SUMMARY: 

  • The purpose of this job description is to capture the overall Marketing Program Manager. This role captures Customer Marketing duties.
    • Customer Marketing:
      • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our customer base. 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Customer Marketing:
    • Develop a marketing retention program to help secure client revenue and delight. 
    • Manage the flow of client communications related to company news and product announcements. 
    • Create best-in-class marketing campaigns to support client upsell initiatives. 
    • Manage key content marketing initiatives such as webinars, events/virtual events, promotional incentives, and thought leadership.
    • Develop case studies, secure client speakers, and other vehicles to tell our client stories.
    • Conceptualize multi-faceted account-based marketing strategies to engage our enterprise client base. 
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including: digital marketers, product marketing, product management, sales and delivery to ensure corporate and department objectives are met.
    • Continuously measure and report on campaign KPIs and progress against department goals. 
    • Support the marketing department in corporate initiatives and programs as needed.
    • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; marketing, communications, sales, business administration concentration, or other related field
    • 6+ years of experience as a marketing professional in a corporate or agency setting 
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B environment 
    • SaaS business experience recommended, but not required
    • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

    • Has excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the keen ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
    • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot preferred), Microsoft Office  
    • Demonstrates successful track record of managing budgets, high-level marketing campaigns, and growth-driving strategies. 
    • Has strong project and program management skills.
    • Demonstrates ability to motivate others. 
    • Has the ability to self-start, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with a variety of colleagues, matrix relationships, internal clients, senior management, etc.

      The pay range for this role is: $71,400-120,750.

      Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. What You Can Expect

As our Asset Operations, Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing field response for reactive and planned maintenance activities of select operating standalone battery assets in Corpus Christi, Texas area.  You will also serve as a key company representative for maintenance scheduling and coordination with internal teams as well as 3rd parties. This field-based position will work across departments to communicate updates and will require frequent travel, primarily to two facilities in South Texas.  As such, candidate must reside within  60 minutes of our Corpus Christi, TX area facilities.  

 

Every day you will be responsible for keeping the battery storage plants up and running, coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufactures “OEMs”, internal and external maintenance partners, provide hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues, perform deviation detection and mitigation on the operating battery plants. You will communicate with internal departments, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams to report any issues or needs and support issues resolutions coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers. You will support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate
  • Minimum of three (3) years of electrical experience or comparable industrial experience such as Power Sector Industry, Military experience working with diesel generators or power systems, or Oil & Gas industry experience with maintenance/service experience of heavy machinery is beneficial in lieu of battery storage experience
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

 

Additional Details

  • This is a field position requiring regular travel to ENGIE site(s) 
  • This role requires daily attendance at worksite

SUMMARY: 

  • The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align contract terms with company policies, and providing guidance on contract-related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.   • Assist with and conduct periodic contract audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related discipline; in lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience where you gain experience in retail energy sales or developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • You have persuasive communication, effective negotiation skills, and interaction with executive-level decision-makers
  • You are a self-driven individual capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems
  • Ability Manage multiple assignments concurrently on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, consisting of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 15% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record for travel and car rentals
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $76,750 – $127,875 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

SUMMARY: 

  • This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of product go-to-market launches. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and sustained product and business growth.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead Product Go-To-Market Strategies and Launch:
    • Develop and execute strategies to introduce products to the market effectively. This includes defining target audiences and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Responsible for collaboration with business partners in Marketing, Account Management, Sales and others to develop, organize, plan, deliver and evaluate GTM campaigns and activities.
    • Articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market. Craft and communicate the product's value proposition clearly and document it.
    • Initiate the creation of the necessary collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and FAQs, to launch a product successfully to market.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing campaigns, events (webinars, breakfast briefings), and other channels to reach the target audience. Co-create a Product Marketing Roadmap in alignment with P&I Product Roadmaps to ensure all teams understand when, what, why, and how to sell.
    • Work with Strategy & Innovation to evaluate the needs of target markets and analyze market segments to actively pursue. Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the product.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor individuals on the PDI GTM & Client Intelligence team with less experience. Coach individuals within GTM projects to achieve company, project and individual goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; marketing, sales, business administration concentration
