PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Be the reason why Engie has strong I2P processes – which are compliant to internal & external regulation, harmonized, efficient & digitalized. You are managing various stakeholders & their expectations – prioritizing needs & able to translate complex issues into insights, both in terms of processes, organizations & technology. You love challenges & when someone says no – it’s when your skills kicks in!
RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

- I2P activities within GBS are your scope of ownership – you are an expert that knows well which is the best process for Engie on I2P, which technology & organization setup will make us be competitive, reach new levels of efficiency, be compliance & robust to external & internal factors – you recommend the best approach to your stakeholders (Process leads, GPOs, Support teams …) on how to best reach their targets & the core model you own
- Networking & benchmarking are your assets for success – you will build the I2P community @ Engie
- You are a go to persons for audits, responsible to monitor compliance & follow ups
- You lead brainstorming sessions & complex discussions with ease – aiming at harmonization, digitalization & efficiency
- Steering the enhancement & development of the I2P core model
- You are accountable for efficiency, harmonization & best practice deployment – as well as ensuring the fit to company goals, statutory requirements & be ahead of the curve
- You are taking the leadership for projects within I2P area
- Co-define metrics & performance indicators – leverage those to continuously improve own scope
- Co-responsible of the lifecycle of the processes & organization
- You structure & animate your reflection & use insights to convince your stakeholders
- Your insights helps Engie to become best in class when it comes to I2P
- Change management is not a secret for you – you understand pain points & translate them into opportunities
- Your scope is global I2P Finance – & have connections with Procurement
OCUPATIONAL PROFILE
YEARS OF SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION: Or similar position – apporx. 3 years.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
University degree preferable in finance / accounting or similar
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Advanced knowledge of I2P in a GBS environment. Exposure to 1 or multiple IMS tool, advanced knowledge of MS office.
Nice to have: Procurement exposure / experience. Exposure on automation & efficiency – having driven such activities
Spanish, English – French is a + but not mandatory
KEY SOFT SKILLS
Ability to communicate to a large audience & tailor communication materials
Strong capability of follow ups on tasks & influencing
You are a strong problem solver!
Genuine enthusiasm when it comes to I2P, looking deep and asking why – many times … until no stone is left unturned
Collaborative thinking to find a solution
Able to tailor approach / way of working based on audience
