Ce vei face:

Sub supravegherea mentorului, vei executa lucrări programate și neprogramate specifice domeniilor de activitate de Exploatare Rețea și Tehnic Clientelă, în conformitate cu Legea Energiei și a Gazelor Naturale, Normele Tehnice în vigoare, Politica de Mentenanță a Societății, procedurile și instrucțiunile de lucru specifice proceselor de Exploatare Retea (mentenanta preventiva si mentenanta corectiva), în vederea exploatării în condiții de siguranță a sistemului de distribuție gaze naturale, reducerea pierderilor și a costurilor, pentru asigurarea satisfacției clienților interni și externi, cu îndeplinirea obiectivelor de performanță calitativă și cantitativă stabilite la nivel de unitate organizațională.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii generale;

 

Constituie avantaj:

  • Calificare în meseria de instalator gaze;
  • Experiență 1 an în exploatarea sistemului de distribuție de gaze naturale.

The Transaction Analyst position requires high performance in a fast paced, open environment. This team supports tight deadlines which directly impact profit and loss measures for the organization. Our corporate enrollment guarantee protects risk averse customers in their transition to and from other suppliers, and we play a significant role in that experience, which can influence opportunity for future business. ​

 

  • Gather/Organize/Analyze transaction related data using customer relationship management (CRM) system and various reporting systems
  • ​Manage registration of customer accounts through EDI enrollment transactions
  • ​Manage end of term requirements for customer accounts through EDI drop transactions
  • ​Resolve all transaction issues using all available tools such as Share Point, Oracle, Excel, Access, PowerBI, Teams, etc. and work with others to push these issues to closure 
  • ​Track issues using CRM (customer relationship management) system and external systems outsourced by vendors and utilities per market requirements. MarkeTrak, Adminitrak, Right Now, etc.
  • ​Work as liaison with internal groups to resolve daily, weekly, monthly quarterly transaction issue reports and workflows 
  • ​Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for inboxes, critical outage and usage issues to support sales, revenue, billing, settlements and forecast
  • ​Set appropriate expectations to stakeholders

What You Can Expect

Bring tax expertise to the retail energy business unit by researching and applying tax law and regulation in a variety of business situations. Employ business communication skills and judgment to resolve tax exemption discrepancies and answer customer inquiries. Manage the accurate and timely review and application of customer tax exemption documentation, exemption-related refunds, and tax reporting.

 

  • Perform transaction tax research concerning the taxability of electricity usage for customers located in multiple jurisdictions and validate exemptions claimed.
  • Review and approve submitted Commercial and Industrial customer tax exemption documents – ensure documents are stored in compliance with data retention policies and laws.
  • Calculate and apply tax exemption adjustments and submit for approval, as required and according to company Delegation of Authority policies.
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation with supporting tax research for all tax adjustments and complete assignments timely.  
  • Provide tax guidance to field offices, Business Control, and third-party vendors regarding the applicability of state and local sales & use tax rules to specific fact patterns and work with them to resolve transaction tax issues.
  • Assist with any required reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minium of 2 years relevant retail energy industry experience.

Job Purpose/Mission 

The Internal Control Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the development of policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and monitoring compliance The position will work to foster standardization and consistency across Engie Energy Access Kenya of business processes and internal controls. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitor internal control framework, including group policies and key risks to ensure that the group has adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes and business operations.
  • Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead the process for internal controls reviews across the Engie Energy Access Kenya
  • Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners, senior leadership and audit committee.
  • Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action.
  • Actively seek standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls and deploy innovative technology where possible to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, documentation, assessment and review procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years in a similar position.
  • Relevant professional certification is a plus.

  • Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills include the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the financial reporting and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support the client on Transformer asset inspection and health index estimation
  • Recommend preventive and reactive maintenance activities based on the condition of the client Transformer assets.
  • Support client during major incident by providing recommendation to repairs or restore failing Transformer equipment.
  • Challenge OEM on the recommendation given to our client and support client during repairs activities on Transformers.
  • Collaborate with Engie Laborelec Headquarter colleagues to study or analyse major equipment failures
  • Serve as specific field’s expert Transformer technical advisors for our client on the subject matters.
  • This assignment will require the experts to visit the sites jointly with the client maintenance crew.

What you need to succeed in your mission

You have:

  • At least 5 years to 10 years experiences as a High Voltage Transformers Expert covering diverse aspects like condition monitoring, oils analysis interpretation, ...
  • Hands on Experience in Transformers operation and maintenance.
  • Autonomy in addressing complex problems in an innovative way.
  • The ideal profile would have tested, assessed and maintained Transformers preferably in a utility, an OEM or Maintenance company.

Job Purpose/Mission 

 

The Sales Account Executive will play an important role in expanding ENGIE Energy Access’ operations into new geographic markets through the development of a Business to Business (B2B) market entry business model by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.

Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:

     The Data Center Electrical Facility Engineer will be responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within a Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting. He is responsible for ensuring that all Electrical, ELV, and fire/life safety equipment within the Data Center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all Electrical related facility operations within a given Data Center. Data Center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-site management of DC, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & Site local legislation.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Generate job cards & incident management tickets for the Data Center facility.
  • Work with DCO managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
  • Establish documentation relevant to business & facility operations.
  • Manage routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, building monitoring systems, etc.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build-out of new facilities.
  • Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
  • Management of the DC, in the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
  • Review DC contract compliance & ensure all SLAs are achieved.
  • Business interface with DC Management for day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts.
  • Manage DC to resolve any infrastructure Electrical engineering issues.
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain, and operate all Electrical systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, and building management system.
  • Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations
  • Create the Job cards in the CAFM App as per Site requirements and follow up on the Job cards until close by the Technician
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to emergency calls.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV systems, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
  • Maintain essential stock of spare parts.
  • Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required
  • Familiarity with datacenter guidelines and standards especially Tier III design standards and ASME/ASHRAE/NFPA.
  • Ability to handle rotation Shifts on a Monthly basis.

Skills Required:

 

  • Good knowledge of power systems (UPS, Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators, Fire & Safety, ELV Systems)
  • Basic knowledge of cooling systems (HVACs, Chillers)
  • Working knowledge of UPS systems and associated switch gear and Distribution Panels
  • Working knowledge of standby generator systems and associated switch gear.
  • Skill in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
  • Understand and perform the MV & HV switching as per business needs.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance shutdown activities of MV systems is a must.

The key roles and responsibilities are: -

 

Be responsible for supporting the Legal Department for all legal matters, especially leading contract review, negotiations, liaising with external legal counsels, training in house clients on basic legal matters, - Provide legal advice on contract management and legal matters as they arise (including regulatory and local law issues) during the development phases of a project and its execution including variation orders, force majeure, performance default, delays and warranty claims, - Provide legal support and guidance to the project manager, contract manager and regional management teams regarding the interpretation and implementation of the commercial contracts in case of dispute,

 

2. - Provide legal support and guidance to internal departments (HR, finance, procurement, sales, BD…) regarding the interpretation and implementation of the local law, - Monitor trends in construction law and engineering consultancy business, - Assist Legal Department for management and organization of the negotiation and preparation of legal documents for bid submission, including mark-ups of project agreements, partnerships with third parties, level services and subcontract agreements, - Perform corporate housekeeping for the entities in the region; especially in KSA, - Support Legal Department for the deployment and implementation of the legal organization within KSA (incl. implementation of group standards and systems, sharing the best practices, providing training, etc…) - Encourage a culture of compliance with laws and integrity in KSA, - Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures of ENGIE Group in KSA, - Provide support to the Department of Ethics and Compliance in respect of ethics and compliance matters, - Provide support to the Department of Data Privacy Management in respect of data privacy matters. French is a plus Experience and Skills - 3+ years practice in business / transactional law practice in a major law firm with international exposure or a multinational company, preferably energy or construction business - Strong contract drafting and contract interpretation skills - A strong knowledge of contract and insurance law matched with sound litigation procedural experience and an ability to resolve disputes before this becomes necessary - Strong soft skills (communication, negotiation, etc…) - Ability to provide sound legal advice in order to manage risk, reduce exposure and allow successful operation of the business - Ability to deal in a complex organization (multicultural, wide geographical scope)
