Your responsibilities as Vibrations Project Engineer (F/M/X)

To enhance our activities in identifying root causes of problems and conducting design assessments, we are seeking a Vibrations Project Engineer eager to develop his/her career in Condition Monitoring and Vibrations Analysis.

In this role, you will monitor the vibration behaviour of turbo generator shaft lines and engage in complex root cause analysis of rotating machinery. Additionally, you will advise our customers on the best condition monitoring strategies for their specific assets.

Your Mission:

• Conduct detailed vibration analysis reviews of turbo generator shaft lines.
• Assess and analyse mechanical problems and vibration issues in power plant components, adding value through insightful interpretation and proposing effective solutions.
• Provide expert advice on the condition monitoring of existing or new technologies.
• Participate in remote condition monitoring service shifts for the main shaft lines of power plants.

We offer 2 years rotation program, you will have the possibility of being active on operational and R&D projects as an Expert or a Project Manager within our Business Line Renewables & Urban.

Als onderdeel van European Maintenance Support (EMS) Equipment Solutions is het Electrical Protections team (PEL) dat gespecialiseerde onderhoudsactiviteiten verricht aan de beveiligingssystemen, excitatieregelingen en opstartuitrustingen van de interne elektriciteitscentrales van ENGIE en de externe klanten van ENGIE.

EMS is wegens groei op zoek naar een Field Technician Electrical Protections (M/V/X) met sterke kennis van elektrische beveiligingssystemen.

 Jouw uitdaging als Field Technician Electrical Protections 

• Je staat in voor het testen en onderhouden van elektrische beveiligingssystemen en dit binnen het klassieke en nucleaire productiepark van Engie (centrales, on- en offshore windmolenparken) en haar industriële klanten.
• Je bereidt onderhoudsactiviteiten aan bekrachtigings- en opstartsystemen van de generatoren binnen onze vloot voor en volgt de uitvoering ter plekke op.
• Je bereidt samen met je team de interventie voor, contacteert indien nodig de contractors/leveranciers, je voert het onderhoud uit en maakt hierover een verslag.
• Je maakt deel uit van een dynamische equipe die meebouwt aan de energietransitie. Je draagt je steentje bij aan de energie-omslag door vernieuwings- of nieuwbouwprojecten te helpen voorbereiden, realiseren en in dienst stellen. • Je bent bedreven in Microsoft Office. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt

Vos défis en tant que Field Technician Electrical Protections

• Vous êtes responsable des tests et de la maintenance des systèmes de protection électrique dans le parc de production classique et nucléaire d'Engie (centrales, parcs éoliens onshore et offshore) et chez ses clients industriels.

Votre profil en tant que Field Technician Electrical Protections

• Vous êtes diplômé en électricité ou électromécanique (ou équivalent par expérience)

• Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office. La connaissance de SAP est un plus

Nous recherchons des Trainees techniques (H/F/X) pour EMS (European Maintenance Services, qui fait partie d'ENGIE Generation Europe), qui est responsable de la maintenance spécialisée des turbines, alternateurs, installations haute tension et chaudières des centrales électriques, entre autres.

NOUS VOUS OFFRONS en tant que Trainee Technique 

Un programme de rotation de 24 mois dans le cadre duquel vous :

• Bénéficiez d’une formation approfondie sur le terrain et un accompagnement par un mentor, des experts seniors et des managers
• Pouvez approfondir vos connaissances techniques en effectuant des travaux de maintenance dans diverses centrales électriques et parcs éoliens d'Engie en Belgique et à l'étranger (principalement en France et aux Pays-Bas).
• Au travers de 4 missions variées dans différentes séquences de maintenance, vous découvrirez ce qui vous intéresse le plus en tant que technicien : travailler sur de grands équipements rotatifs (turbines à gaz et à vapeur), des équipements à haute et moyenne tension, des chaudières, des pompes et des ventilateurs et des turbines aéronautiques plus petites.
• Commencez avec 3 autres trainees avec lesquels vous pouvez échanger des expériences et des connaissances.
• Obtenir un contrat à durée indéterminée avec
  • un salaire de base mensuel indexé auquel s'ajoutent de nombreuses primes en fonction du régime de travail (prime d'équipe), du travail le week-end et/ou des heures supplémentaires (indemnité et compensation en jours de congé) et du lieu d'affectation (prime de mobilité)
  • une prime de fin d'année, un double pécule de vacances et une prime collective
  • un véhicule de service, un téléphone portable et un abonnement

  • 33 jours de congé et des jours de compensation pour le week-end et les heures supplémentaires

 VOTRE PROFIL en tant que Trainee Technique

• Vous avez suivi une formation professionnelle en ingénierie mécanique/électrique/électromécanique.
• Vous êtes un jeune diplômé ou avez 2 ans d'expérience maximum
• Vous parlez anglais, néerlandais et/ou français et êtes disposé à apprendre l'autre langue nationale.
• Vous êtes flexible en termes d'horaires de travail et de lieu de travail. Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler en équipe ou le week-end pendant les missions et à voyager 30 % de votre temps.
• Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de conduire B

Uw profiel als Welzijn Verantwoordelijk

• Bachelordiploma in maatschappelijk werk of sociale verpleegkunde en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.

• Connaissance de la législation sociale et des programmes de bien-être.

EMS(European Maintenance Support) is a part of the ENGIE Group that carries out specialized maintenance work across Belgium and across Europe (mainly the Netherlands and France). Within the Powertrain (Generators) team, we are looking for a Field Technician Generators who wants to develop into a specialist in the field.

YOUR CHALLENGE as a Field Technician Generators

As a Field Technician Generators, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

• You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial generators and auxiliary systems.
• At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.
• Depending on the project, you will either take on the role of site supervisor or the role of field technician (or both).
• In the role as site supervisor, you will coordinate and execute and be responsible for determining resources, ordering materials and following up on them correctly and on time.
• During execution , you will work with a team of technicians consisting of both colleagues and subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the work required and constantly ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
• For unplanned sites or incidents, you will participate in interventions, analyze problems and work hands-on on the generators with the goal of resolving the problem.

YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Generators

• You are mechanically and/or electrically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineering), experience in generator maintenance is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and willing to obtain basic level (A2) in French or Dutch.
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).
