YOUR ROLE as an Internal Communication Intern:

YOUR PROFILE as an Internal Communication Intern: 

 

  • A student in a degree with focus on communication, where the internship is part of your curriculum.

  • A wizard with words, with sound written and verbal communication skills 

  • Mastery in crafting and refining content 

  • A don in digital media best practices for online content creation 

  • Organizational skills for coordinating activations from idea generation to execution 

  • Proficiency in internal communication tools and content editing software, with an eye for detail 

  • Hands-on in creating animations for social media and web platforms, enhancing your creative skillset 

  • Effective project management, meeting deadlines with quality output 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and O365, honing your document and presentation skills

L’EQUIPE :

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) infirmier(e) pour compléter notre service de prévention et de santé au travail interne.

L’équipe est composée de 2 médecins du travail ainsi que de 3 infirmières.

 

PROFIL ET COMPETENCES SOUHAITES :

Infirmièr(e) diplômé(e) d’état, vous disposez d’un DIUST (Diplôme Inter Universitaire Santé Travail) et justifiez d'une première expérience en tant qu’Infirmier(e) en entreprise ou dans le domaine de la santé au travail.

En étroite collaboration avec nos médecins et au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous apportez vos compétences pour répondre aux besoins de prévention, de santé et sécurité au travail, des entreprises et des salariés suivis.

Vos principales missions :

  • Suivi individuel de l'état de santé des salariés ;
  • Identification des dangers et des risques pour la Santé et la Sécurité au Travail ;
  • Réalisation d’actions collectives d’information et de sensibilisation portant sur la prévention des risques professionnels ;
  • Actions en milieu de travail (études de postes, aide à la réalisation ou au complément de la Fiche d’Entreprise, réalisation d’actions de prévention liées à la santé...) ;
  • Rédaction de supports de communication nécessaires aux interventions ;
  • Réalisation des déplacements dans l’entreprise pour effectuer des visites de locaux et études de poste avec le médecin.
  • S’informer des nouvelles règlementations en lien avec la santé et la sécurité au travail.

 

Les compétences recherchées :

  • Vous maîtriser les outils informatiques, notamment pour la saisie des visites médicales et l’enregistrement des soins. La connaissance de Medisis serait un plus.
  • Vous connaissez et utilisez les outils de dépistage en médecine du travail : ergovision, BU, ECG, audiogramme, EFR.
  • Vous disposez de connaissances et d’une expérience dans la prise en charge des urgences médicales.
  • Vous avez le sens du relationnel et de la communication et appréciez le travail en équipe
  • Des compétences en anglais seraient appréciées pour des prises en charge de salariés anglophones.

  • Bring expertise on SAP FICO with major on CO
  • Help the business teams in business requirement definition and ensure coherence with the SAP S/4 capabilities
  • Responsible for reviewing the integrator delivery and challenge the proposed solutions
  • Align with the business team to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the core model and the program guidelines
