Ce vei face:

• Vei elabora studii, soluții și proiecte de instalații electrice de joasă și medie tensiune pentru clădiri de birouri, clădiri rezidențiale, comerciale și industriale.
• Vei întocmi și verifica documentația tehnică aferentă.
• Vei oferta execuția instalațiilor electrice.
• Vei elabora rapoarte de evaluare a stării tehnice a sistemelor existente.
• Vei oferi asistență și consiliere tehnică  în implementarea proiectelor.
• Vei executa lucrări de relevee cu respectarea procedurilor de calitate, a instrucțiunilor de lucru specifice și a termenelor stabilite.
• Vei stabili soluții tehnice competitive (din punct de vedere tehnico-financiar).
• Vei întocmi antemăsuratori și liste de cantități.
• Vei oferi consultanță în faza de ofertare și de proiectare a unui sistem.
• Vei efectua analize de echivalență pentru componente înlocuitoare ale celor instalate inițial în sisteme.
• Vei elabora documentația tehnică de tip breviare de calcul, proceduri, specificații tehnice, foi de date, instrucțiuni, rapoarte, evaluări și alte documente prevăzute în proceduri.
• Vei dimensiona circuitele primare pentru stații de încărcare.
• Vei realiza planuri pentru traseele de cabluri și jurnale de cabluri.
• Vei realiza și centraliza documentația necesară avizării și verificării proiectelor.
• Vei stabili, prin proiect, fazele de execuție determinate pentru lucrările aferente cerințelor și participarea pe șantier la verificările de calitate legate de acestea.
• Vei elabora caiete de sarcini, instrucțiuni tehnice privind execuția lucrărilor, exploatarea, întreținerea și reparațiile.
• Te vei deplasa la sediul clientului sau pe șantier pentru urmărirea proiectului din punct de vedere tehnic.
• Vei asigura asistență tehnică profesională la montaj, la execuție și la PIF responsabililor tehnici cu execuția, personalului tehnic de specialitate.
• Vei participa la întocmirea cărții tehnice a construcției și la recepția lucrărilor executate.
• Vei stabili etapele de derulare ale proiectelor și le vei prezinta colaboratorilor, urmărind continuu realizarea acestora pentru a putea interveni în cazul unor abateri.

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare cu profil electric - electrotehnică/ electroenergetică
• Autorizație ANRE: IIIA +IIIB;
• Experiență minimum 5 ani în proiectarea/ execuția/ mentenanța sistemelor electrice;
• Cunoștințe avansate de AutoCAD (2D/3D);
• Bună cunoaștere a standardelor, normelor și legislației din domeniu;
• Cunoștinte limba engleză nivel mediu;
• Cunoștințe de utilizare Microsoft Office și programe specifice de proiectare asistată de calculator;
• Permis de conducere categoria B;
• Responsabilitate în luarea deciziilor;
• Capacitate de inovare și integrare soluții existente;
• Atitudine proactivă în rezolvarea problemelor;
• Prioritizarea în planificarea activităților;
• Capacitatea de gestionare echipa multidiscilinară.

Responsibilities:

• Support and provide value engineering solution in terms of costs and energy saving.
• Network, establish and build a broad base relationship with customers.
• Propose suitable Energy Efficient systems to customers while aligning with consultant's design as well as complying with Singapore Greenmark certification.
• Provide operating & life cycle cost (ROI) based on different manufactures' magnetic bearing chiller best efficiency part load.
• Provide design calculation not limited to chiller plant efficiency, chilled water and condenser water pump head, cooling load for AHU, PCC and fac efficiency.
• Assist in tender and bid queries.
• Provide training and impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners
• Support B2B project from specification-in to bidding and installation.
• Support the sales engineering team for B2B projects with design, cooling load calculation & other technical activities including field support for installation inspection, technical seminar and troubleshooting trainings.
• Provide information lead to sales team for the securing of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Energy industry or related fields
• Possess a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) accreditation will be an advantage
• Experience in energy saving and management for chiller systems will be an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge and experiences in all types of HVAC systems used in commercial and industrial buildings will be an advantage
• Experience in compressors and heating system will be an advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work and deliver results under pressure
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

What You Can Expect

As our Steam Fitter I, at The Ohio State University, you will maintain, repair, and install system components for steam, condensate, chilled water, natural gas, heating hot water and associated components such as valves, expansion joints, flex lines, flanges, steam traps, check valves. Operate system valves for facility repairs and distribution, read and prepare sketches. Every day you will follow operating, safety and environmental standards, and  work as part of a maintenance team with a goal of decreasing downtime and improving efficiency. You will report to the Distribution Maintenance Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• You hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• You have a minimum 2 years’ experience in piping system repairs
• You can troubleshoot systems including but not limited to steam and condensate, chilled water, and natural gas meter settings
• You are responsible for the installation and repairing of expansion joints, valves, gaskets, steam traps, pumps and other mechanical items found in utility distribution systems and plants
• You will read drawings, complete layouts, cut/join and fit pipe tubing
• You have experience maintaining condensate systems, installing, repairing, replacing, and modifying piping systems
• Inspect new installations and coordinate work with contractors and the ENGIE Capital Projects Team
• You will respond to utility distribution emergencies. Isolate and restore services when repairs are complete
• You perform routine inspections of University utility tunnels and vaults
• You will perform other duties as assigned

Additional Details

• This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license; will use of company vehicle
• Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
• This position consists of 50% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (6AM-4:30PM) and follow on-call schedule

Compensation

Hourly:  $29.81 USD hourly

What You Can Expect

As our Metering Technician, at Georgetown University, you will be responsible for the implementation and overall maintenance of the campus and central plant instrumentation metering instrumentation. 

Every day you will utilize calibration equipment for meter calibrations, including:

• • Field communicator with HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer)
  • Laptop
  • Pressure calibrators and gauges
  • RTD simulator (Resistance Temperature Detector)
  • Signal generators
  • Multimeter
  • Metrology well

And you will report to the Operations & Maintenance Manager.

What You’ll Bring

Goal Of Section: 

• High school education; with minimum three (3) years of experience in industrial power plant controls and instrumentation
• You possess knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• You configure, troubleshoot and repair issues with boilers, chillers, steam, chilled water, gas, electric and hot water instrumentation (analytical, pressure, differential pressure and temperature transmitters and RTD, steam meters, magnetic flow meters & ultrasonic flow meters)
• You install, troubleshoot and repair network communication equipment
• You install, maintain and repair sensing lines, valves and fittings
• You maintain, repair and terminate low voltage signal wiring for instrumentation controls
• You maintain detailed maintenance and calibration records
• You have experience participating in new instrumentation start-ups and commissioning
• You can assist in configuring meter points, history, trends and alarming in the Data Acquisition system and  monitor meter systems for issues
• You will open, update and close work orders for each job or repair
• You are experienced in reviewing and updating system documentation, including wiring diagrams
• You will perform other duties, as required in order to assist in the overall enhancement of the operation

Compensation

Salary Range:  $30.00 to $43.51 USD hourly

Facilities Manager

• Oversee and lead a team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for Hospital
• Establish good working relationships with clients and develop trust and confidence

PRE-SALES ENGINEER M/F)

We are looking for a Pre-Sales engineer for onsite solar PV business.

What You Can Expect

• Developing sourcing and cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials and equipment used in the solar PV business;
• Develop Pre-sales activities working closely with the Sales Department in order to implement the necessary purchasing measures to increase the results;
• Budgeting and developing solutions associated with the installation of decentralized solar systems;
• Own, manage, and execute all stages of RFQ activities including supplier identification & negotiation;
• Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factos;
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually looking for alternatives;
• Work with the Head of Procurement in order to develop the company terms and conditions for purchasing, and assist in the development of the procurement policies and procedures;
• Manage supplier identification and onboarding process including risk management, supplier setup, and contract management;
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities;
• Ensure compliance with delivery times and prices stipulated in the contractual phase;
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries;

Who We're Looking For

• Pre-sales experience in developing and budgeting technical solutions;
• Engineering license degree.
• Strong experience in procurement of small and large volumes;
• Commercial and financial awareness as managing budgets and keeping costs down is a key part of the role;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• English proficiency (other languages are a plus);
