The Role:

This position is responsible for performing complex research and resolution on client accounts; including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating and escalating risks and issues. This position will be responsible for working with utility companies directly and client indirectly.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for finding and resolving errors on utility bills being routed for payment.
  • Collaborating with vendors and/or clients to investigate and resolve exceptions, including, but not limited to:
    • Unknown, inactive, & summary exceptions
    • Supplier/hauler changes
  • Perform consolidation balancing on complex summary billing
  • Understand and perform deconsolidation process
    • General ledger & financial coding updates
    • Manual GL allocations
  • Perform critical thinking skills to investigate payment discrepancies such as:
    • Stale checks
    • Returned checks
  • Understand and perform account & site merges
  • Perform bulk FBI uploads
  • Responsible for finding and resolving errors on Bankruptcy accounts
  • Understand and complete Bankruptcy proration
  • Some manual data entry for summary and international invoices
  • Ensure that follow-up, email, and correspondence are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures within these tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

 

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Requires 2+ years of clerical and/or customer related work experience
    • Basic understanding of general ledger coding and account set up preferred
    • Other combinations of experience/education may be considered
    • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Duties:   Under the supervision of a Senior Product Manager, improve the usability, ease of use, and pleasure customers derive from using ENGIE Impact’s software products. Leverage research captured from a user-centered design process to create wireframe representations of how applications will appear on screens and software design prototypes that provide business value and an optimal experience for ENGIE Impact’s customers. Collaborate with the product management team and provide the software engineering team with the resources they need to turn software prototypes into fully functioning products.  Specific duties include:

 

  • Support a user-centered research-and-design process for software user experiences that incorporates user research, personas, context scenarios, rapid prototyping, and user testing where appropriate.
  • Work closely with users, product management, software engineering team, marketing and the software team to make sure the best possible user experience is delivered to product users.
  • Verbally and graphically communicate designs, decisions and reasoning with clarity, data, and confidence.
  • Articulate design intentions and rationale to the product and engineering teams.
  • Craft UI (User Interface) elements with the Design System for development teams, such as functional specifications and descriptions of component behavior.

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Software Engineer, Technology Associate, or in a similar occupation closely related to UX/UI design.  Experience to include:

 

  • 2 years designing B2B (Business-to-Business) SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products.
  • 2 years working with wireframing/prototyping tools.
  • 2 years working with design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Invision.

Duties:   Support ENGIE Insight’s computer systems and ETL (“Extract, Transform, Load”) data integration processes.  Translate business requirements into data models that drive data warehouse or data mart design and configuration.  Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects. LEGAL CONTRACT SPECIALIST 

REMOTE USA 

 

SUMMARY: 

  • The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align contract terms with company policies, and providing guidance on contract-related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Additionally, the role includes developing contract processes, conducting audits, and supporting internal stakeholders.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Draft, review, amend and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs and client service agreements and vendor contracts, adhering to company standards and under the supervision of senior members of the legal team.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Legal team and internal stakeholders, including commercial and business teams, to ensure contract terms align with company standard contracting requirements, policies, risk appetite, objectives & to continually improve internal client service driving business value
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support and assist other members of the team in the course of their duties, as may be requested or directed from time to time.
  • Assist with and conduct periodic contract audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • 2 Year College Degree required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 2+ years relevant experience with contract management, review, and negotiation preferred
    • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) or other specific contract skills certification preferred
    • Paralegal Certification a plus
    • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and related concepts.
    • Proficiency in contract management software and/or Salesforce
    • Experience within a professional services company
    • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite,
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      The pay range for this role is: $53,550-92,000

      Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

SUMMARY: 

  • This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of product go-to-market launches. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and sustained product and business growth.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead Product Go-To-Market Strategies and Launch:
    • Develop and execute strategies to introduce products to the market effectively. This includes defining target audiences and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Responsible for collaboration with business partners in Marketing, Account Management, Sales and others to develop, organize, plan, deliver and evaluate GTM campaigns and activities.
    • Articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market. Craft and communicate the product's value proposition clearly and document it.
    • Initiate the creation of the necessary collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and FAQs, to launch a product successfully to market.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing campaigns, events (webinars, breakfast briefings), and other channels to reach the target audience. Co-create a Product Marketing Roadmap in alignment with P&I Product Roadmaps to ensure all teams understand when, what, why, and how to sell.
    • Work with Strategy & Innovation to evaluate the needs of target markets and analyze market segments to actively pursue. Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the product.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor individuals on the PDI GTM & Client Intelligence team with less experience. Coach individuals within GTM projects to achieve company, project and individual goals.
    • Act as the strategic go-to-market subject matter expert with ENGIE Impact.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; marketing, sales, business administration concentration
    • 5+ years relevant experience in Sales, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Project Management role required
    • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
