What you will do:

  • You will own the full cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • You will work directly with our technical experts, engineers, and stakeholders to bring the best candidates into the pipeline.
  • You will manage the relationship with external stakeholders involved in the recruitment processes such as recruitment agencies, language assessors.
  • You will build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection activities;
  • Very strong sourcing skills;

The Role
Our Origination team is responsible for securing high value structured power, renewable, carbon and environmental transactions; promoting risk management solutions and market access services to wholesale clients and counterparts.   • Demonstrated experience as a Trader, Originator, Structurer, or in energy procurement within the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM)
  • Prior experience in leading or actively partaking into complex negotiations and the end-to-end process from initiation to execution
  • Articulate, with high commercial awareness and exceptional consultative skills

  • Supervisar las actividades laborales del contratista y personal propio desde ámbito de SSO
  • Dictado de Inducciones SSO, despliegue de capacitaciones enbase al programa One Safety a contratistas y personal propio

What You Can Expect

As Project Manager II on our Capex team based at the University of Iowa, you'll oversee utility infrastructure capital projects ($100K–$15M) for expanding and maintaining campus utility systems. Compensation

What You Can Expect

As the Manager of Transaction and Contract Management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of analysts. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and compliance of commercial contracts while managing the end-to-end process of enrolling new accounts into the utility market and maintaining their ongoing status. This includes supervising the validation of contract details to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal operational standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of industry regulations and market dynamics. This position is based in Houston, TX and reports directly to the Transaction Manager.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • You have a minimum of seven (7) years of leadership and professional business experience, including at least five (5) years in the Retail Energy industry and three (3) years in utility transaction management
  • You have strong working knowledge of ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and ISO-NE transaction and settlement protocols

What You Can Expect

As our Senior Business Development Manager for Indirect Sales, your primary objective will be to manage third-party sales (indirect partner relationships) for ENGIE North America Inc.'s retail products to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. In this role, you will work with brokers and channel partners across multi-ISO markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing broker relationships with key partners to acquire, retain, and grow a book of business, meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will also develop Annual Sales Plans for assigned brokers with strategies to increase regional commodity sales along with renewable offerings. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office, reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, and is based in Houston, TX.

 

  • Present, negotiate, and structure complex commodity transactions, using knowledge of renewable commodity offerings to advance ENGIE’s zero-carbon targets through assigned brokers
  • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators by leveraging knowledge of deregulated energy markets and competitor insights
  • Break down supply proposals for an "apples to apples" comparison by thoroughly understanding ISO deregulated markets, energy components, and product offerings
  • Coordinate and manage various internal processes and resources, including Legal, Credit, Supply, Business Controls, and Operations, to close transactions and deliver expected results
  • Collaborate with brokers and Key Account Team members to gain an in-depth understanding of product needs, escalate service issues, and provide competitive feedback to ensure best-in-class service and improved transaction success

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience within the retail energy industry or related field
