Perfil Ocupacional y experiencia:

 

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia como administrador de sistemas o rol relacionado

Algunas de tus funciones serán:

 

Diseñar e implementar la infraestructura en la nube de AWS para la empresa.

Garantizar una alta disponibilidad y rendimiento de todos los servicios basados en la nube.

Mantener actualizado los servicios y aplicativos con las nuevas funciones y servicios de nube, y hacer recomendaciones sobre cómo utilizarlos de una mejor manera.

Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para diseñar e implementar nuevas aplicaciones y servicios.

Analizar las políticas y configuraciones de la Nube establecidas por la organización y evaluar el cumplimiento de las normativas y directivas organizacionales

Soportar el conjunto de herramientas de auditoría relacionadas a tecnologías Nube con las que cuenta la empresa.

Crear y/o mantener actualizadas las políticas, regulaciones y documentos de cumplimiento aplicables y relacionadas con los servicios en Nube.

Documentar adecuadamente todas las actividades de implementación, operaciones y mantenimiento de seguridad de los sistemas basados en Nube y actualizar según sea necesario.

Power Product Manager

Purpose of the Position:

As Power Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing the power product strategy and implementing the corresponding processes and tools, to build derisked, innovative and competitive offers for B2B clients in Mexico.

Responsabilities and Job Functions:

Structure new power products:

  • Understand market needs and regulatory / technical constraints
  • Structure relevant products meeting various risk / decarbonization profiles, including sophisticated, tailor-made offers (PPA 24/7)

Drive continuous improvement of pricing methodology:

  • Benchmark current models vs. group and external
  • Analyze and improve pricing strategies

Purpose of the Position: 

 

The Finance Sr Manager Networks position is primarily responsible for partnering with the Networks GBU. The incumbent will:
- Act as the finance SPOC for the business and an advisor to the N-GBU country MDs and their teams, coordinating with the different finance functions as applicable.
- Support the N-GBU in achieving its financial objectives by providing the analysis, insight and challenge into its decisions
- With a strong focus on future performance, actively participate in the management dialog and facilitate interaction between different finance functions and the N-GBU.
The Finance Sr Manager Networks will oversee the financial activities of the N-GBU, responding directly to the ENGIE MEXICO CFO. 

 

Responsabilities and Job Functions: 

 

Act as the secondary arm of the CFO for all the activities related to N-GBU involving the different finance functions. Suggest and/or identify business opportunities and challenge and influence N-GBU decisions and strategy.

 

Partnering: lead the development of partnering relationships with the N-GBU country MD and their teams, and with stakeholders throughout ENGIE (Mexico, LATAM Region and HQ). SPOC role for the MD to help on the interaction and rapid resolution of different finance challenges and deliverables within different transversal finance functions. Be responsible for the quality of the Management Dialog with the N-GBU, ensuring timely & qualitative reporting and detailed understanding of the business. Helps the interaction with the FP&A team, FBP of N-GBU, and the N-GBU team.
Participate on interactions with external financial stakeholders (lenders, financial partners, …) and actively assure compliance of our commitments with them.

 

Improve the visibility and understanding of business performance. Propose restructures, resizing or cost efficiencies to improve the N-GBU financial performance with no risk and/or business impact. Identify and anticipate potential risks that could affect the financial results of the N-GBU. Ensure the proper control of the projects of the N-GBU, ensuring the compliance at financial, fiscal, legal and regulatory level.

 

Decision support: Turn data into insights and use these to provide high quality advice and support in influencing the N-GBU’ decisions.
ERM: Deliver insights and monitor business risk and opportunities. Supports identification and quantification of N-GBU ERM by the risk officer who is located at country level. Is responsible of the follow up of the ERM action plan in his/her GBU operational area (however the ownership of risks and accountability for risk management including mitigation plans implementation sits with the N-GBU country MD).

 

Act as project manager of any finance/GBU joint project/priority involving different stakeholders of the Finance/N-GBU functions (and occasionally, other functions)

 

Be the finance representative for the GBUs (in addition to AIFA) in any business development initiative, including M&As. Support investment decisions and assure performance follow up and integration of the project together with AIFA, operational teams and other local finance teams

 

Supervise the adequate execution of the financial support functions, including, but not limited to: payables, invoicing, collection and procurement ensuring the compliance with the local processes and policies and avoiding any impact to the operation of the companies.

 

 

Ocupational Profile: 

 

BS in Public Accounting, business administration or finance required
Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred.

Propósito del puesto:

Coordinación y gestión del equipo de operaciones de Business Applications, priorizando y analizando los requerimientos de las diferentes áreas de negocio, así como la gestión y solución de los incidentes presentados en los sistemas satélites y aplicaciones asignadas, esto mediante el diseño, desarrollo de especificaciones, mantenimiento y operación de los programas y soluciones digitales de Engie en México en los principales entornos de aplicación con base en las tecnologías de Microsoft y sus herramientas que incluyen SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET y JAVA, así como soluciones Cloud en AWS , Salesforce y RPA´s.

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades 

  1. Coordina y mantiene las aplicaciones y sistemas a su cargo utilizando los estándares del ciclo de vida de desarrollo del sistema, incluidos arquitectura y Ciberseguridad, esto para asegurar la calidad y funcionalidad de nuestras plataformas empresariales, incluye coordinación con proveedores y recursos al interior de la empresa, asegurando también el cumplimiento del presupuesto asignado.

 

  1. Se encarga de mantener las soluciones empresariales con niveles adecuados de ciberseguridad y apegados a los controles definidos para el cumplimiento de las directrices corporativas, esto mediante el monitoreo diario siguiendo los lineamientos del área de Tecnologías de Información y de GBS IT.

 

  1. Coordina y prioriza con su equipo de trabajo los tickets de requerimientos e incidentes de las aplicaciones y sistemas a su cargo, siguiendo siempre las buenas prácticas y lineamientos de la compañía, lo anterior para garantizar entregables de calidad y con el nivel de servicio esperado por nuestros clientes internos y externos, siempre asegurando la continuidad del negocio.

 

  1. Asegura en tiempo y forma el cumplimiento de los lineamientos definidos de ITSM de la compañía, esto para garantizar la continuidad de los servicios de las soluciones tecnológicas a su cargo, así como la atención de los requerimientos de auditorias y controles internos definidos.
  2. Gestionar para mantener actualizada en todo momento la documentación tecnológica, como especificaciones funcionales y técnicas, esto de acuerdo con los lineamientos del área de tecnologías de información y GBS IT para las aplicaciones y sistemas a su cargo.

 

 

Ocupacional y experiencia:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Within the Network & Cybersecurity Services (NCS) division of GBS IT, the Network And Connectivity (NAC) department is composed of the SDM Team, the Expertise Team and the Network Operation Center (NOC) team.

The mission of NAC is to define and support network and security services and infrastructures, whether they are in data centers, the cloud, or remote sites (examples: ‘Highway to Cloud’ interconnection infrastructures in AWS/Azure, Cloud Proxy and VPN services with ‘Zscaler,’ Software-Defined WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services, etc.).

The NAC Expertise team, consisting of over 30 professionals, is responsible for the define, design, built and L3 support of all Network and Security solutions.

Within the NAC Expertise team, SDWAN experts are mainly responsible for the define, design, built and L3 support of SDWAN solutions (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet) for IT and OT.

This position will be hosted within GBS IT in Mexico. Its perimeter will be both ‘global’ for the ENGIE group and ‘local’ to support GBS IT Mexico.

Network Technician with a at least a first professional experience in network operations, familiar with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (ITSM).

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

 

Analyze business needs, challenge requests, and translate them into technical requirements

  • Analyze business needs, challenge requests, and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the design and definition of solutions, tests, and prototypes.
  • Participate in qualification and acceptance testing.
  • Engage in a process of industrialization, rationalization, and urbanization of technical solutions.

 

Write design and operating procedures & schemas.

  • Produce documentation to meet production criteria (Go / No Go).
  • Automate deployments, including the construction/evolution of technical foundations.
  • Manage configurations and integrate them into operational management tools.

 

Manage incidents and problems (Level 3)

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents.
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers in case of an incident, in coordination with the NOC
  • Generally, provide Level 3 support to maintain operational conditions.

 

Manage major changes

  • Define and write a detailed intervention plan (DIP) ensuring compliance with change management and production processes.
  • Support CAB (Change Advisory Board) preparation and manage changes for successful production deployment.

 

Document / Recommend / Advise

  • Document knowledge related to the area of specialization and validate technical deliverables.
  • Provide technical expertise support during the specification phases.
  • Conduct technical audits and implement control measures on projects and production deployments.
  • Communicate, explain, decline, and contribute to the evolution of current technical standards, methods, and best practices.
  • Make methodological and/or technological choices.
  • Validate or amend design choices, contribute to technical arbitrations to optimize solutions in terms of cost, performance, and security.
  • Contribute to the drafting of HLD and LLD in collaboration with Architects.
  • Participate in the development of services and commercial proposals.

 

Applied technological watch

  • Conduct foresight studies, general interest studies, and prototypes.
  • Propose improvements to enhance the performance of solutions and services.
  • Recommend the most suitable techniques or technologies based on constraints and objectives.

  • Rate of documented solutions with up-to-date documentation
  • Rate of major incident resolution within SLA timeframes

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a technical expert or architect with a background in project management and IT infrastructure service management.
  • Main Technologies:
    • Fortinet Firewalls and Fortinet SDWAN
    • Cisco/Viptela SDWAN
    • AWS and AZURE Cloud Services
    • Zscaler

 

  • Advanced English
  • French (read/spoken/written) would be a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Team Lead to manage our team of ex-perts and First Level Escalation Engineers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT support across various time zones as part of our follow-the-sun model. As a Regional Team Lead, you will oversee the team's performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure effec-tive communication and reporting to stakeholders.

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Experts and First Level Escalation Engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  2. Incident Management: Supervise the resolution of incident tickets and requests related to:
  • Network : WAN / SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS / DHCP, security (firewall, load balancer), monitoring tooling (Spectrum, Cacti, Syslog,…),
  • Identity & Access : OKTA, Active Directory, CyberArk, and Saviynt. Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of service.
  1. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with other Local & regional teams, as well as with global teams (NOC, Identity & Access Operations). Ensure smooth handovers and continuity of support across different time zones.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, incident resolution times, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountability.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with IT support services.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to support processes. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  5. Resource Allocation: Manage team resources effectively to ensure coverage and balance workloads. Coordinate with other regional leads to optimize support across all time zones.
  6. Agile Methodology: Lead the team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.

 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, OKTA, Active Directory, Cybe-rArk, Saviynt) is a plus.
