationnels des bâtiments.

 

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’exploitation et interviendrez par ailleurs sur un large panel de sujets pour lesquels vos aptitudes d’ingénieur seront un vrai atout :

  • Optimisation des reportings d’activité
  • Optimisation de l’organisation opérationnelle de l’activité du site et mise en place du Lean Management
  • Digitalisation des process
  • Pilotage de projets courts et moyens terme

De plus, en lien avec les objectifs ambitieux de décarbonation d’ENGIE Solutions, vous serez mis à contribution pour ce qui concerne la consommation d’énergie des bâtiments du site. Vous devrez :

  • Suivre et analyser les consommations énergétiques de plusieurs bâtiments
  • Réaliser des audits énergétiques
  • Identifier, analyser la faisabilité et mettre en place des actions d'économie d'énergie
  • Réaliser des études avec calcul du temps de retour sur investissement et bilan carbone
  • Piloter au niveau contractuel et financier des contrats de management de l’énergie avec les clients et être garant de l’atteinte des performances cibles
