SAP Ariba Analyst

The mission of GBS IT is to build, to deploy and to run IT enterprise services for ENGIE worldwide, provide innovation as well as IT sustainable solutions.

With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support. 

To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a : 

SAP Ariba Analyst (M/F) 

The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), but the physical presence on the head office is not mandatory. We are also looking for international profiles.

As an SAP Ariba Analyst, you will assist both business and technical teams in implementing, deploying, and optimizing the SAP Ariba solution with a focus on the following areas:

• Tender Management:
  Implement and optimize features related to managing tenders (Sourcing).

• Contract Management:
  Establish and monitor contract-related processes within the solution, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Supplier Management:
  Oversee features related to Vendor Management, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and supplier compliance.

• Procurement Management:
  Ensure the efficiency of procurement workflows and their alignment with the group's policies and strategies.

Position requirements

• SAP Ariba S2C (Source-to-Contract) + Configuration + Tool Administration – Intermediate (2 to 4 years of experience)
• SAP Ariba Buying + Configuration + Tool Administration – Intermediate (2 to 4 years of experience)
• SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance) – Intermediate (2 to 4 years of experience)
• Fluent English (oral/written)
• May require national & international mobility
