YOUR RESPONSABILITIES as a Field Technician Turbines

• Maintenance Operations: Organize, coordinate, and perform mechanical maintenance on industrial gas and steam turbines.
• Project Preparation: Collaborate with engineers to define the scope, planning, and execution strategy for each maintenance project.
• Flexible Roles: Depending on the assignment, take on responsibilities as a field technician, site supervisor, or both.
• Team Leadership & Logistics: As a site supervisor, manage resources, order materials, and lead teams of colleagues and subcontractors.
• Problem Solving & Safety: Respond to unplanned incidents, troubleshoot turbine issues hands-on, and ensure safety compliance at all times.

YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Turbines

·        You are mechanically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics).

·        Experience in maintenance of turbines, aircraft engines, derivative gas turbines, wind turbines or large rotating equipment is a plus.

·        You are fluent in English and willing to obtain medio level (B2) in French or Dutch.

·        You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).

En tant qu’Experte/Expert Protections Electriques Haute Tension F/H vous intégrez les équipes European Maintenance Support (EMS), environ 180 collaborateurs, présents en France, Belgique et aux Pays-Bas. 
Votre mission principale consiste à être l’Experte/l’Expert en maintenance des protections et autres équipements électriques HT (transformateurs, câbles, cellules HT, systèmes d’excitation …). 
Dans cette optique, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

• Développer un savoir-faire reconnu en interne comme en externe sur la maintenance des équipements HT
• Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes d’exploitation et de maintenance des centrales (ENGIE et externes)
• Réaliser des analyses de causes profondes (Root Cause Analysis (RCA)) à la suite d'incidents ou à des dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives et préventives
• Participer à la préparation, au pilotage et à la capitalisation des arrêts pour révision d’équipements électriques (définition du scope, suivi technique, rapports, traitement des non-conformités)
• Développer des stratégies de maintenance long terme, incluant la gestion des pièces de rechange
• Piloter ou contribuer à des projets de remplacement ou d’amélioration d’équipements électriques, sur les centrales françaises ou chez des clients.
  Participer à des réseaux de partage de savoir (retours d’expérience, groupes utilisateurs, OEM Original Equipment Manufacturers…)
• Tenir le rôle en tant que cheffe/chef de projets ou ingénieure/ingénieur responsable selon la taille des projets qui vous seront confiés

Vos atouts 

• Formation : BAC+4/5 type Ingénierie électrique ou équivalent par expérience. 
• Expérience : 3 ans minimum dans la rédaction technique, l’analyse d’incidents, la gestion d’actifs (asset management), ainsi qu’en techniques d’essai et de réparation dans des environnements à dominante technique.
• Compétences : Capacité à analyser et résoudre des problématiques techniques en intégrant des aspects financiers et stratégiques. Maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de reporting. Bonne connaissance des enjeux de sécurité et environnementaux.

Pour notre département Maintenance Services Généraux nous recherchons un.e Responsable de la gestion documentaire et données SAP (H/F/X).

VOTRE MISSION comme Responsable de la gestion documentaire et données SAP (H/F/X) :

• Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les départements d’Exploitation et de Maintenance.
• Vous assurez la gestion des datas PM et MM de la centrale en SAP (encodage postes techniques, équipements, stocks, …) .
• Vous gérez, en collaboration avec la Maintenance et le responsable des contrôles légaux, les plans de maintenance de la centrale, garants de l’entretien préventif des installations.
• Vous vous chargez de la gestion documentaire. Vous intervenez activement dans le processus de gestion des plans, de la documentation et des dossiers techniques et validez les liens de ces documents avec les divers objets SAP.
• Vous êtes un interlocuteur STAR PM,MM et DMS et aidez les techniciens dans le cadre de l’utilisation de SAP.
• Vous adaptez l’arborescence SAP PM en fonction des modifications des installations et vous y intégrez la nouvelle documentation ou les documents révisés.
• Vous réalisez, créez et modifiez des plans techniques (électrique et mécanique en Autocad).
• Vous êtes activement impliqué dans le suivi des KPI, data, propositions de données etc.

VOTRE PROFIL comme Responsable de la gestion documentaire et données SAP (H/F/X) :

•  Vous disposez d’un diplôme technique ou d’une expérience préalable en gestion des données (3-4ans)
• Vous avez une excellente maîtrise Autocad, MS Access et  SAP (modules PM, MM et DMS en particulier; La connaissance du système PS et FICO sont un atout.
• Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des installations, du métier de la Maintenance et des stratégies d’entretien ;
• Vous êtes méticuleux et travaillez de manière autonome
• Vous êtes polyvalent, flexible et vous faites prévue d’un esprit d’équipe
• Vous maîtrisez le français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et vous avez des connaissances en anglais.
