Ce vei face:

 

  • Vei gestiona proiectele de care este responsabil din cadrul companiei, pe toată durata lor, cu respectarea contractelor, termenelor și bugetelor alocate;
  • Vei elabora soluții tehnico-economice în cadrul Serviciului EEGS pentru departamentul/serviciul care a inițiat proiectul sau pentru potențialii clienți.
  • Vei elabora documentația tehnică de tip audituri energetice, breviare de calcul, proceduri, specificații tehnice, foi de date, instrucțiuni, rapoarte, evaluări și alte documente necesare.
  • Vei întocmi rapoarte de evaluare stare tehnică (multidisciplinare).
  • Vei oferi suport în ofertare montaj sisteme de cogenerare/alte echipamente energetice/ regenerabile.
  • Vei întocmi rapoarte de monitorizare consumatori energie termică, gaz energie electrică.
  • Vei elabora Contracte de Performanță Energetică și proceduri specifice.
  • Vei propune bugetele de execuție pentru sisteme din domeniul eficienței energetice, a generării și utilizării resurselor energetice tradiționale și regenerabile.
  • Vei propune soluții tehnice pentru sisteme din domeniul eficienței energetice, a generării și utilizării resurselor energetice tradiționale și regenerabile.
  • Vei analiza soluțiile de inginerie pentru echipamente propuse de alte departamente.
  • Vei întocmi analize de echivalentă pentru componente înlocuitoare ale celor instalate inițial în sisteme.
  • Vei analiza și aviza ofertele din punct de vedere tehnic.
  • Vei coordona activitățile de inginerie subcontractate cu organizațiile externe și avizarea lucrărilor acestora.
  • Vei asigura asistență tehnică de specialitate în timpul executării lucrărilor, a perioadei de întreținere și în timpul implementării eventualelor modificări/renovări.
  • Vei asigura suport tehnic de specialitate altor departamente (Achiziții, Mentenanță, Exploatare, Facility Management);
  • Vei asigura suportul necesar echipei comerciale în dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții, pentru identificarea proiectelor de eficientă energetică.
  • Vei verifică stadiul și corectitudinea întocmirii dosarului de fundamentare a proiectului și a situației consumului de resurse alocate.
  • Vei valida soluțiile generate dpdv financiar și tehnic, pe baza dosarului de fundamentare.
  • Vei asigura managementul reclamațiilor de calitate de la beneficiari, identifica măsuri de eliminare şi prevenire a neconformitatilor.
  • Vei asigura suport pentru obținerea și menținerea tuturor autorizațiilor și atestarilor necesare desfășurării și dezvoltării activităților gestionate.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

 

  • Studii tehnice superioare finalizate;
  • Experiență de minimum 3 ani în domenii similare, într-o companie de prestări servicii;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu;
  • Cunoștințe aprofundate de utilizare a Pachetului Microsoft Office și a programelor specifice de proiectare asistată de calculator;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Atestat ANRE/MDRAP de auditor energetic, constituie un avantaj
  • Alte certificări/autorizări în domeniu, constituie avantaj;
  • Responsabilitate în luarea deciziilor;
  • Capacitate de prioritizare în planificarea activităților;
  • Atitudine proactivă în rezolvarea problemelor;
  • Capacitatea de gestionare a unei echipe multidisciplinare;

  • Support sales campaigns by collaborating with technical experts and contractors to create case studies, tariff analyses, and other technical materials for new customers and prospects
  • Generate leadership reports using Salesforce and other tools, providing insights into ongoing sales efforts and pipeline activity
  • Prospect new leads through various platforms such as Sales Genie and Google Earth, identifying potential customers and opportunities

What You Can Expect

As our Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of engineers to execute large-scale construction projects from inception to operation for a diverse portfolio of technology in the energy sector. The Engineering team is critical in supporting the delivery of large capital projects safely, on budget, and on time, within the Energy Solutions North America business unit.

 

This position requires a strategic leader who can lead the development and construction of complex installations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigate risks during the life of a project.  This person will be accountable for the team that is responsible for all aspects of design for energy systems encompassing the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the distribution of natural gas. This role will also lead the deployment of management systems, procedures, processes, and templates to streamline and industrialize the implementation of projects across the division.

 

  • For business development projects or acquisitions, this role will highly interface with the business development team based in Houston. For projects at existing partnerships, this role will liaise with the other members of the Local Capital Projects Team including, but not limited to, Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Iowa University in Iowa City, IA and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

 

You will report to the Vice President of Major Projects & IPOS.        

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • You have a minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering role related to utility or power infrastructure projects, 3 of those years’ experience should be in a management or leadership role
  • You have experience leading and managing an engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation to create a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • You will create and maintain engineering standards for all disciplines including but not limited to electrical, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, to enhance efficiency and optimize operational margins
  • You will advise business development teams during early-stage opportunity development processes by sizing and selecting equipment and performing due diligence activities; stages of overall involvement include sales and development, design and permitting, procurement, and construction

Job Purpose:

As a Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for developing an established team, as well as leading and assisting in the development of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure.   • Leads the sites in the maintenance and up keeping of all Data center infrastructure according to up time standards. Makes recommendations based on knowledge and experience. Advises upon implementation of engineering global standards.
  • Leads that all repairs performed on all Data center infrastructure are according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and standard methodologies.
  • Liaises with other departments within organization.
  • Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident.
  • Assists with root cause analysis, incident resolution and makes recommendations for eliminating potential problems.
  • Holds reviews with customers and forms part of escalation.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of power systems (UPS', Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators)
  • Knowledge of cooling systems (HVACs, Chillers, VRV)
  • Knowledge of ELV Systems (DDC, BMS, Access Control System, CCTV, Fire alarm system)
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and associated switch gear and Distribution Panels, Control circuits, DX Units, & ELV Systems
  • Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of MEP system equipment’s and components

What You Can Expect

As our Auxiliary Operator, at ENGIE’s Medical Area Total Energy Plant (MATEP), you will be responsible for assisting the Watch and Assistant Watch Engineers in the operation and routine operating maintenance of steam, chilled water, and electrical generating equipment for MATEP, LLC, satellite facilities, and utility distribution system.   You will also operate equipment from local control stations and perform regular inspection tours of the plant distribution system, maintain logs, monitor instrument readings and equipment operation and perform other miscellaneous related duties assigned.  You will report to the Watch Shift Supervisor.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts Second Class Fireman’s License
  • You are a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years applicable experience
  • Assists in the operation and routine operating maintenance of boilers and plant auxiliary including fuel oil, water treatment, cooling water, compressed air, chilled water, condensate and feedwater systems, and related equipment
  • Performs regular inspection tours of the plant and distribution system including underground tunnels and electrical power systems
  • Maintains logs and other operating records and advises Shift Supervisor of system problems
  • Takes corrective action, obtaining advice and direction from Assistant Watch Engineers, Watch Engineers, and the Shift Supervisor, as necessary

Nel Ruolo di Building Specialist riporterai al Contract Manager e, in coordinamento con il team Industrial & Facility Energy Services, gestirai le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei Contratti a te assegnati.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

Role Summary

As our Maintenance Planner I, at Georgetown University you will be responsible for reducing the overall maintenance costs by improving the maintenance planning, ordering, and management of spares & consumables.
