The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

 

The Service Delivery Manager  is proposed to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be accountable for all RUN activities.

This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations Lead.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications (S4, MDG, ARIBA, SAC, …), including evolutive maintenance (Note : the RUN is delivered by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities)
  • Define & control RUN SLA (from GBS IT)
  • Lead RUN Steering Committee
  • Define RUN budget & charging model, challenge & control costs
  • With GBS IT, ensure & monitor SLA with external partners
  • Ensure industrialization & automation, especially thanks to innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI, …)
  • Monitor users satisfaction & define associated action plan
  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead
  • Manage the contracts of service providers, in interaction with the Vendor Management Office
  • Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations, …)
  • Secure transition to RUN for each roll out
  • Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle, …)

 

Position requirements

  • Senior position that require significant experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, especially for large & international SAP applications
  • Ability to lead in matrixial organizations
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization & day-to-day requirements
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
  • Team spirit

Product Owner Service Now (F/M)

Context:

Within the ENGIE Group, GBS (Global Business Support) is the entity in charge of increasing the performance of support functions by massifying, simplifying, and industrializing the delivery of the most common services.

GBS is composed of 6 business supports: BS Legal, BS Finance, BS Human resources, BS Procurement, BS Real Estate and BS IT.

The BS IT (GBS IT) works closely with the Group digital and IT department to contribute to the Group's performance by securing and simplifying the processes and supporting the Group in its transformations.

Within GBS IT, the DGA Operations is in charge of executing the transverse ITSM processes supporting GBS IT operations.

To achieve that, the DGA Operations relies on "My Portal", a ServiceNow based application.

"My Portal" is also delivered as a service to other Group entities.

 

Job description:

The "My Portal" product owner is responsible for the successful evolution of the application, with a strong focus on functional consistency, data quality, process optimization and reporting.

He reports into the COO of GBS IT and relies on a small development team to deliver evolutions.

Main missions/Activities:

The product owner is responsible for:

  • Collaborating with transverse processes teams within DGA Operations and Group entities to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Support the other GBS functions – mainly finance and procurement -  in the creation of individual products and processes and integrate these into the product roadmap
  • Defining the vision for the product
  • Creating a product roadmap based on this vision
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, to ensure overall product quality
  • Developing user stories
  • Proposing process evolutions to ensure better adequation while limiting bespoke developments
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

Skills and qualifications

  • Good understanding of IT service management and customer expectations
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of agile software development methodologies
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture

Chef de projet Cybersécurité PAM (H/F)

Vous êtes intéressé par la cybersécurité et possédez des compétences en gestion de projet ?

Au sein de la famille de services Réseau, Cybersécurité & Identité digitale, vous rejoindrez les équipes Privileged Access Management (PAM), dont le rôle est de gérer le service CyberArk pour les entités du groupe Engie.

En tant qu’appui au pilotage des services PAM Active Directory et Password Vault (CyberArk), vous serez garant du fonctionnement globale de la plateforme PAM (opérabilité et mise en œuvre des évolutions) pour le compte d’ENGIE IT ainsi que du pilotage opérationnel des services souscrits par les entités du Groupe.

Vous secondez le Responsable des services PAM Active Directory et PAM Password Vault (CyberArk) dans la réalisation des projets et aidez au maintien de l’opérabilité des services.

 

Sur votre périmètre de service:

  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des évolutions des services
  • S’assurer du respect de la politique de sécurité S.I. sur son périmètre de services et participer à la définition des process associés
  • Décrire de nouveaux services ou optimiser les définitions des services existants pour les intégrer dans les catalogues ENGIE IT ou convention de services
  • Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle des services (changements, incidents, problèmes, gestion de la capacité…), et en anticiper les risques
  • S’assurer du respect et du déploiement des processus au sein de son périmètre, en tant que relais opérationnel des processus transverses
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer les articles de notre outil ITSM (ServiceNow) et la base de connaissance associée

Renforcer l’orientation partenaire (entités/services) afin de :

  • Participer à l’animation de la relation opérationnelle avec les partenaires (entités/services) en préparant les différents comités de suivi en coordination avec les équipes ENGIE IT concernées
  • Promouvoir nos offres auprès des partenaires (entités/services).

Dans le cadre de la démarche de type Costing / Pricing / Billing ENGIE IT :

  • Participer à l’élaboration de business plan de nouveaux services et contrôler le respect des business plans existants

Votre profil :

Vous possédez des compétences en gestion de projet et des connaissances générales du domaine de la cybersécurité.

Vous êtes capable de comprendre les besoins des partenaires (entités/services) et de les conseiller proactivement.

Vous communiquez de manière ouverte, transparente et claire.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the ambition to make ENGIE a Data Driven Company, DATA Solution offers the opportunity to build Data Offices within ENGIE entities.

The Data office is a team dedicated to assist Chief Data officers and data stakeholders in the development and application of the data strategy and to be focused as much as possible on bringing business and operational value for the business lines.

In this context, we are looking for a Data Officer. This role is about to assist the CDO to build and apply the data strategy, animate & acculturate the data community.

 

In particular, the associated responsibilities include:

  • Support entity to assess his compliancy about Group data policy (the reference for any activity related to data and how data should be managed at ENGIE).
  • Build and apply the data strategy for the entity
  • Coordinating the data strategy activities : organisation communications between data stakeholders
  • Animate the data community and ensure the continuity of acculturation
  • Deploy and promote the Group data analytics ecosystem & capabilities
  • Support the Data Project manager on the management of data initiatives : Helping business actors  to  identify  data  use cases,  prioritizing  them, steering project and facilitating the communication.
  • Support the Data Governance Manager who is responsible for the data governance strategy & the governance tools provided.
  • Work with entities to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each data project
  • Conduct research and interviews and analysing data to gain insights into the business

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, Data and analytics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 or more years in analytics functions.
  • Deep understanding of the data management.
  • Experience deploying data strategy is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business and technological stakeholders and peers alike.
  • Excellent abilities in leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Dataiku, Databricks, Collibra and AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile way.
  • Experience and ability in using “soft skills” or “people skills”.
  • Fluent in English
