Missão

 

A pessoa selecionada será responsável por dar apoio as equipas na instalação e manutenção de ar condicionado. 

 

 

O que pode esperar

 

  • Realizar a manutenção diária em conformidade com as ordens de trabalho e planos de manutenção;
  • Realizar relatórios ao seu superior hierárquico;
  • Garantir que os equipamentos e máquinas sob a sua responsabilidade são mantidos em boas condições de funcionamento;
  • Realizar as inspeções de rotina e executar o respetivo relatório;
  • Cumprir as normas de Qualidade, Ambiente, Energia e Segurança do Grupo Engie e do cliente;
  • Preencher as ordens de trabalho após a sua execução e entregá-la ao seu superior hierárquico.
  • Manutenção e Reparação de equipamentos AVAC.

 

 

Quem procuramos

 

  • Escolaridade mínima ou Curso de formação profissional “Refrigeração e Climatização”, nível II ou nível III;
  • Certificação TIM III (Preferencial);
  • Experiência Fluidos Frigorígenos + Fluorados (Com credenciação);
  • Experiência em AVAC;
  • Bons Conhecimentos Eletricidade;
  • Experiência obrigatória em contexto industrial e/ou edifícios de serviços entre 3 a 10 anos em manutenção e reparação de equipamentos AVAC

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting feasibility studies, energy simulations, basic/detailed designs, and front-end engineering designs of utility systems.
  • Carry out detailed energy data analysis, provide professional interpretation of the analysis (energy usage and consumption, energy system design-operations-maintenance observations), convert analysis into charts, plots and synthetic tables for ease of communication and presentation.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Project Team and Regional Technical teams throughout the project development lifecycle, from Utilities Plant-Facilities preliminary audit, detailed audit, proposal development, through to contract signing and project kick-off
  • Costing for project CAPEX and OPEX and project timeline
  • Carry out Preliminary and Detailed Energy Audit including short term metering and logging to measure energy related data at site, identify the source of energy to a facilities, identify areas where energy savings can be achieved, recommends energy savings measures to be taken. 
  • Liaise with internal engineering teams, consultants, suppliers to understand, establish, review, validate and issue the projects specifications (M&E equipment, systems, infrastructure, structural & civil works), capital expenditures, operations expenditures, and the performances guarantees; liaise with customers, including presentation and validation,
  • Liaise with Malaysian Authorities, utilities and Government Agencies for project incentives application / coordination, regular and special inspections, infrastructure and project authorizations, licensing issues, and for general project implementation coordination required,
  • Liaise, evaluate and negotiate with contractors, vendors and/or suppliers proposals to match technical-financial, health-safety, quality, capital expenditures and profitability specifications and requirements,
  • If required for such project, liaise with Consultants for Bid tendering, bid evaluation and contractors/equipment suppliers selection, 
  • Draft and float Requests for Proposals for external consultants, suppliers and contractors. Evaluate tender responses and their deliverables

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical / Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Any Certificate of Competencies such as Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM), Certified Professional in Measurement & Verification (CPMV), Certified Energy Auditor or any other relevant certificate will be an added value
  • Experience over 8 years in project development & technical team supervision.
  • Design engineer for district cooling, HVAC project or large scale building waterside and airside cooling systems will be an advantage
  • Understanding of key legal and financial drivers that impact the technical solutions,
  • Experience in cooling systems Operation & Maintenance, control systems will be an advantage.
  • Hands on experience in performing Detailed Energy Audit for Chiller Plant will be an advantage

What You Can Expect

The Project Management Senior Advisor position is responsible for providing overall management of projects from initial development through final engineering design, construction and final commissioning of the project and project closeout. This position focuses on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and process upgrade projects for Publice Sector, Industrial, and Water/Wastewater Treatement Plant clients. 

 

As the Project Management Senior Advisor you will work with ENGIE’s Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Asset Management teams, as well as engineering partners and installation subcontractors. You must have experience managing large, complex, construction projects, preferably design-build. 

 

You’ll be assigned as the primary manager of all phases of a project, with the objective of developing and completing projects on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards and producing strong customer satisfaction.

 

This position is located in Orange, Pasadena, or Riverside, California and reports to the Director of Project Management.

 

General

  • Manage all aspects of complex $10M – $75M+ Engineer / Procure / Construct (EPC) projects, including project development, scoping, contracting, risk management, planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Manage the internal project team including project engineers, on-site construction managers and project coordinators, commissioning engineers and other subject matter experts
  • Serve as a primary customer contact during the entire development and implementation process, striving for their complete satisfaction with ENGIE’s services

Project Development

  • Support ENGIE Business Development in generating new business. Attend customer presentations and interviews as needed, including board and council meetings
  • Create, maintain and manage a portfolio of projects
  • Actively manage the project team through regular meetings to assign tasks and responsibilities, and discuss/document project updates, needs and progress

Construction

  • Manage projects to assure each project is delivered within established budgets and schedules
  • Create a procurement plan in collaboration with project team and internal ENGIE procurement
  • Manage the procurement of ENGIE-provided major equipment and associated supply agreements

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a four (4) year degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or environmental engineering; construction management or related field will be considered
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the public sector, industrial, or municipal Water/Wastewater industries, with a progression of responsibilities including project development and delivery
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated leadership, networking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in a demanding, ever-changing environment
  • A track record of mentorship and training of project team members
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar tool

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; this job will require travel and spending the majority of time on the job site.
  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis.
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips.

Compensation

The Project Manager Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Manager Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Manager Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. Additionally, they work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, they actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. Finally, they ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position will sit in Sacramento, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience, including training 
  • Proficient in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets 
  • Strong negotiation skills that protect ENGIE’s interests on a given project, while building customer and vendor/subcontractor rapport

As our Estimator Advisor, you will be the primary cost estimation expert, resource for capital improvement projects for campus energy systems and new business development related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities. These energy systems encompass the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the distribution of natural gas.

 

  • For business development projects or acquisitions, this role will coordinate with the Major Projects team composed of contracts managers, project managers, engineering, and project management office.

 

  • For projects at existing partnerships, this role will liaise with the other members of the Local Capital Projects Team including, but not limited to, Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Iowa University in Iowa City, IA and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

 

Every day you will be critical in supporting our Major Projects team by delivering accurate and comprehensive cost estimates to drive successful planning and execution.

 

You will report to the Vice President of Major Projects & Industrial Project Oversight and Support (IPOS).

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technical discipline, construction management, or a related field

  • You will develop and maintain cost estimate template to support business development and major capital project opportunities. Develop and maintain a template library, like contingency calculator, and cost reporting to build best in class cost management function
  • You can develop, update, and maintain historical pricing data base and estimation tools to reflect current market conditions and industry standards
  • You will review and incorporate historical data from estimates, cost data, indexes, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures
  • You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and develop accurate cost projections
  • You have experience analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
  • You will review general contractor pricing proposals for accuracy and gaps, and challenge assumptions and rates
  • You will conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential cost overruns

The Engineer II is a role responsible for supporting the development and installation of energy conservation measures and renewable energy with large-scale public sector customers. As our Electrician II, at The Ohio State University, with the supervision of the High Voltage Manager & Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing duties as a highly skilled electrician in the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of low, medium, and high voltage to 138,000-volt class electrical generation and distribution systems and equipment.   • You will have high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; computer literacy

  • You have a minimum 10 years work experience as a commercial/ industrial electrician, including 6 years experience in installation and maintenance of 600V class electrical systems; Or 6 years experience in 15000-volt systems; 3 years of experience & ability to install and maintain troubleshoot/repair 5000 & 15000-volt class electrical systems
  • You have knowledge of basic principles of electricity and related terminology; an ability to read technical manuals, schematic wiring diagrams and volt-ohm-amp testers       
  • You will assist Utility Electrician III or High Voltage Electrician with operation, installation, removal, cleaning, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of 15,000 and 138,000-volt class equipment consisting of underground cable vaults, cable duels, cable racks, cables, splices, terminations, equipment grounding, surge arresters, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, motors; assist with distribution system switching
  • You may serve as crew leader; instruct lower staff on work to be performed; assist in training other personnel
  • You will direct and inspect contractor work in the installation of permanent and temporary power sources, inspects and monitors new electrical construction work for design standard and electrical safety requirements; direct and perform preventive maintenance and overhaul of electrical equipment in utility plants
  • You will perform equipment lockout/tagout; uses test equipment (multi-amp, strobe lights, probe, megaohm meter, hi-pot) to remedy and prevent problems
  • You will overhaul motors and replace bearings; operate cranes and/or lift vehicles to move electrical equipment; maintain substation battery banks, wiring systems, annunciator panels,  3-phase meters and circuit protective relays
  • You will read blueprints, electrical diagrams, technical manuals; update drawings and schematics, and design equipment (e.g. transformer table, battery rack, star cart, etc.) to perform tasks; maintains records and reports, performs other related duties.
  • You will plan jobs, order materials, inspect and diagnosis cable and equipment faults; troubleshoot electrical units by reviewing blueprints and schematics in order to develop a remedy; work on and troubleshoot any ENGIE operated utility systems including plants and distribution
