Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the safe operations, plan, schedule and organisation of all PM/CM/PdM at ENGIE
  sites under O&M management.
• Responsible to work with OEMs and clients to perform troubleshooting and repair equipment,
  redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance.
• Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of equipment status and performance and alignment
  with back office support.
• Act as lead in all measuring and data acqusition works and discussions in performance
  improvement projects.
• Responisble to lead, keep track and replenish of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare
  part / inventory control.
• Actively participate in, compile and furnish Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action followup
  to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
• Conduct on-the-job training and assessment for new technicians and complete all required
  certification forms as and when required by the company.
• Prepare, compile, review and revise SOP, OJT, JHA, cause & effect diagram and other training
  materials when needed.
• Responsible for the ontime invoicing of bills to clients and to address any request for reviews from
  the clients with regards to invoicing and billings.
• Ensure timely monthly reports for management review and discussions.

Requirement:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering - Electrical/Mechnical/Chemical Process
• Worked in a manufacturing or industrial site for minimum 3 years.
• Good safety records and able to work independently
• Good knowledge in machinery, equipment or controls systems
• Demonstrate good trouble shooting and analytical skills Independently.
• Proficient in English and communication skills.
• Good presentation and leadership skill.
