Participar en el diseño y la gestión de las políticas y programas de Compensación y Beneficios en función de la estrategia de las diferentes unidades de negocio del Grupo ENGIE en España.

Funciones:

  1. Liderar el diseño y la ejecución del proceso de planificación, estimación y control de costes de personal (salario, bonus, beneficios, programas retributivos) y proyectar su evolución para que las diferentes unidades de negocio puedan precisar sus estimaciones de negocio a medio plazo.
  2. Colaborar en la definición e implementación de la estrategia retributiva de la compañía, alineándola con las prioridades de las diferentes líneas actividad de negocio y con el modelo organizativo vigente.
  3. Realizar el seguimiento y monitorización del presupuesto de la Dirección de Personas
  4. Participar en la gestión del ciclo anual de revisión salarial y bonus.
  5. Asesorar y colaborar con las diferentes unidades de negocio y equipos del Área de Personas.
  6. Analizar las prácticas y tendencias de mercado en materia de compensación y beneficios con el objetivo de determinar el posicionamiento óptimo de la propuesta de valor del Grupo ENGIE en España dentro de un modelo Total Reward.
  7. Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y fiscal en materia de compensación y beneficios, así como por la aplicación de las políticas internas de la empresa.
  8. Colaborar en procesos relacionados con operaciones de M&A, reestructuraciones, etc. en el análisis, diagnóstico y planificación del encaje de modelos retributivos en la estructura retributiva del Grupo ENGIE en España.
  9. Gestionar los programas y sistemas transversales definidos por grupo ENGIE en materia retributiva (salarial, retribución variable y/o beneficios).
  10. Asegurar la implementación y cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos aplicables al rol, en especial aquellas relacionadas con la Seguridad e Higiene, Diversidad, Ciberseguridad, Medio Ambiente, Sostenibilidad, Ética y Compliance.

What You Can Expect

As our Asset Operations, Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing field response for reactive and planned maintenance activities of select operating standalone battery assets in Houston, Texas area.  You will also serve as a key company representative for maintenance scheduling and coordination with internal teams as well as 3rd parties. This field-based position will work across departments to communicate updates and will require frequent travel, primarily to two facilities in the Houston area.  As such, candidate must reside within  60 minutes of our West Columbia, TX area facilities.  

 

Every day you will be responsible for keeping the battery storage plants up and running, coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufactures “OEMs”, internal and external maintenance partners, provide hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues, perform deviation detection and mitigation on the operating battery plants. You will communicate with internal departments, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams to report any issues or needs and support issues resolutions coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers. You will support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Mimimum high school diploma or technical certificate
  • Minimum of three (3) years of electrical experience or comparable industrial experience such as Power Sector industry, Military experience working with diesel generators or power systems, or Oil & Gas industry experience with maintenance/service experience of heavy machinery is beneficial in lieu of battery storage experience
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

 

 

Additional Details

  • This is a field position requiring regular travel to ENGIE site(s) 
  • This role requires daily attendance at worksite
  • Must be available to travel (domestically) up to 25% of the time (and with the need for some overnight trips.)

Compensation

What You Can Expect

As our Asset Management Advisor located in Houston, TX for the Texas Region, you will play a key role within the Asset Management team responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of assets in the region. This includes budget management, O&M planning, procurement management, coordination with the Independent System Operator (ISO), and leading daily operations. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of operational coordination and ISO requirements, coupled with strong skills in asset lifecycle management.

 

Reporting to the Asset Management Manager, your primary duties encompass:

 

Budget Management:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with company financial goals
  • Analyze financial performance and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for optimization

 

O&M Planning:

  • Lead daily operational meeting with Operations team and determine the Day-Ahead Asset availability
  • Optimize maintenance schedules by ensuring both commercial and technical objectives are considered
  • Monitor asset performance / KPI and recommend improvements to minimize downtime and maximize asset efficiency

 

Procurement & Inventory Management:

  • Lead coordination with Procurement & Contracts department on ensuring necessary contracts / agreement are in place to support Operational Sites
  • Oversee inventory levels for critical spare parts, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted operations
  • Develop and implement processes for efficient inventory tracking, reordering, and cost control

 

Coordination with ISO:

  • Act as the primary liaison with the ISO, ensuring compliance with all market and operational requirements
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or changes related to ISO operations or regulations

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a key point of contact between internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely updates and performance reports to senior management, including insights into operational challenges and successes

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Energy Asset Management, or equivalent degree program
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in asset management, operations, or a related field in the energy sector
  • Experience with ISO and familiarity with Texas energy markets
  • Proven track record in budget management, inventory oversight, and operational coordination
  • Strong understanding of energy market operations and regulatory compliance
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for budgeting, inventory, and operational planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders

  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in ERCOT, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments

What You Can Expect

ENGIE Global Energy Management and Sales (GEMS) is responsible for managing the portfolio of gas, electricity, congestion revenues rights and environmental products for ENGIE, across geographies. More recently, GEMS has extended his scope to also manage all the market risks (energy, congestion, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), ancillaries) generated by the Renewable and Battery Storage Assets owned by ENGIE North America, which includes wind farms and solar farms – the Renewable Portfolio Management team is precisely the group in charge of these activities.

 

  • Join a team of renewable portfolio managers to manage a growing portfolio of wind and solar assets expected to reach 8GW+ of installed capacity in the coming years
  • Develop and execute a strategy for forward hedging of wind and solar assets in conjunction with the other parts of Engie North America which warehouse or originate electricity market risks (Battery Storage, Data Centers, Retail, Trading)
  • Model long term valuations for the co-location of renewable and battery storage assets with data centers and Power to X sites
  • Create optimized trading strategies around co-located sites to mitigate risks and maximize portfolio profitability
  • Articulate and execute hedging strategies deploying different instruments according various  risk profiles, including energy hedges, gas hedges, options, Virtuals, Point-to-Point transactions, Firm Transmission Rights, Transmission Congestion Rights, Congestion Revenue Rights (FTR/TCR/CRRs), and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) financial power transactions
  • Build and deploy strategies for Day-Ahead offers for a large portfolio of wind and solar farms
  • Develop strategies and execute trades  with our Congestion Trading team to assess congestion risks in the respective Independent System Operators (ISOs)
  • Analyze and discuss the commercial terms of existing and upcoming Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs), identifying the underlying risks, and proposing alternative language and/or risk mitigation strategies
  • Analyze and price option strategies designed to reduce tail-end risk exposure to market volatility and inherent asset offtake structures
  • Monitor markets trends, regulatory landscape, current risk levels and exposures, and other relevant sources of impacts
  • Articulate with Risk Group the development and improvement of the risk metrics, and the proper representation of assets and PPAs in our management systems
  • Produce monthly market analysis containing energy balances, the performance of transactions, market trends, and recommended course of action

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Competitive Power Markets
  • A minimum of 3 years of power marketing, power trading, asset management, or risk management experience
  • Experience in the market structure, transactions, and protocols of ERCOT/SPP/MISO/PJM markets
  • Excellent data handling, structuring, organizing, processing, and presenting skills (using Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Resourceful, ability to use a variety of tools (price/valuation/database/modeling), data sources, and systems; and inherent curiosity to procure and test new resources
  • Solid finance knowledge (i.e., capable of interpreting Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Budgets)
  • Commercial acumen with a good understanding of business principles, contracts, and relationships, including specific experience negotiating power purchase agreements and/or over the counter trades
  • Deadline driven with project management skills for cross-organizational coordination

Compensation

Salary Range: $103,950 – $ 173,250 USD annually

Role :

As a senior portfolio manager in EMS BE B2C:

  • You actively assess and manage commodity risks linked to the dynamics of the BE B2C sales portfolio, for all its commodities – Power, Natural gas, Certificates - meaning operate and optimize costing, forecasting, sourcing, and hedging strategies, within a defined mandate;
  • You report the portfolio financials linked to the energy management results and performance to the commercial BU;
  • You design and implement various strategies to reduce, internalize or externalize risks, towards and in collaboration with stakeholders; (Trading, other BUs);
  • In close collaboration with the commercial entities, you structure and optimally cost standard and non-standard offers: by identifying potential risks and ensuring use of adequate and up to date costing models, risk bricks and data availability;
  • You use and challenge data, models, processes & tools to answers supplier’s vision and ambition;  
  • You take the business lead for the development of the tools, models, process, and portfolio/data representation of all commercial offer's portfolio;

Jouw missie  
 
Als Ingenieur Waterzuiveringsinstallaties werk je aan de studieopdrachten voor waterzuiveringsinstallaties en pompstations. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, plannen en adviseren van projecten. Met jouw technische expertise en nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders bied je duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen die bijdragen aan beter waterbeheer en milieubehoud.
  
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   

 

  • Je ontwerpt en specificeert elektromechanische systemen voor waterzuiveringsstations en pompinstallaties, met aandacht voor energie-efficiëntie en duurzaamheid.
  • Je voert Haalbaarheidsstudies en technische analyses uit ter ondersteuning van investerings- en verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Je stelt technische bestekken, offertes en aanbestedingsdossiers op in samenwerking met projectmanagers en commerciële teams.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning en advies aan klanten gedurende de volledige projectcyclus, van concept tot oplevering.

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een ingenieursfunctie, bij voorkeur in waterzuivering, pompen en/of infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Diepgaande kennis van elektromechanische ontwerpen, pompen, aandrijftechniek, meet- en regeltechniek, en waterbehandelingssystemen.

Mission: As project buyer you will be working in an interdisciplinary environment where you establish purchase documents in relation with operations and functional entities. The role implies frequent contact with local and international suppliers. Your position position is a key function to manage the supply chain resilience ensuring the projects portfolio execution in cost and term.

 

Functions

- Respect and ensure H&S company rules, procedures, instructions and applicable legislation, areduly applied and communicated to suppliers.

- Ensure compliance of the purchasing process with ENGIE´s rules, E&C, and CSR requirements.

- Define and execute the project procurement schedule together with project managers ensuring an efficient and effective procurement process.

- Ensure robust RFQ´s processes.

- Negotiate quotations provided by the contractor/vendor in the best interest, using the available techniques, such as market info, reference price, cost model, should cost, target price, statistical info and market index.

- Ensure that every stage of the procurement process (purchase request, RFI, RFQ, qualifications, waivers, negotiation, technical and commercial evaluation, recommendation to award,applicable conditions, purchase order) process are performed correctly

- Ensure together with the expeditor the correct delivery of the order and supplies.

 

Minimum requirements

- Minimal 5 years of professional experience in procurement of major industrial projects like wind and pv power plant, CCGT´s, oil & gas , or similar

- University degree in technical discipline.
