  • Under the direction of a manager, is responsible for performing all facets of specialty client projects per various scopes of work. 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership/ Financial Accountability/ Client Engagement/ Decision Making/  

  • Collect information and details regarding needed utility services.  

  • Coordinate setup and/or closure of accounts with utility providers. 

  • May also coordinate meter sets, including negotiating terms and requirements. 

  • Resolve service related issues. 

  • Create sites/accounts in system and Templates. 

  • Manage and maintain multiple spreadsheets containing large datasets.  

  • Coordinate various details for special project including working to tight timelines.  

  • Analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, and errors. 

  • Identify and resolve errors in both written and text documents. 

  • Respond to customer questions, complaints and concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.  

  • May provide administrative services such as copying documents, composing email and internal memos, and creating presentations and reports.  

  • Generate reports and prepare and monitor invoices.  

  • Perform tasks including answering customer calls, responding to emails, printing and/or creating training materials, data entry, scheduling meetings and training sessions, filing documents.  

  • Support project team as needed to meet deadlines. 

  • Performs related work as required.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Education/ Certifications/ Experience/ Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities/ Other 

  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 

  • Associates Degree preferred in one of the following fields 

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience with clerical and/or customer related work  

  • Requires prior experience involving customer service, interacting with clients in person and by phone, and organizing and prioritizing work tasks.  

  • Prefer experience working with Utility, Waste or Telecom providers. 

  • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements 

  • Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities 

  • Must have solid computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.  

  • Strong multi-tasking skills. 

  • 10-key by touch, preferred. 

  • Strong skills in customer service, communication, problem solving and negotiation.    

  • Must be a team player who is detail oriented, dependable and adaptable.  

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals within a deadline.  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service both internally and externally. 

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Ability to remain calm during hectic periods of activity. 

  • Ability to demonstrate mathematical and analytical aptitude. 

  • Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills.    

  • Participates and promotes process improvement to ensure we are effectively serving our clients. 

  • Basic understanding of ENGIE Impact services and offerings. 

  • Ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis. 

  • Must be able to adapt to change easily. 

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

  • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

  • Flexibility: Ability to perform tasks that may require bending, twisting, or standing briefly to access materials or equipment.

The pay range for this role is $16.32-$27.59, however all offers will be in compliance based on state minimum wage requirements

 

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
